A person from this company just came by my home and actually started turning my door handle to my home. It freaked me out. Turns out this person was putting something on my door handle but it sounded like someone was actually trying to gain access to my home. I was just about to call 911. These people need to be more careful and never come by my hone again. Ever.

Great internet service! With mirrored 1Gbps speeds, it allows me to work from home, and have family stream movies at the same time with no loss! With how cheap the price is, everyone in Longmont should be switching to NextLight!

Excellent service. Excellent price. They need to hire more phone people though. I was told it would be 'over 15 minutes' when I called to have service changed at a home I own in town. First time that's happened so I'll leave it at 5 stars for now, but if it happens again, I'll be removing a star or two.

Best ISP I have ever used. Incredibly reliable, fast, cheap and offers amazing service, and doesn't try and upsell you extra things you don't need. If you live in Longmont there is no reason to use anyone else.

Had my gig internet from NextLight set up a few years ago. Excellent speeds at all times of the day and night. Outages are very rare and the price can't be beat. When I needed the fiber optic line moved, they were quick to do it. A definite 5 star rating from me.

The service is about 50/50 good/bad. If you reach out to tech support AFTER doing all the obvious stuff like restarting, clearing cache and confirming that you re connected at 5.0 they still dismiss you. It is as if you re living in the SNL skit about the IT guy; talking over you and down to you, smug. I ve received so many different excuses for the inconsistent service. Each tech support person seems to contradict the previous tech support person. I ve had service at three different locations and have been plagued by very inconsistent speeds at all locations. And this is running tests with only one device in use. It is obviously not something that they re interested in improving upon. And will continue to blame the customer for their inconsistent service at a premium price. Hilarious that they want me to reach out. LOL! I wouldn t have been compelled to leave the review if they had wanted to help resolve on my multiple calls to trouble shoot.

I was having a problem with my Internet service and the person helping me on the phone was great. The tech came out the same day i called & was super awesome. This is an incredible service and i have always had an excellent experience with them.
