Love the decor, love ambiance, love the location, love the view, service was good, ordered goat burger and wings, trust me the burger was good but yu see de wings nuh mek it dem have to wheel and come again, school bell ringing again fi dem, have go learn fi mek nice and juicy chicken wings no sah never know people could spoil dat no matter which sauce yu use the chicken did bun up

My friends visited some days ago which they had a good experience, they told me they liked a tall dark waitress with her hair cornrow and she speaks real pleasant and professional while the only other waitress asked if they were good, was a Chinese looking one.
As for me and my husband we went there yesterday and the view was beautiful on the outside mainly were we sat. The music wasn't too loud either and the decorations were so pretty. Only one issue, the customer service was very poor as to the waitress that served us after waiting almost half hour to get anyone. We saw her name on our bill think it said "kishana"
She had such a vexed faced while taking our order didn't even smile, she took a while to bring our drinks in fact my daiquiri was melting, then we waited pass 1/2 hr to get our meals then we wanted water but didn't saw her pass bk again until she came to put down our bill and took our plates up.
So the service was terrible we didn't even bother to tip her. I do hope that the managements will teach their staffs to be professional and leave their long faces at their homes.

Seated 15mins waiting on waitress,not even a drink of water we got,we had to signal to one of the waitresses going about their busy schedule,after placing the order,we had to wait another 20mins for our appetizers( red peas soup)then 3mins after we get the spoons to eat with, the plates weren't collected until about an hour when we got out entrees,3 meals were order we got 1 fork, 5 mins into eating our meals before our drink arrive. "A lot of orders were before ours" was the response we got,when we ask why our meals too so long.

They are still setting up, staff is friendly, but clearly inexperienced, wasn't able to answer basic questions had to keep going back in to find out about availability etc. Group of 3 we all had various burgers... Pork burger was overdone and bland, presentation was good but fries arrived cold. Ambiance is good, decor is beautiful and modern. Here's hoping they will improve.

It was a great atmosphere... The music was nice, the service was good and the food was good... We enjoyed our night ... Definitely going back

Decent food but customer service needs lots of improvement..they should consult "Restaurant: Impossible and Bar Rescue".

It's hot,the food isn't great. The service is even worse. The waitresses are not trained. Dont waste your money.

Most of menu items was out. No seafood plus the restaurant is by the ocean. No coconut water and this is downtown Kingston, Jamaica. This was my first time here.

Food was good, however the price wasn't worth what I ordered. Additional, the waitress wasn't very polite. I asked her several times for my drink, she said that she will bring it for me, however each time, she failed to bring my drink and she had an attitude problem. Due to the waitress behaviour, my entire group got free drinks

Great customer service. Could use some adjustement on the coconut crusted fish..it was very tasty, but i was shocked tht it was served by itself.

The wait for the food was like an hour but the food was great when it finally came and the server made several apologies and was very polite

I've been calling their phone for one whole day !!! No answer .change the number if it's not in use !!!! Horrible and I've never eaten their as yet .

The food was ok and the location is great (when there isn't a ton of garbage floating around in the water).
I didn't appreciate the experience because the waitresses were slow and unprofessional in the way they did their jobs. The hostess was callous and could care less if we wanted to spend our money there. Upon arrival we asked if seating was available outside, to which the hostess gave the affirmative. After taking our orders, the waitress asked us (a group of 8) to change location to inside (too cold) or another location outside so they could facilitate a group of 20, but we would be separated. After discussing it, we decided not to move. It felt like having to fight for the basic customer service that should be given to every customer.
There are MANY restaurants in Kingston that serve good food, so I would recommend one of those.

Great food and great customer service. The ambiance overall is amazing.

I prefer this location over the other as there is a bit more breathing room here for dining and dining by the sea of course is an added bonus. It's definitely more laid back while still maintaining the ribbiz "vybe". The food is affordable and it's good,nothing special or extra. The staff seems more attentive here and very friendly,very accomadative of groups and handles a crowd well. All in all a good and very fun dining experience if u go with good company.

Waited way too long at front desk for hostess who never came. Seated myself, to wait quite a while for anyone to notice me and recommend a waitress to me. Food was good, and outdoor seating option pleasing. Just think that the difference between them being good and great is all in the service provided. Huge people who value their jobs and the proper execution thereof.

First of all the ambience is perfect... our visit was in the night and we dined on the outside so we could taken in the city lights and the harbour with the added bonus of watching a plane land at NMIA. Cuisine includes local favourites, popular pasta dishes and seafood options.The food was good, well seasoned and affordable. The music is loud for persons who may not necessarily gravitate to that but it certainly kept the vibe very lively. Our waitress was very attentive despite the crowd and kept checking etc which we appreciated. I would dine here again.

The food was good and our waitress in particular was really nice. The atmosphere is pretty chill with nice deco. It would've been 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack oforganisation once we were seated when we were served by 3 different waitresses with everyone complaining that our table wasn't in their area.

Excellent establishment to host a party or enjoy with close friend during or after work. Staff is very accommodating and professional. Highly recommended for working and middle class people looking to have an enjoyable time.

I visited for the first time on monday 29 June to havre my anniversary dinner.. i was so disappointed with the baby back ribs i ordered it was tough and rubbery.. i could not eat it.....my husband fought with it till he could do no more...i sent it back and ordered southern southern fried chicken after waiting for almost 3/4 hour the waitress came back to say the machine that fry the chicken was out of paper or something and if i could wait a little longer. I told her no just bring the bill for what my husband had im out of here. Ribbiz spoilt my 1st anniversary celebrarion..i eat out alot and that was the worst ribs i have had.. and for 4500 a rack??!!!....

Horrible service, not to mention the long wait time for food

It's a great view, great food and the waitress was really nice but it was just too loud for my liking. The music was loud and people were trying to talk above the music making the environment just plain simply noisy.
