Great experience for buying my first car! The energy there is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and informative. Dennis at Hyundai helped me with finding a car I liked and that would fit me financially, I will definitely be going back if I ever need another.

Happy with Shay our sales representative. This was the fifth place we were working with to get a vehicle. Didnt play all the usual Car high pressure salesman games. Two hours drove our new car home.. he called back the for a follow-up make sure everything was okay with the vehicle and we were still happy. Alex in finance was also good didn't try to high pressure sales us into warranties.

I bought a Land Rover lr3 vehicle from Hilton head...

I bought a Land Rover lr3 vehicle from Hilton head Hyundai before I leave with the vehicle I was told that the engine light that was on will go away by the next day and if it doesn t I should take it back so the can check on it. The engine light did go off the next day but came back on so I took it back and I was told the I can drive home and they will call me with an appointment that they will setup next door with the Land Rover dealer. I waited for 3fays without a call before I again went back to the dealer and everyone was acting surprised that I didn t get a call as yet, they checked the vehicle and took care of one of the engine code and again told me to hold tight for the appointment from the dealer of that car, but again after a couple days I went back to the dealer to rectify the problem and on this visit I was told that I bought the car as is and they are not going to pay for the problem that the car has and even if the same day that I left the dealership and the car caught fire it would be all on me.
So this tells me that all this time that I was told to wait for the appointment it was all lies.
I would never do business with this place again and I wish I had talked to the guy that is right at their entrance protesting what looks to be similar treatment.

Firstly, the atmosphere in the building was breathtaking. The personnel at sales was very courteous and more so knowledgeable of the products for my car. He went beyond the ordinary to assist me. The clerk who attended to me was second to none. In my opinion, customer service is their mantra. Thumbs up!!!

If you're looking for any Jeep product. You need to speak to Nick Russell. I shopped around to several dealerships (9) and went back to Nick because he knew EVERYTHING about Jeeps. I'm super excited to enjoy my new 2020 Gladiator and grateful Nick was able to help. 100% satisfied.

All in all, my experience at Audi Hilton Head was great. My boyfriend and I drove from Atlanta to see a specific vehicle. Once I saw it I was sold and was ready to move forward with the purchase. Chris McCabe helped us and he was fantastic. Very friendly and easy to work with. He made the process very seamless and was very knowledgeable.

The one complaint I do have is with the sales manager. I was very happy with the car I had scheduled time to see and wanted to leave with that car. Unfortunately, the sales manager tried to sell me any other vehicle without asking me what features or colors I was interested in just to make a few extra dollars. It was frustrating. I hate car dealerships for this reason alone and was hopeful I wouldn t have that experience with a luxury dealership. He would have known I was not interested in any other vehicle if he had just asked.

In the end I left very happy with the car I wanted and am planning to work with Audi Hilton Head in the future.

Britta and Jim T. made my experience a wonderful one. I came down from Maryland to make a purchase. They laid out the red carpet for myself and my wife. Dealerships in the Maryland area need to take notes from this dealership on how to treat your customers when buying a car. I'll be back in a few years for my next purchase!
Thanks again

To begin, my father is 91.5 years old and suffers ...

To begin, my father is 91.5 years old and suffers from dementia. He has greatly diminished mental capacity. Unbeknownst to me, on 6/12/17 he traded in a 2017 Ford Escape (with less than 600 miles) and bought a brand-new 2017 Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition from Hilton Head VW. I discovered this sometime in late June when my father told me he had bought a new car.
Initially my father and stepmother, who is 88 years old, went to Hilton Head VW to look at a possible new car for her. Hilton Head VW sold her a 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition for $31, 330.50. This vehicle, as you know, has a fair amount of added technology and CarNet, none of which my stepmother can understand nor use. She does not have or use a smart phone. In other words, the dealer hoodwinked her into buying a car beyond her needs.

The dealer revealed to me that as my parents were leaving the dealership my father decided spur of the moment that he might want a new car as well. The dealership also sold him a brand-new 2017 Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition.

The trade-in given was $18,000 for the Ford Escape (with less than 600 miles on it). The Tiguan was sold to him for $30,897.36. My father signed an agreement to pay $179 per month for 72 months (6 years) for the remaining $12,897.36. Please recall: my father is 91.5 years old.

A few days after I arrived in SC to care for my parents, from my home in Colorado, my father told me he didn t want the car anymore . On 10/19/17, a woman called from VW Credit to say they wanted to come and remove the car from my father s possession. Without fully knowing the details, I told her the car could be removed per my father s wishes. A local tow truck came on 10/20/17 and removed the car.

My father is unable to write checks, understand numbers, money, dates, time, etc. He does not understand that his Tiguan was repossessed. He has greatly diminished mental capacity due to dementia, which is worsening progressively.

Now my father is missing the Ford Escape and the Tiguan. I understand from VW Credit that the car has gone to auction and we are unable to get it back. I also understand from VW Credit that the dealership is ultimately responsible for the entire trade-in transaction.

In short, I believe my both my stepmother and my father were defrauded by the VW dealership. They were sold expensive vehicles above their needs and capacities. I believe the dealership saw two elderly people with means and took full advantage of them.

My Santa Fe KeyFob was bad, so I bought a new one for $322, then had to schedule a reprogramming of the KeyFob for about another $140. I got home and my wife's KeyFob doesn't work. Nobody in service told me that I needed to bring in the other KeyFob associated with that car. When I called service they seemed to think that they made no error in this transaction. So $460 for a stinking KeyFob and insult to injury. It's the first car I've purchased from them and will be my last.

My wife and I drove 3 hours to this dealership for a Toyota Tundra limited that they had listed. I must say that it was one of the better experiences that we've had at any dealership and we have been to many. I want to give a special thanks to a young man by the name of Alex who never made us feel pressured in any way. I would recommend him to anyone whose looking for a car.

After posting this rating, I found that I was not advised of the Free Flat Tire Roadside Assistance coverage for three years offered by Continental Tire. It was just luck that I went back to the page found when I was shopping for the tires and noticed it. So I registered the tires. I feel I should have been advised of the warranty.

Horrible dealership! Beware of the "Bait & Switch." We set an appointment to look at a car for my 16 year old daughter. We arrived after speaking to a salesman and magically the car sold 5 minutes before we got there. BRUTAL EXPERIENCE!!!! They gladly offered us another car - for a whole a lot more money!

2 years ago we purchased a car from peacock VW in Hardeeville, SC. It was a really good experience so we went back about 2 months ago and purchased another car. When I test drove the car, I realized the cruise control didn't work, the back tint in window was all bubbly, and only 1 of the 4 speakers worked. The day I gave them the check, they wrote down those 3 items that they were supposed to fix. Well they never did the speakers because it wasn't a "safety issue". I called them the following week to see what could be done about it and I was told that they would split the cost with me and would eat the rest of the cost. I'm sorry but it was supposed to be fixed with the other problems. Please be aware when things need to be fixed and make sure they are taken care of before you pay for the vehicle because now I only have 1 working speaker in a car I just bought.

We had another amazing experience at Audi Hilton Head today! This dealership knows how to treat their customers. I personally sold cars for 11 months and was taught the pushy sales approach (which I never adapted to). Jim, Robert and Sonny had a genuine interest in getting me the car I wanted at the price point I needed to be. These guys are knowledgeable, courteous and just downright gentlemen. Robert showed great knowledge about the Q3 and Q5 and all their many differences and capabilities. Ultimately asking which one I loved the most, he and Sonny made the Q5 deal work for us.
When leaving, I realized I left my purse in my boyfriend s truck (he left before me). Luckily I had my ID and phone. When I was pulling off, Jim walked up to the car and opened his wallet to give me money for my 1.5 hour trip home. I didn t accept but graciously thanked him for that thoughtful and kind gesture. I m still amazed at his generosity, you don t find that everywhere! I highly recommend these guys and this top notch dealership. Thank you all for making it another great experience!

I had been considering buying a new car. Didn't need one but I am always looking. My wife and I stopped by the volkswagen lot while out for a drive. As is par for the course a salesman was approaching and like most people we were thinking oh here we go again. But I have to say this time it felt different right away. Our salesman was Kevin. He was pleasant even after I told him we were just looking. In fact he asked if we wanted to drive anything while we were there. We didn't at that time but continued to talk to him about cars and just things in general. He was extremely personable. So a couple of days later I was looking at cars online. I ran across a car I was interested in and I called Kevin for more information. He was very helpful so I asked him to run some numbers for me. While I was waiting to hear back from him I found a different car at the Savanah location. I text him to see if it would be a problem for him to run the numbers on it instead and if it would be a problem to have it brought to the Hilton Head location. He was happy to run the numbers and said it would not be a problem to get the car here. So today I went and met up with him. I drove the first car to see if I liked it enough to proceed. I did. He went to Jason his salesmanager to get the numbers together on the car and my trade in. I have to say there was a little back and forth but that is to be expected. But they got me close enough and I bought the car. So if you need a new or used car I would recommend giving Kevin at Hilton Head Volkswagen a chance. He will take good care of you.

Peacock Auto Mall provided the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Between the state-of-the-art facilities and the world-class staff, this dealership stands above the rest. We visited their Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram lot and were immediately greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. John Tai is the best salesman. He made the process smooth, quick, and painless. I enjoyed speaking with him so much, it was a shame we had to leave. Then there was Darian in the finance department. He somehow made signing countless documents entertaining and fun. I appreciated his genuine concern when discussing various warranty options. This is a team that knows how to make the costumer feel valued. We will certainly come back next time we are in the market for a new car!

Thank you Ms. Shiloh for your sweetness and overall professionalism!

This dealership is terribly unprofessional and worthless. I called ahead of time to make sure the car I was looking at was available and when I arrived after driving for 2 hours they tell me it has a transmission problem and can t be driven. They didn t think to tell me about the issue with the car that they already knew about. The general manager just tried to laugh off the fact that i drove 2 hours to see the car. Sales reps have no idea what they are talking about and are very unprofessional. This place is unorganized and does not coordinate between managers and sales reps. Do not go here. They will give you the false truth and you ll walk out empty handed. A truly awful experience.

I was traveling from Florida back home to Connecticut and the front left tire on my A-3 needed to be replaced. Although I bought my car in Connecticut rather than Georgia, Judy, the wonderful service manager, squeezed me in, and got me out of there in exactly one hour (which I spent in their absolutely amazingly new facility). I had to be in Richmond VA for dinner that night and thanks to Judy, our very considerate CSR and the rest of the team, I made it on time.

I may just drive down from Connecticut to buy my next Audi from them.

Thanks, y all!

I am from NY .I brought my first Sante Fe , a certified one my buying experience was the best I've ever had . Now 7yrs later time for that one to retire and I was looking for another. Only Sante Fe for me . Most comfortable car I've had. (bad hips ).

Had several people here tell me to go to peacock auto mall. Not liking those huge places with all the different dealerships under one roof...I went to several other places first. Mistake ! I finally went to peacock in hardeeville and was not disappointed . Got a brand new 2018 with all the options I wanted .

Sales people , internet sales person , financial guys. Made it so easy ! I love my new Santa Fe .

Totally recommend this place if your looking for a Hyundai vehicle.

I have bought multiple vehicles from these people,...

I have bought multiple vehicles from these people, always had a wonderful experience there as long as I was spending money, lots of money, but every time I need to talk to someone about a gap insurance refund or a warranty refund when I trade in a vehicle, the experience has totally opposite, as long as I'm giving them money it's all good, as long as I'm wanting a refund or something that don't involve dumping money into their pockets, they're always unavailable they don't return my calls and it's weeks and weeks before I can get someone. Good service should not just go with money in their pockets, if they don't know how to treat their customer when the sale is over then I will not be buying from here again. I mean really? Over $100,000 over the last few years to them, and this is how I get treated now, shame on you peacock. It was the Dodge dealership by the way, if you need someone in finance you will be out of luck or be waiting for atleast a week for a call back.

My 2016 Audi needed a new Audi battery, tuned to the car's system. Mark Frieseman, in service was extremely helpful in expediting this, once my car was towed to his service department. I remarked at being surprised that a new Audi battery, installation and tuning amounted to over $600 when I went to pick up the car. Mark explained why it cost that much, and proceeded to give me a really good discount on the spot. I didn't expect that and I highly recommend Peacock of HH Audi Service and commend Mark for his above and beyond treatment of his customer, me!

My wife and I have purchased several cars from thi...

My wife and I have purchased several cars from this mall over the last few years. Most purchases were pleasant, except for one. That's why I'm here. About a year ago, we wanted to upgrade my sedan to an SUV to accommodate our growing family and after looking online found a Jeep in our price range that looked to be in good condition. We went in the next day, and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Everything was fine at the time and we went on with our life.

Fast forward a year and we're back to lease another vehicle for my wife and look at purchasing a truck for myself to pursue additional business ventures. We found vehicles we liked and sat down to work numbers. That is until we were told my Jeep that I had purchased a year ago was worth half of what I owed. It was then that the salesmen printed and showed me an 11 page Car-Fax with every alert you could think of plastered on the front. I had been sold a lemon law vehicle, that had also been in a severe accident causing it to now have a salvage title. None of this was disclosed to me when purchasing the vehicle, otherwise I would not have purchased it!!

I have since spent the last 6 months either on the phone with the bank that financed the loan, or trying to get in touch with someone at Peacock to resolve this situation. I was told my John Lyons at Peacock that we would work out a deal to help me trade into something else and make the situation right. That was in July and nothing has changed.

During this entire time, the ac in the Jeep failed and needed a few components replaced. I was told that it was under "A Warranty" and that it would be fixed. I bring the car in, only to be called a few days later telling me that the warranty company will not cover those specific components and I will need to pay the diagnostic fee of $150 to get my vehicle back. A few weeks go by and John calls me to see if the Jeep had been fixed. I explain to him what happened and he says he is going to "pull some strings" to get the ac fixed. Strings were pulled and the parts were ordered under warranty. 3 more weeks go by, mind you this entire time having to drive the car with my 2 young children in 100 degree weather. I finally had enough and called to see why there was a delay. I was told that the parts had been in for some time, but they were waiting to have a loaner vehicle become available. I was never given the option to just drop my car off, instead they made a choice for me and my kids suffered because of that.

Finally the ac was fixed, once temps dropped below 80, thanks.I went in to see if they would stand by what John had said of making this entire situation right, and getting me traded out of a vehicle that is not worth what I owe. I was told my another manager there that there was no way they could do anything unless I had an additional $3,000 for a down payment. Mind you, the truck i was looking at was under $25,000 and my Jeep loan is under $20,000 yet they refused to fix the mess they had made. Before leaving, I was told by one of the salesmen to buy a lottery ticket on the way home in hopes of coming up with the necessary cash to make a deal.

Long story short, this has been the worst experience purchasing a car I have ever dealt with. The guys that sold me the car originally weren't upfront about the history and damage to the vehicle and just wanted to make a sale. The management who have agreed that the car shouldn't have been sold are unwilling to do anything to make it right. They are willing to lose loyal customers over a branded title car that they should never have placed on the lot in the first place. I have been in customer service for over 13 years and never have I seen a company treat customers like this, let alone refuse to even respond to emails or calls.

DO NOT buy from Peacock. They only treat you as a valued customer if you have cash you're willing to throw around. If there's an issue with a purchase they will tell you best of luck, and to go buy lottery tickets. The only reason this has 1 star is because zero isn't an option.

My wife and I have had the best experience with Audi Hilton Head! We have bought 3 Audis from Corey just this year and each time was easy and straightforward. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Corey and never felt any pressure from him. He is a genuine person and listened to our needs for a new vehicle. He lead us in the right direction and we cannot thank him enough. Corey, you have made customers for LIFE! Jim was also great to deal with. Usually, at the end you are pressured to purchase more warranty s and extras for the vehicle at other dealerships but Jim explained everything in detail and understood what our concerns were. Part of the sale was a "we owe" order to fix the passenger side window tint. This was not something I asked for, it was offered by the sales rep. I was told they would have their tint provider come to me at my home or business in Hinesville and gave me his contact info. The tint provider would not come to Hinesville and instead said I could meet him at the Peacock dealership in Savannah. It took several phone calls and a few weeks to finally schedule a time that worked for both of us. I arrived early for the appointment and called the tint guy when I got there. He said he was running a bit late but was on the way. An hour and a half later, I still hadn't heard from him and he wouldn't answer my call; nearly 3 hours and fuel wasted on a trip to Savannah. I contacted my sales rep and he said he'd reach out to the tint provider and get back to me. Two weeks passed without a word from either. I contacted my sales rep again and suggested I have the tint replaced myself and submit an invoice and he agreed. I had the tint repaired locally. I even removed the old tint and glue in order to save labor costs since both front windows had to be replaced or the drivers and passenger windows would have been significantly different in color even though the replacement tint was the same percentage as the old tint.
I submitted an invoice for $125 by email to my sales rep. I didn't receive a response but a check for $100 was sent a few days later. I'm not sure why the full amount wasnt reimbursed but I'm not at all surprised considering the lack of communication or professionalism prior. If there was a limit, I should have been informed and I would have done everything possible to work within that limit.
Buying my truck at Peacock was easy and hassle free. The service since then has been anything but hassle free and it's been that way unapologetically.

My salesman, Ben, made my car buying experience absolutely perfect. My wife called trying to get info on an STI from Sarah who I had already been dealing with. We called around 10 AM, 2 PM came and i hadn't heard back from Sarah. Finally we called and asked for any salesman, we just wanted to buy this car as it was the only one in the color I wanted in SC. We were forwarded to Ben who immediately jumped into action and gave us all the information we asked for. He had everything set up and ready to go whenever we got there the next day. I think we spent more time talking to him and playing with the car than doing paperwork. We could have been in and out of there in around 45 minutes but probably stayed for 2 hours because we were just having fun. Thanks again, Ben. Would definitely suggest you to a friend
