I'm going back tomorrow !!!
The hotel is located a bit outside of old Florence, but the tram or the 15 minute walk are not a problem.

The lunch buffet was plentiful, always enough, no matter what time you arrive. The food is good.
In the bedroom, the bedding and the bathroom are of very good standards. The air conditioning works wonderfully.

In terms of reception, I was amazed at the language level of the employees ...
At the reception they were really professional! Hats off to everything !!

The pool is a little cold but you get used to it. The view is very beautiful and the small rooftop bar and restaurant, makes us feel on vacation in the city ...

On my next trip to Florence, I know where I sleep!
