Next hotel is located in the centre of Brisbane on Queen St mall. The rooms are modern, and very well presented. I frequently stay there when travelling to Brisbane.

My only minor criticism is that there's often problems with the television reception.

I booked 2 night stay, the second morning there was no hot water for a shower. The smart phone provided was not working so couldn't alert maintenance of problem and then i could even contact reception desk. I had to use my own phone to call reception. I was offered to relocate room but was checking out and had an early morning meeting to get too. Manager was not available to talk too but have requested that he call me back. Extremely dissappointed.

A bit confusing when they said breakfast was complementary but then it was charged back to my room, but amenities and facilities were excellent.

Except for a minor hiccup on check-in, overall fantastic service and location. The two things that really got me was the presentation and portion of the in room meal. Takeaway style doesn't really suit the prices asked. The in room phone control for room functions worked but was a hit and miss affair. The curtains had light bleed from the morning sun as it does not cover the windows sufficiently. But the room was very comfortable, the bed was amazing, and the pool was fantastic.

The room and facilities were fantastic and apart from a small issue with my access card not working on the date of stay everything was lovely. The staff were fantastic and the location is just perfect.

Brilliant stay - such a great location, centred in the CBD. I only had a short (beautiful) stroll over the Victoria Bridge to South Bank and the Cultural Arts Centre. The pool is a big plus and the roof terrace bar amazing! Will be back.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are no light switches! Need to control lights with a mobile phone app. Good luck finding phone in middle of night to turn on the bathroom light. The wifi went down so we had no tv either. While hotel is fine, the buggy and gimmicky technology situation is a massive let down.

Great location in the middle of the CBD for shops and offices but tricky entrance although they offer a valet. Rooms are contemporary middle of the road functional neither offensive or aspirational simply do the job as a business orientated one nighter.

We stayed here for the second time since it changed from Chiffley on Lennons and this has been our worst experience to date. The sheets were not big enough to even cover the matress protector and it took three attempts with management to get suitable sheets for our bed. By this stage it was already our second nite.

We got four free mini bar items each day, but they were not able to restock them after our first day and we had to remind reception to do so. This happened the first time we stayed here as well two years ago, but we couldn't be bothered complaining. Obviously, they don't like restocking the mini bar items evn if you drink water.

Reception staff were not always helpful either.

The hotel has a great location, but due to the inconsistent and sub-standard service we received for a 4 star hotel, we will choose to stay elsewhere next time we travel to Brisbane.

The room is a little small, but it is clean! Excellent location

Great location, room was nice with a huge bathroom (same size as the room). The free mini bar items was a nice touch.

From end to end. Probably one of my favourite hotels in the entire world. Staff is friendly, smiling and approachable. the restaurant custom redesigns meat dishes to make them vegetarian on request. Room is top notch modern and clean. love the shower the bed the tv with a free selection of uploaded movies. the centrally controlled room through a remote control phone. I LOVE THIS HOTEL.

Excellent hotel in the city center. Direct exit to the shopping street within walking distance of all shops. Rooms very modern and contemporary with an eye for comfort and convenience. Even your own smartphone per room that you can take with you during your stay for WiFi throughout the city. Here you can also view all information about the hotel, control the air conditioning and even the lights in your room.
Very friendly staff who know how to handle things. We will definitely return here next time in Brisbane!

Modern spacious rooms, in room phone app allows full control of all room facilities and the 4 free minibar items is always a plus.

Nice atmosphere and hotel and room very stylish with a lot of amenities.

Breakfast included which is fantastic but make sure you check on how busy they are. Arrived at restaurant at 9:15 and waited more than an hour to finally get food. Somebody not get their staffing right? Kitchen could not cope.

Beds were very firm as well.

This place is not what it used to be. Staff always seem like aliens from another planet at front desk. Like they have no idea what is going on but can read the screen to tell you how much you owe them but it's wrong because the people you spoke to 12 hours earlier are from a different and didn't leave notes on your account. I find this annoying in hotels. Sometimes I think they do it just for kicks.
Restaurant, breakfast, what a disappointment. Used to be the whole point of coming here but the full hot and cold buffet has been slaughtered to a cheap cold buffet with a meal voucher. So disappointed.
Great location on queen street mall.
The room cleaner that bangs on your door despite the do not disturb sign to require an explanation of a late checkout.
The free mini bar items, no real benefit here as their mini bar is unique.
It's the small things that matter in life and in high cost cbd hotel stays and it pains me to say, we won't be back.

Not kid friendly, pool does not have a shallow end, key cards needed everywhere like it's fort knox. Shower head in my room was broken and you can't turn on the lights without waking up the other person because it's either all lights on or all lights off on the bedroom. The room was clean.

Brilliant! Luxury and value. Location is the best. Parking is the only issue.

Bad room service and over the top prices for food. $12 for fries that are a medium sized McDonald meal.

Always stay here when I'm in Brisbane for work. Central and a stroll away from Southbank

Wonderful central location ,right onto the queen st mall ,modern contemporary rooms with all modern amenities, great reception area ,a bar and restaurant that are great ,very helpful staff, food available in your room too , the bed was so comfortable and fluffy with Egyptian cotton sheets, there are no balconies ,but the city views from my room the 11th floor were great

I'm a returning customer and enjoy the central location, stylish rooms and friendly reception. However, $18 for a half empty glass of Mai Tai (see image) is as much of an insult as the roof top bar service we received by our barkeeper Jade.

Very nice hotel in terms of location, staff, cleanliness and space. Facilities are also good - on level 4 there's a gym, sleep pods, bar, lounge and an infinity pool. Shower had good water pressure and amenities were well provided.

Best hotel experience ever modern touches with the smart controlled rooms and the 4 free items a day in the mini bar is a master stroke. Epic central location only minor complaint was the limited in room dining options. Would 100% recommend a stay here should you visit Brisbane

Unable to plug any form of games console or netflix chrome options into the tv in the room as they have fixed the tvs to their own settings. Very difficult when working away from home with both 6 and 10 year old kids in the room.

This hotel is great value for money, complimentary four free mini bar items each day is standard with every room and two free drinks at the bar were included in our package. There is a poolside bar that is lovely to find outside in the middle of the city and also a bar and restaurant downstairs on the reception floor. Perfect location with it's entrance on to Queen street and all the shops and malls. Easy walking distance of 10mins at the most to Southbank. Bus station 1 minute away and train station a 5 minute walk. Car parking is either in the Myer centre which is very close or valet on premises at $45 a night.

My first choice when i visit Brisbane. Great vibe and look. Staff are very professional. Comfort and convenience. Great rooms. Location is perfect.

Central location, seamless service (no hassle at all, check in and check out really smooth). Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. I'll stay here again if possible.

Best location you could hope for in the heart of the city. The pool bar really comes alive on these weekend afternoons. Sunny Brisbane makes you appreciate the beautiful pool, which has nice seating next to it. Well suited rooms and an outstanding lounge with sleeping pods, which I highly recommend if you need to get some business done.

Great location on Queen's Street and close to public transportation, including a CityCat terminal for Brisbane's terrific waterway transportation. Rooms and impeccable service. We arrived too early to get all the rooms and we had access to the hotel's business lounge, which gives a very good setting for working. Very good bedding, spacious room. An address to recommend in Brisbane

I ve stayed here multiple times for work, even 10 nights straight.
The hotel is in a convenient location and is very tech savvy.
The rooms always smell fresh and seem to be sound proofed well.
I would definitely stay there again.

I've only been here to visit the pool deck bar, which is a great spot on a Friday afternoon for drinks with friends. My only gripe is that Optus doesn't seem to work at all if you're sitting inside ...which makes it rather hard to meet said friends for a drink. But if you're alone, then great! Service can be a little slow, with only two people often working at this bar in peak periods. A cell repeater or free wi-fi for bar guests would fix this issue, but otherwise great!

The hotel is nice. However the air conditioning was very noisy making it difficult to sleep.
