NH Firenze Review

Upon checking out, I realize that my ray.ban sunglasses are no longer there.
When I communicate it to the reception they answer me don't worry we will let you know (a way to get me out of the box and make me go away). I never had an answer and after months of silence, I was answered by a phone call: the management does not answer for the objects left in the room, so the rooms are equipped with safety deposit boxes.
Disappointment one books in a 4 star and then have these surprises, worse than a tavern.
Disarming above all that I have never been contacted by the management.
I recommend if you stay at the Nh in Florence put the trolley in the safety deposit boxes.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and always available, super breakfast! Modern rooms, excellent cleaning. Good location, in a few minutes walk you reach the center or there is a bus stop very close to the hotel. Recommended!

Although I was only there for one night, it seemed like a pretty quiet and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff The dinner was not quite right, as it is late, and it seems that the schedules in Italy are far above the comfort of the guests.

Not as fantastic as I imagined. There is an odd scent when I first entered the room. The breakfast was disappointing, the kettle is extremely dirty. After i did the first boil, there was alot of white foam, floating substance on the top. I stopped using it for my 5 nights stay. Location was a tram station away. Will not return for stay.

One of the best options to stay in this city, a whole NH, which is a guarantee ... The rooms very well, the staff attentive and professional, the breakfast spectacular ... is located not far from the center, there is a comfortable ride in a few minutes, which on the other hand is an advantage, you want in tranquility ...

Dated hotel but it is very well run. The terrzce pool and bar are great on a hot day. Restaurant did a nice breakfast.

We had a great experience here and they even sent our passport to another city when it was left in the safe. Their staff was incredibly nice and helpful!

Great hotel, location is close to the sites and the service and elegance of this place is very nice, can t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else for the value you get here.

Highly qualified and clean hotel, especially the receptionists Federica (ready to organize our days and recommend the best places to visit) and the boy Abdoulaye (always friendly, helpful and smiling). We have spent 3 days at the moment and will stay there for another 3. We highly recommend it.

our room was wonderful! very spacious and clean with great amenities. the bathroom is very large with two double sinks and a large tub. we came here on our honeymoon and the staff were incredibly friendly and relaxed. we were given a smart phone to use in florence and 2 free drinks at the bar. we also had someone bring us two glasses of champagne and 2 heart shaped cookies in our room after we arrived. the breakfast in the morning was great. however, our dinner in the restaurant was a little less than desirable and very expensive. we got the t bone steak for two and it was completely flavorless. the hotel is also kind of out of the way from the city center, but it's near the train station and several transit options.

Good service, well maintained spaces, in a quiet area of the city. Very complete breakfast buffet.

Great. Easily accessible by car. A short distance from the train station and from the center, which you get along the Lungarno, which is always a show. Large room with all the comforts. Large terrace with a view as far as the eye can see. Only small flaw: that at 9 am, at breakfast, the butter is finished, it does not suit a hotel of this level. But this does not affect the overall judgment that remains high.

Renovated hotel rooms. Spacious bathrooms and creative, eco friendly design. The outlets in our room were not working. They had to fix this from downstairs. trange smell in the hotel corridors. Staff is not pleasant. Bonus is that breakfast is included.Street parking is free on Sundays.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing setting a few minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio. Rooftop bar and pool were a great place to chill and enjoy the views of Firenze . Close to both the French and American consulates. We celebrated Bastille day with live music outside.
A really good value hotel and they upgraded us to a balcony room with a lovely view.

The room was fabulous! The dining nice and the lobby was just right. However, some people in our group ended up in a unrenovated room that was just awful. So you have to be careful about that!

A fresh and clean modern hotel ... spacious and light-filled rooms, very large bathrooms with both showers and bathtubs, young and qualified staff, excellent location right in front of the tram stop, amazing breakfast from sweet to savory

It is worth going to this hotel more than to those in the downtown area, where its services and facilities are much older. There is a tram next door and at a stop you are in the historic center. Very comfortable.

Very bad experience in this hotel, the 2 stars are there for the cleanliness and for the breakfast.
First of all the staff are rude (except at the reception), the hotel is 25 minutes walk from the center which is a problem considering the price.
In the end we paid about 400 euros with tourist tax for the parking lot .. for 2 nights and it is not worth the price at all given the service.
Then we checked out in almost 35 minutes because the hotel did not know what was left to pay so we came back to pay 3 different amounts.
The icing on the cake is that it took 40 minutes for the garage attendant to get the car back to us.
Very bad experience we absolutely do not recommend.

Everything perfect and even beyond expectations. Rarely have we felt so at home as in this hotel, from the moment we stepped through the last line. Both the room and the hotel in general are very well furnished in modern style with all the amenities, impeccable cleanliness. Great bar service, advice much appreciated, the recommended very good beer, as well as the proposal remains to dinner and try the chef's delicacies. Extraordinary breakfast, better, varied and plentiful compared to many higher category hotels. Congratulations to all the staff for their kindness and sympathy shown, and of course professionalism. Great hotel. Clean, elegant, trained and courteous staff. External structure not brand new but with comfortable and modern rooms. Great choices for cooking including interesting vegan alternatives.
Also recommended for the location is the convenient parking.

The location very good, the hotel staff very attentive and willing to help. There were few power outlets in the room. We rented 2 rooms, in one there was no problem with the heating, while the other did not work, fortunately we did not touch very cold days.

Excellent choice very modern rooms only problem is the shower from a discovery side, where there is a bathtub, risk of over-wetting the ground.

Somewhat far from the center but if you do not mind walking you can go along the river to the Vecchio bridge, and if not, 3 blocks away there is a truck stop or the tram at the Leopoldo station.

Remember to buy your tickets, the fine is expensive.
