Great hotel in typical NH style and quality. Parking space in entrance to load off luggage as well as own parking lot. Entrance for disabled. Cool rooftop area including bar and a small swimming pool. Fast elevators. Spacious lobby. Exceptional friendly staff at the reception. Tram T1 is very near and brings you directly to the main train station with direct connection to the airport. Steps away from the U.S embassy. 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. Disappointing coffee at breakfast. Try the coffee at the bar instead. Overall very good experience. The suite including the amazing almost panoramic view were georgeous.

I had dinner at the Narciso Rooftop a few days ago, a magical location!
The dishes proposed by Chef Giuseppe Fiorillo were no less (attached photos) .. nuggets of salmon marinated with beetroot, spaghetti alla chitarra with shrimp on pea cream and ravioli stuffed with ricotta, buffalo mozzarella and scamorza with sauteed asparagus and crispy bacon !!
Good selection of wine, both by the glass and by the bottle.

Not very well connected to the center of Florence but a comfortable large car park for buses and cars, professional and always courteous staff.

Discounted star for a couple of circumstances at this location. (Disclaimer, I've also stayed at the NH in Milan and had a better experience). First, the room smelled a little odd when I arrive. Second, I stayed for 5 nights. After my first night, I had no room service (i.e. bed was not made, trash not emptied, etc.). I didn't need fresh towels or anything but anyway, I inquired at the front desk. They first said, "you probably had your DND sign on the door". When I told them in fact I did not, they said, well the cleaning staff marked your room as complete...
Regardless of this, I was also a bit bothered that the gym had certain opening hours which were 7am-10pm. Opening too late in the morning to do anything prior to work. Not sure why it had to be locked. Additionally, no parking nearby unless you want to get a ticket or pay the hotel 25 euros a day to take it to a garage. But the positive take away is that the breakfast is very large and has much to offer. Overall impression: average. Would I stay again? Probably not.

4 star hotel but managed with carelessness. I have been to hotels of this chain both in Italy and abroad and this is definitely the worst. Starting with the carelessness in allocating the rooms (there are three of us, the largest room is given to the single occupant). A bad smell stagnates in our room, taking a shower floods the bathroom, the blackout curtain is partially detached from the guide, the air conditioning system is noisy, the towel warmer in the bathroom is rusty. The temperature is set at 24 degrees (!?!).
A wall hanger is missing, so the coat has to hang in the closet, small and uncomfortable.
The WiFi network has not worked for two days, if you need internet you can go to the other NH a few blocks away !!!
On the other hand, the bed is comfortable, the area well served and the breakfast full of everything.
Frankly, I will not go back.

Beautiful Hotel and delicious food, we enjoyed it and the prices are balanced. We stayed in a fairly cold period and the climate was under control by systems, perhaps slightly windy. The very clean bathrooms and even the rooms. The correct and very kind reception. A smile to our children is not lacking. Great superior room, great terrace, great staff and good breakfast. It has a good location but taking into account Florence is a small town, it is not that close to the center. Also, from the room, it s a bit loud the corridor noice. Still, for the price is a very good place to stay

Located in the heart of Florence, the NH hotel offers great services and beautiful views! Staff communicate well in English and Spanish and respond promptly to guests' requests. There are some Brazilian employees, too.
Room service is closed at 22:00, but the dishes are delicious! Very rich breakfast, including mouth-watering local cheeses.
The hotel has its own delicious scent that hangs in the air to be found, later, in the amenities left in the rooms. The bar serves wines and drinks with subtle elegance.
Unfortunately, it doesn't have its own parking. But it has an agreement with a nearby parking that has a valet that picks up and delivers the car at the requested time, but is unavailable between 00:00 and 08:00. To have the car available at that time, it is best to use the rotating parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

Fantastic Hotel!
Rooms are super clean and comfortable; breakfast is wealthy and healthy; are the hotel is walking distance from the city center and very close to a tramvia stop, which makes it well connected to the airport. Among the many things I love, there's the gym - one of the best equipped hotel gyms I've ever worked out in - and the hotel personnel. The front-office team, all the reception guys and girls are hyper professional, welcoming, and always strive to make you feel at home and as taken care of as possible.

Centrally located 4 star hotel in the metropolitan city pf Florence. The hotel rooms are decent and fairly reasonable in off season. The rooms are disproportionately expensive in season time.
The receptionist was really nice. Her name was Nadine (Ariana Grande look alike). I find it funny that you have to pay the town tax! At the hotel it costs us 4,90 Euro! We did not eat at hotel. The hotel was basic near the river, down ltown was easy to reach. I cannot complain. I would recommend.
Excellent reachable on foot with a walk, near the Arno and perfect for an evening at the theater, or Leopolda.

I was there for a short stay in Florence with my son 5y.o.: clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast ultra rich (all good things ), very quiet and well soundproofed, we were fine.
We went for New Year's. A comfortable hotel with comfortable spaces well located. Service was great. The whole staff was kind and professional. We really enjoyed our stay, they didn't miss anything. A note of merit certainly goes to Nadine, Federica, Francesco and Toufik. We are often in the hotel and it is nice to recognize the people who work with a smile. Highly recommended.
