Not bad , but i was put out in the bleachers at the very end off the hall , made me feel second rate

Very nice located in Brisbane city. But, a housekeeper was lazy. Did not clean very well. I was disappointed that.

Sloppy administration - charged twice by them. A company prepaid room was charged again on personal credit card during checkout. To get a refund, you have to wait five days for their transaction to go through.

Went for conference, room want setup and tech didn't work well. Lunch was also average. Building itself was really nice and pool bar is worth a trip.

This Hotel needs deserves 10 stars. Upon checking in Bec on Reception was beyond exceptional and amazing. So much professionalism was shown to make sure that our stay was going to be a very memorable one. Tom and James were also very polite and helpful. This hotel spells location location location with rooms that are hard to leave due to the comfortability, style and view. The infinity pool, lounge, gym and sleep pods on level 4 would calm the most stressed out traveller. I would definitely recommend Next Hotel Brisbane to all my friends and family and I am already looking forward to my next stay here in 12 months time.

Brilliant CEO that greeted all of us from a delayed Virgin flight. The staff did a wonderful job to get us sorted abd there 70+ of us.

The hotel is located in the city center, shopping and shopping are very convenient
The restaurants and bars in the hotel are very convenient if you are hungry and can come directly to the restaurant.
When staying at the hotel, everything was fine, courteous and caring. There is a mini bar that can choose from four free foods or drinks every day. The bed in the room is sleepy, comfortable and clean.

Great location but the rooms are small and the internet is horrible. Food is great though

Visited for a charity event, really great rooftop pool bar and Matthew the bar manager is fantastic!

Perfect location right in cbd on queen street. Very convenient togo anywhere within walkin distance. Hotel room is abit small compare to others n i had prob finding main entrance and lobby but if location what matters to you then consider this hotel as an option (pictures taken from Queen Street area)

Amazing chic hotel, quite small but with everything you need. It's just located in the pedestrian walk so location is perfect. Breakfast is very nice and gym is good

Pool area is great. Breakfast option to choose between a few hot dishes works perfect. They have a special transfer room to sleep for early arrivals.

Food was very good, drinks selection was expansive and reasonably priced. Sad that Lennon's has changed from it's original decor but the next hotel as it is now is very good.

Definitely not as good as the pictures look on the website. The room was quite old, the fact that you can t just turn on only the bathroom light is ridiculous, and the strange bathroom sliding doors don t close properly. We paid extra to have a BUFFET breakfast included in our stay. When we got to breakfast it was in fact not a buffet, there is a small cereal bar (as in mini packets of cereal), orange juice and tea, and then you order a main from a choice of 3 meals. They don t let you make ANY alterations to the meals and it s $5 extra to add avocado (a whole avocado costs $3 lol) and $5 extra to add bacon. It s not even that expensive in Melbourne! The staff weren t very helpful either and for the cost of the stay I was expecting a lot more when it s very similar pricing to the mecure and Marriott but definitely not as good. The location is excellent though, right in the middle of the city and the pool is lovely.

This hotel is not providing the basic human right of a meal whilst in quarantine.

Calls to reception are going unanswered and no one is responding.

Edit to Jason's note - The conditions did not improve apart from directly after the news broke regarding the hotel and then food quality reduced to it's atrocious levels within a few days post that.

The fact remains that you were entirely capable of providing a food and beverage offer (as other quarantine hotels had) that was suitable, you chose not to.

I appreciate be that your staff tried their best but it was clear that they were either not trained to support a large number of guests or not capable.

Basic services like answering the phone and providing food was all anyone was asking for but you seemed to not even get that right.

You have also hidden everyone's comments on Facebook which shows you had no interest in improving the situation.

You should be ashamed for treating people the way you did as it clear the interest was financial gain rather than supporting people to Quarantine appropriately and safely.

I for one will never return to any of your hotels and will ensure any corporate bookings avoid using the hotel chain in future.

Stayed in the Deluxe double room, very good location, nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful

I lOVED the tech! mobile phone in each room that you can take with you as a hotspot, which is awesome if you are an international traveler. The phone also is used for ordering, light switches etc.
Easy set up to mirror the TV with your phone or tablet so you can work on the big screen or watch films. Its a comfy place.
Ive been in Oz for two months. Best hotel yet!

Excellent and innovative refurbishment of this major Brisbane CBD hotel. The rooms are very well designed so feel quite spacious. The fitness centre is well equipped. Staff are friendly and efficient.

An excellent hotel right on the Queen Street mall. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room on the 23rd floor was very clean, a good size and had city views. The bed was comfortable. It came with 4 free minibar items per day, including beer and cider, soft drink, juice or water. There is also free wifi which worked well and free on-demand movies too.

The pool on level 4 is excellent and it was nice to have a drink at the poolside bar which has happy hour from 5pm-7pm ($5 beers and $10 cocktails). I used the hotel gym twice which is quite large and has treadmills, ellipticals, a bike, weight machines and a dumbell rack.

The location for shopping and food is absolutely awesome, and there is a great Korean restaurant in the alley directly behind the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Parking can be super expensive in Brisbane, but we used Secure Parking nearby in Elizabeth Street which was $25.00 per night when booked online.

Lovely centrally located rooms with all sorts of technological features, like quick checkout and app controlled lighting, aircon and entertainment. Unfortunately, none of these worked properly during our visit, with the provided phone freezing and leaving us in the dark, and huge queues to check in or out due to the non functioning check out machines. I think these usually mean they can have fewer staff on reception, but that meant quite long waits on our stay. The rooms themselves are good, I just wish that our short stay hadn't been eaten up by technical difficulties (that's what work is for)!

Small modern hotel with really great value. Location is right Next to where the shops and restaurants are. Overall stay was comfortable. Check-in was super fast. We were permitted access to our room even though arriving in the morning, a gesture that we really appreciated coming off a long flight. I d stay here again if given the chance.

Very modern but the room allocation seems to be random and not really dependant on your booking and more often dependant on who checks you in.

Be very careful the bar staff here can be deceiving. We had rounds of drinks at $38 and twice going to the bar they tried to charge $48 without inputting drinks inthe till.

The staff are very helpful and the rooms are at a very high standard. The price is very low in comparison to the quality of the room provided. I'm very happy with my choice and will be returning in the future.

Great service. Facilities are fantastic and the attention to detail is spot on. From the 4 items in the mini bar to the complimentary tea and coffee in the relaxation zone, it all works. Would recommend.

Next place with a good atmosphere. Also check out the pool area, it's a great place for drinks. They had a good DJ there the night we went.

The Hotel is currently being used for quarantine of interstate travellers due to COVID. Both my wife and I are currently guests and we cannot praise the Hotel staff, Queensland Police and ADF personnel enough. Under very trying times everyone concerned is working their best to support the guests. Big thanks to all of you we really appreciate your hard work. HUGE THANKS Paul and Julie

Rooms were above standard for a similar price range, location is perfect and the facilities were great.

Fantastic rooms, with lots of power sockets. Maybe some USB ones for future upgrades. Hotel staff provide with a smile where ever you go. Clean and a smart design

Modern facilities in the heart of Brisbane. Rooms are a touch small, but are well furnishes with a pod coffee maker and a mobile phone (which acts as the rooms universal remote). Very techy.

The ambiance happy hour and staff made it a wonderful stay. Close to shops and attractions kept me busy and no time to try sleep pods. Maybe NEXT time. Thanks

One of the better hotels I stay. A tip is to put its address as Burnett Lane and confirm with the driver that they can actually access it! It's a technology savvy hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bathroom. The mini bar allows 4 free items per day which is a lovely touch from tight rip you off hotels. Some rooms have great views. It has easy access for food, shopping and business.

Good location. They didn't restock my minibar while I stayed there, even when requested. The a la carte breakfast is very average and took so long to come one morning that I had to leave for my meeting and had no breakfast. Then they bomabarded me with unsolicted emails for reviews of my stay,

Clean, modern, and lovely interior.. Compared to most other hotels i've been to, i managed to have a long deep sleep. Really loving the vibes of the space created. Enjoyed the daily minibar freebies as well.
