This location has narrow isles and limited product variety compared to other locations, but everything you need. The staff is absolutely wonderful and make a large part of the positive experience here. They also play the best music- massive attack while you shop? Yes please! The prices are medium high - sometimes it's worth it, other times you should really try Fred Meyers. Either way, it's definitely a well managed location and worth checking out. Deli food and coffee bar also make this place worth the stop.

A local "Whole Foods" style grocer. Meat and Fish counters are excellent. The interior of this store is well laid out, yet I could not find the entrance to the "roof-top parking". Check-out was fast and efficient.

Pretty really cool place. As a vegan it has such a large variety of different vegan goods which I love (not as much as Food Fight!). The prices are about what you'd pay at whole foods but I think it's nicer atmosphere.

I love this place! Prices are a bit higher than other local stores but worth it. I use my Amazon Prime discount. The store is always clean and smells wonderful. The restrooms are well attended and clean. The cashiers always friendly and helpful. Repeat customer.

As good as other New Seasons. The parking fills up often and the store layout is kind of awkward, but I think they did the best with the space they had. They don't have as big of a variety of stuff as some of the other locations either, but again, that's probably due to space.

I like shopping at whole foods because they seem to have very fresh meats! As for the other departments, eh. (I'll get to that later.) The Franklin Whole Foods is kind of tiny which is annoying because old ladies seem to be running me over every time I turn a corner in this store. In any case, they have a good selection of foods and this is probably why I come here to do my groceries all the time. I'm not too crazy about the fact that my boyfriend found the tiniest worm in his fish or that I found a caterpillar in my bok choy. Come on, Whole Foods. I know you're all about organic and sustainable, but creepy crawlies in fish and produce gross me out.

I usually buy at this store on Hawthorne. Nothing wrong with the fact that is smaller than other stores they have. No unpleasant situation till today when coming back home I couldn t find the deli tray I bought. There was nowhere to be found in the bag. Next time I ll keep an eye open on both the cashier and on the helper who puts the products in the bag.

Food, etc., extremely expensive compared to fred meyer where i usually shop. Narrow, crowded aisles. I come here only for specialty items not carried at FM. Nice staff people, but I can't afford this place....

Wine shoppers, beware! Very small selection of wines (although they are good). If you are expecting several aisles, head over to Progress Ridge. Awesome produce, cheese, and other products for such a small store though. It also has the hot wok! Yum!

Somewhat small store with limited selection and high prices. The Fred Meyer store about a block away is a much better choice for a grocery store with a nicer seating area near the salad bar and the coffee shop.

This store is not the place to go if you need space to navigate through the aisles, like if you use a wheelchair or walker. In spite of having received numerous complaints, including from the staff who work there, management insists on placing boxes and displays in the middle of the aisle.

This is one of the newer New Seasons (only opened within the last 3-4 years). Given its location, its one of the smaller New Seasons grocery stores so that can be an issue when it comes to the overall selection compared to other New Seasons markets. The redeeming factor for this particular location is the extra parking on the roof.

Way too small to bother with. Doesn't include other services or amenities that larger New Seasons locations include. Very cramped and hard to navigate. More like a convenience store. I prefer the Concordia location, it's much nicer.

Ok, I've been shopping this location for 8 years now. I hate to write a poor review especially because the staff are so friendly but...in the past month I came down with the worst case of food poisoning from the precooked shrimp that lasted 8 days. The water machine has been out of order now for 2 weeks. I go there every 3 days to fill my jugs so I've had to drive all the way over to 7 corners. Then there's the new "neighbor bonus points " deal. Well, that should have been thought through alot more as every time I check out there's always a problem. The cashier always ends up having to redo the whole process because it boosts the sale off. Then yesterday I asked how many points I have so far. The print out said 0! With as much as I shop there I should have a ton of points! It's a shame that I'm considering doing my shopping elsewhere now. I just called to see if the water machine is back up running and its not. Come on guys please get together.

Always greeted with friendly people and that Portland charm. Meat section is fantastic, and you can typically call in ahead if you have a specific cut you're wanting. Also, pretty good wine selection for the size of the store with a quick chiller too. 10/10 will continue to do the majority of my shopping here.

Clean fresh produce. Check out deli for unusual dishes: Sweet Potatoes with Lime and Spices. Takes away "too sweet" taste and adds great to salads, sandwiches. Parking is manageable. Real deals on Organic product's!

Good food but very cramped and the eating area sucks. There aren't enough places to sit and the seatting is either by the cash registers (why?) Or outside by the can machines. Okay to buy stuff at but i wouldn't hang out here to eat.

A very good Market filled with Organic and natural products! The bakery makes exquisitely delicious cheese breadsticks for 99 cents. There are good Bargains each week, and often you may sample delicious products. The staff is happy and informative
