My friends visited some days ago which they had a good experience, they told me they liked a tall dark waitress with her hair cornrow and she speaks real pleasant and professional while the only other waitress asked if they were good, was a Chinese looking one.
As for me and my husband we went there yesterday and the view was beautiful on the outside mainly were we sat. The music wasn't too loud either and the decorations were so pretty. Only one issue, the customer service was very poor as to the waitress that served us after waiting almost half hour to get anyone. We saw her name on our bill think it said "kishana"
She had such a vexed faced while taking our order didn't even smile, she took a while to bring our drinks in fact my daiquiri was melting, then we waited pass 1/2 hr to get our meals then we wanted water but didn't saw her pass bk again until she came to put down our bill and took our plates up.
So the service was terrible we didn't even bother to tip her. I do hope that the managements will teach their staffs to be professional and leave their long faces at their homes.
