The service at Chatham Parkway Lexus was amazing. Everyone from my service consultant to the ladies at the refreshment area are warm and inviting. In all the years of getting by car serviced, Chatham Parkway Lexus stands above all others in customer service.
Jessica Craig helped me with my service call at the dealership. She was very professional and a delight to talk with. The service, regular maintenance, etc., was done quickly and the technician also determined that my battery was getting low. So he/she installed a new one, saving me from having to deal wit a battery issue at a later date. The whole service visit was well done and I would recommend Chatham Lexus to anyone interested in looking for a car. Thank you for a great service.
Service was terrible there really slick about stealing your money in the form of service hopefully the better business bureau will investigate the way they take people hard earned money in the name of service this is no way to do business worst experience I've ever had getting a car serviced
My experience with Eric has always been great. I thought I would miss the service I was used to getting at Germain Lexus back in Ohio, however Chatham does a great job and customer service is top notch here in Savannah.
Chatham Parkway Lexus in Savannah is a good professional dealership. Their service dept is specially good and courteous. We have been buying and servicing our cars for over 15 years and we are very happy with them. Mike is a great sales person and Eric is a great service guy!

I brought my 2016 Nx200t fsport here this year in May . I brought it back for services at 5k miles and then 10k miles . 5k service didn't catch my attentions but I came back for a 10k miles service done a few days ago . I was blown away . I pulled up and a service consultant knows who I am. Which normally never happens . It was my first time meeting her ( Jessica ) . The way how she talk and deal with me was very friendly. Which make a big impact for me to come back in the future . Other dealership I been to rush me in and out which make me feel unwanted . They just want my money and be done with . I normally don't come back to dealership for services for that reason but I will to this lexus dealer because of Jessica . If you looking for a dealership that will treat you like a friend / family then I would recommend this place . Thank you Jessica for that great day at the service department .
The waiting area is very friendly also . One of the worker went around asking everybody if they needed anything ( bottle water / coffee ) and where she be at if they need anything . So nice and friendly .
I have had two Lexus cars. Latest was 2007 Estate 350, a great car but lacked features which have become more needed at my age. I was on my way home from a trip and stopped at the dealer to discuss a trade. Great salesman explained alater natives. and prices, showed me a car with just what I needed. Paperwork was done in 30 minutes, and the salesman took the time to explain all the features, set up the navigation screen and the phone and made the whole process easy and a pleasure.

Sam Grant was great to work with in purchasing my Lexus ES 350. He listened to what I was looking for, brought the vehicle to me to test drive, discussed my options and was respectful of social distancing. Once I decided on the right vehicle for me, he took care of all the paperwork and brought the car to me. At no time was there any pressure from him to upgrade or settle for something I really didn't want. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
The facility is top notch and everyone is curtious and kind. The salesman actually know the product their selling and they're straight forward and honest. Not just trying to make a sale. We have purchased two vehicles from here.

Brought vehicle in for 5000 mile service. Found that drivers rear tire needed to be replaced. I had previously taken the vehicle to Toyota in Statesboro for a suspected tire leak. I was told tire was simply under inflated. Apparently the air leaked out and my wife drove on the flat causing me to have to replace the tire. I must say that I was quite surprised to find it not covered.
We purchased a 2015 RX350 just a few months ago. There were a few things that needed fixing on the interior, so they scheduled for when the leather repair people come in. I had a loaner for about a week, and then they said it was ready. Picked up the car, and from the angle I viewed, the repairs looked fine. Later that day when I got the car out in the sun and really looked around, I realized that they had left greasy foot and hand prints all over the carpets, and scratched part of the interior door paint and footboard. Took it back, and they ordered the parts to repair. Now I have had the loaner again for a week, and they just called that they got the wrong part in and it won't be ready for 3 more days. I was really expecting better service. This is the first Lexus I have owned, and I've always heard how great the whole experience is. So far, not for me. I hope it improves!

I purchased my Lexus RX350 one week and one day ago. I am extremely satisfied with my RX 350. I was also very impressed with my salesman, Mark Kicenski, he was well versed on each of the vechicle I came to look at. Every question was answered, with exception to a few minor details. Videos are easy to find online to help with garage door syncing.

I have experienced in both Lexus dealerships by this owner that every time I bring my car in for service they find about $300 of additional issues that need fixing. I find this very frustrating and stressful. I usually push back and say what is absolutely necessary to have done? It is always less and some of the things can always wait. I think there has to be better approach. I understand that sometimes they discover some issue that is really necessary to fix. I think a more honest assessment should be presented to the customer like here are some things that will bee needing attention soon.
I like the printed descriptions of what was done and what will need to be done. The staff was very courteous and the work was done quickly.
I just wish they would rethink their approach to adding on an issue to a service if it is not really completely necessary.

We just bought a 2011 ES that looks, runs & feels brand new. Even more amazing than the condition of the vehicle was the service that we received. We took our Lexus there for a recall. We did not buy it there but they treated us as if we were the best customer. The service representative, Ed, was fabulous. He made sure we had a loaner and recommended a place to eat when he heard our plans. Excellent recommendation! When Ed learned we came from St. Simons, he worked with the service department to make sure the work could be completed that day so we would not have to make that long ride back the next day.
