Great location. Booked a deal with Travelzoo. Two items free from the mini bar.

Good coffee, drinks and service. Excellent location!

My second visit in 2 years. Priced at $155 with discount, and $167 for upgraded room. Well no much changes: collection of free movies, 4 free items from bar and full room control from phone which did not work this time though. I think IT people will like to stay there

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff and Lennon's hotel. My wife and I stayed here 26 years ago for our wedding night and your standards were very high then and are still high now. So great job Lennon's hotel and we'll definitely be back .

Great room, free 4 items in fridge daily, and located in the midst of shopping mall and restaurants.

Usually great service. Cancelled a nights accommodation which had Ben booked and paid for through the Next Website. Cancellation was within the policy and a refund was given, although the amount for the room was not refunded, rather $124 with the Duty manager informing me that would have been the cost of the room for the 1/01/20. Absolute rubbish, Next hotel has never had a room for $124. Night rate was 166.50 and should have been refunded in full! Won t be staying again for work or pleasure!

Great place to stay - modern and clean with friendly, professional staff. The location is great with the hotel within walking distance of public transport, food and shopping. The room was lovely and comfortable - the smart phone to control aircon and tv was a great touch. We had a great view of the pool area and Queens Street. The free items from the bar fridge is such a great idea!

Absolutely shocked how they treated poor Aussies who had to quarantine during covid. Made my mind that i would never visit or stay at Next Hotel.

Amazing location in the cbd. Modern and highly technical hotel. Everything is control on a mobile. Free mini bar items. Outdoor pool and gym.

Downside: no buffet breakfast

In the three rooms we had, only one air conditioner worked properly. Staff knock on the door before check out (an hour) to tell us to leave now. Appalling service, do not stay here of privacy is important to you.

Fantastic hotel clean modern and convenient however over charged on the bill for stuff we had paid for and is a pain to get the money back . Hopefully this shall be rectified very soon

Excellent hotel. Very unique in that it is high tech. Super nice staff.

Very about check-in and check-out process. The four included minibar items were nice. Playing with the Samsung device airtight novel wasn't perfect as it sometimes didn't connect with the network right away and you could turn the lights on and off. Unlike the Imperial in Tokyo the curtains couldn't be closed with the device. A few other functions like alarm, Bluetooth to the TV for music streaming would make a substantial improvement's to the experience. Increasing the accessibility to key functions from the app (rather than banner ads from the hotel services) and fewer group toggles for lights would make it far more than just a nice gimmick.
The staff were very nice and the location code to the train station and the center of the city is excellent

Great hotel with helpful staff! They helped me with the shipping of some parcels and held them in their storage until the courier arrived. Also great burgers at the bar.

Extremely comfortable beds. Some mini bar items are free. Pool is great with lovely chairs, plenty of pool towels, access to free water tap and self service coffee and tea. Direct access to Queen St mall. Will stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights, great location and staff. Agree with everyone's great comments BUT went to have dinner in at Lennons Restaurant, sat down and started to review the menu and discovered there was no vegetarian option for my husband. Asked the wait staff if they had a separate vegetarian menu and she apologised and said no. Vegetarian entre available only. There is no excuse for this. She said she could see if the chef could "make something up". We politely declined as we expect a little more thought to go into it. Went to Aria and spent $370 instead. Seems silly business practice to turn people away. Not sure who is in charge of the kitchen/menu but maybe they shouldn't be. Even breakfast comes with a vegetarian option which my husband ordered on Saturday morning but to his dismay he was incorrectly given the turkey breakfast by mistake! Only discovered this after he had already eaten it. Apologies made by staff. Sunday served the correct one which he said was delicious. For these 2 reasons you don't get 5 stars.

Function room was fantastic for the birthday event. Staff extremely wonderful and food is delicious.

Nice ambience and good wine list. The big negative for me is the cost... very expensive if buying wine by the glass. Nice to pop in, though, during the week after work if wanting somewhere a little quieter than a rowdy pub.

Review of Next Hotel Bar. Asecticaly pleasing. Not much of a view unless you nab the limited 8 tables on pool side. I was just not a fan of paying $10 for a drink in a plastic cup.

Possibly the best hotel experience world wide. They have changes so much of the tired old model and created the hotel experience from a user's perspective.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel and both times the staff have been helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and modern and the atmosphere is very relaxed, we will be back.

Amazing location and fantastic staff! If you are looking for a great place to stay in the heart of the city this is the one to pick. Great room and a very comfortable bed. Super easy to get to from the mall and is only a 5 minute walk from everything you'll want.

I have stayed here a few times and enjoyed the experience.
The rooms are modern and extremely clean.
The hotel staff are friendly and approachable.
The location of the hotel is in the Queen Street mall and very central. The only down side to the location is if you have a large amount of luggage it is a short walk to a taxi rank or public transport, not a game changer just something to keep in mind.
They are well set up for people transiting at of hours with a large lounge area you can stay to relax before a late night flight.
I recommend this place to stay.

Great location, right near the top of the Queen Street mall. The room was a good size with all of the amenities you would expect. Friendly and helpful staff. 4 free mini bar items a day was great too.

Excellent hotel, with small details that go a long way, and 24/7 room service! To top it all, the staff are polite and can deliver a great service, something that doesn t happen very often in AUS.

Very disappointed. I received a voucher for an all inclusive 2 night stay at the Hotel for my Wedding (fully paid for). The hotel was tentatively booked for a date that unfortunately elapsed (As a result of my friend not communicating the date & being in Hospital for two weeks with her infant). Attempts were made prior to call the hotel to book a date - but the booking could not be found (& friend uncontactable). After multiple emails & discussions with the hotel they would not honour the booking or provide any alternate compensation. A sunk cost & very disappointing outcome for what could have been a lovely weekend away with my family. Customer service was shocking. Would not recommend this hotel.

6star. Thank you for having me. I sometimes come to the lounge and study, because they offer free wifi for visitor, which is GREAT. I am hoping every hotels in Brisbane can offer free wifi to visitors. Next hotel is my favorite !! They let me stay and study, they don't bother people who use lounge for business. I love this hotel. Its great for business.

A fine place to stay. Location, layout and facilities cannot be faulted in any way. Staff helpful and efficient. Highly recommended and that's before you mention the pod coffee machine in every room and free items from the mini bar

Modern hotel in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Fully renovated, hi tech rooms, great beds and linens for a super sleep. Outdoor areas, pool, bar and transit area are fabulous. Amazing breakfast.

Pretty good hotel with very central position. Small things that annoyed me include: no slippers available, didn't get dental and shaving kits until I requested, and the room control via mobile phone can be a bit fiddly

This hotel is top class ! The staff are amazing ! Especially young Dave who goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional! The buffet breakfast is delicious and the rooms are incredibly clean with comfortable beds and pillows . Just go down the escalator and walk straight into the Queen Victoria Mall. Fantastic .

Stayed for just the one night, but had a wonderful stay. Hotel room was very clean and very user friendly, loved the use of the phone to control the room features, loved all the mood lighting in the bathroom too. The free items from the mini bar were also a great surprise. The staff were very very helpful and friendly. The hotel is placed perfectly for anyone wanting to visit Southbank, or enjoy shopping in the mall. I will defiantly be staying again soon.

This place is different to normal hotels. I only stated here for 1 day for work but would have liked to stay longer. This place feels modern and has really embraced technology with your room being controlled by the Samsung phone supplied which can also be used as the room key. Hope to stay here again to put this place through its paces.

Next is a great hotel, everything in your room is electronically controlled this will be a nifty feature for some and anger others. We loved it for the most part but sometimes you just want a light switch when its 3am and you are going to the toilet.

The service was good and I recommend you try the restaurant downstairs.

Was not expecting to be sleeping on a sofa bed. That I am way to tall for.

We stayed here on a Saturday night and had a wonderful visit. The location cannot be beat, check in and out was a breeze, room was lovely and clean, poolside bar is fantastic. All in all a great hotel which we would recommend to anyone visiting about city.

Really like the four free items from the mini bar. Strange pillows though.

Decent rooms, but the service was not up to par. They wouldn't provide any bellhop service for our baggage. In addition the parking situation was hard to find and figure out.

I only used the conference facility. The door to the room did not close properly. This was a continual distraction.

Great location, great room, great staff. I stayed here after not being checked in at meriton thanks to reception boy and them refusing cash payment offered when told money would be on card next morning (even though they still charged me using card details provided when booking online). Wish I had known about Next when booking

We spent 5 nights here and couldn't fault the hotel. The facilities are very modern and the rooms up to date and stylish.
The staff were lovely to speak to when enquiring at the desk.

Location is great and the rooms/ facilities were excellent. The food served at conference for morning /afternoon tea and lunch could have been better.

Modern technology-oriented hotel, a smartphone is available in every room to control the light, temperature, it also serves remote control, support to order food, additional amenities or simply call the home. You have a landline in case, all the same;) Staff available easily, fast service (Possibility to order takeaway if you are in a hurry to visit!)
And the hotel is very well located! I recommend it 100%!
