Had to wait a long time for check in. The official check in time is supposedly 3pm but the room wasn't ready until almost 4pm! We had to wait around in the lobby until they decided it was ready. I also saw others waiting around in the lobby.

Amenities: no shower caps and stingy on tea bags. The bedsheets were so rough.. haven't they heard of fabric softeners or higher thread count sheets...apparently not! The sheets felt like barb wires.

The room has a mini bar fridge and a water heater which are both appreciated.

Rooms are spacious but are overpriced given the amenities.
