This place has great reviews and the experience did not disappoint. Food and service was great. Show was wonderful. There is a $15 food/drink minimum but you won't want to miss out on the delicious food anyway. Try to get weekend tickets online ahead of time because they do sell out and with Covid capacity no guarantee there will be seating in the lounge.

People come for the entertainment which is always fantastic but oh the food...you've got to try it. Every morsel is delicious be it the blackened salmon or rice or even just the bread . You will not be disappointed.

Very relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The show we saw, Rob Dixon, was amazing. The food was cheaper than Texas Roadhouse but the quality was infinitely better.

I do wish they were a bit bigger, though. While it certainly did not ruin the evening, and it was admittedly our fault for arriving just at 7:30 when the show was to start, we had to share a table with other customers. Likewise, I saw numerous others having to share tables with others as well. It was a completely packed show so I'm going to assume that the large majority of people were sharing tables with strangers.

As I said, this didn't detract from the evening - luckily we were sat with two very friendly older ladies who did not mind at all that we had to intrude upon them. I feel, however, that if they had a larger space they could do away with strangers having to share space.

Other than that, it was very enjoyable and we will be going back.

Best show club in Indy. Great menu, atmosphere for days. Be up front in the show, relax in the bar, book a party or sit on the patio. One of the few places that attracts the whole cultural rainbow. Skip St Elmos and the Slippery Noodle when you come to Indy and go here.

My new favorite place. All the local greats play here. The sound is fantastic and the renovations came together beautifully. The service is great and the food is delicious. Feels very upscale but the people are very friendly and down to earth. Lots of diversity as well. Great spot!!

Some of the best local and national musicians come through here. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. I recommend for a first time menu selection try the not-so-cajun chicken or shrimp pasta. This dish is always a winner when I invite family or friends.

The menu is not really exciting but there are good vegetarian and vegan options. Can't go wrong with the shrimp po' boys or steak. Now the music, oh the music!! Few things better than listening to good jazz while drinking french wine

Great bar service with excellent drinks. Dessert is divine. Seating is a little cramped and very friendly, be prepared to share a table. The staff sat us at a six person table and then asked us to vacate for a large table, it was little trouble since we had just settled.

The venue is great. The setup and sound are a great experience.

The service was lackluster.

I had the filet mignon and it was the worst I've ever had. The meat was mealy and had a balsamic glaze on top that was unnecessary. After the meal I ordered a martini. Olives are not optional garnish, they are required.

This was my first time here. I have to say it was a good experience, although if I probably would've liked it more if I had seen people my own age there. It definitely felt like a place for the older generation, but there's nothing wrong with that and everybody seemed really nice. From the customers to the serving staff, they all seemed like a really positive bunch, which gave the place a nice homey vibe. The food was really good...I actually stopped to savor it, which I don't normally do. It's pretty spacious when then aren't a lot of customers around and the decor is a little on the rustic side. I'll probably come back with my godfather sometime since this would probably be more of his scene.

Good food and music, super cramped atmosphere and don t get to sit privately.(seated with people you don t know)We spent $120 and we had the worst seats in the house. My neck was killing me from trying to turn to see the show and for that type of money we shouldn t have been crammed in the back corner sitting backwards. Was an ok experience, but honestly I won t ever go back.

I always have a nice time when I come here. I went to the Latin night with my cousin. Omg we ordered salads and let me just tell you the bowl was bigger than I imagined! Well worth the price! Our server was amazing, he made sure we were taking care of. He was funny, attentive, nice, punctual. The atmosphere was awesome. The djs latinspy and gil were a beast on the turntables! I would definitely recommend going to salsa night on Thursdays. Free dance lessons. You would love it!

Awesome place!! Theres not a bad seat in the house and a great place to just sit down eat good food and enjoy amazing live music. Food is a bit expensive (we paid about $60 for two entrees and an appetizer before tip) but is very tasty and the portions are quite big. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice night of live music.

Sophie Faught was great! So amazing to experience live music again after so long. Love hearing musician's original work, and all the songs were written by different members of the band. Food and drinks are pricy but scrumptious, at least judging by the smells and what saw, I just got a couple of Duke Silver drinks and they were great. Highly recommend, place has great energy and acoustics. I closed my eyes to focus on the music and got chills several times throughout the show. Kenny on drums would regularly steal the show, his explosive energy resonated through the Jazz Kitchen every time he would break into a solo. Expect to spend at least $15 a person plus your ticket price. Come early and enjoy the delicious food beforehand so you can concentrate on the awesome music.

Their name says it all. This kitchen brings it, if traditional, new age, nouveau or light and easy is for you, check out this iconic joint.

We attended the New Year's Eve "get together" featuring Marion Meadows. Great show, super drinks, scrumptious meal. Get there early!

The more I go here, the more I like this area. Which is weird, because it feels like a world unto itself -- nestled in this neighborhood is a jazz club with a great atmosphere, great sound and, perhaps most surprisingly, great food. As in, you could come here even on a night when nobody's playing music. But I'm not sure that ever actually happens!

Evening started at 730. Dinner and one set by the band. Which was about an hour of music. Then no more music from the band until after 930. We were supposed to give up our table to the next group of patrons for the next set but there wasn't that many people showing up so we were able to stay but otherwise would have been a pretty crappy value for $15 cover.

Wife and I had a great time here. We came on a slow night but enjoyed the ambiance and atmosphere. The food came out quick and was spectacular. We also enjoyed the group that played and though it was the first time they played together they were pretty good. Recommend to anybody visiting Indianaplois

My wife and I visited there Monday night for the first time. We had a very good time. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice. I was looking for some place to just relax and this was excellent. And the food...oh my goodness...excellent. I shared what my wife ordered with everyone I knew. it was definitely worth the 1 1/2 drive to get there. It was our first time there..but it will definitely not be the last. Thank you for being so attentive and a great atmosphere.

Was insulted by staff while outside and about to come in. Was told I was "taking advantage of their hospitality" by being in their outdoor area although a large sign was posted that declared that space "open."
There are much better equivalent establishments.
