For everyone having difficult getting through to them call the "732" # on the website. If no one is available it will ask you to leave your number and they will tell you how long the call back time is until they reach back out to you. I've successfully had this work for me 3 different times. Hope this helps. It took me a month before I figured out after messing around with the options on each different #

The money you put out hiring an incompetent compan...

The money you put out hiring an incompetent company that is rude and has no regard could have gone to the tax paying citizens who have not had income in months. This is possibly the worse dol I've ever come across. Meanwhile you can work from home and take your time on our appeals, unanswered questions, inability to file, inability to speak to anyone who can help. I cant wait for the governor to step in ...

It s so ridiculous!!! Last time I FINALLY got a hold of them to assure they have ALL the necessary paperwork required was January 2nd and they said yes, just waiting on them to review! Grrrrr that was 6 weeks ago! They have had my paperwork all filled out and sent since 3 days after my surgery on 12/1 then they sent me a form around 12/22 to have my doctor fill out to CONFIRM. I had my surgery .. THAT was sent in.....I have tried to call with no success, I have emailed them and got a automated response with no answers....Hope I never have to go through this again ! It has now been 11 weeks and still waiting

I have been calling every week for customer assist...

I have been calling every week for customer assistance and no one answers the phone. I have sent in every document I needed from my physician and employer (faxed over three times) to get my maternity leave benefits and the funds have still not posted to my account. Can anyone help me get the benefits I am entitled to as a NJ tax payer???!!

This department is a joke. The people are extremely rude and dismissive, that is if you ever get a opportunity to talk to someone. They never answer the phone. I've done everything I was supposed to do and I still haven't received any funds. I've recently returned to work and still waiting. This has been on going for over two months.

Sat on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to talk to an employee about why I wasn t paid according to the online payment date. The lady I spoke to basically told me that the payment posting date is irrelevant and I won t be paid for another 48 hours. So I asked her why there weren t any pending payments on my account (being that is says I should be paid today!!! And that I ve only been paid for a total of 1 week and have been out of work on disability for over a month....) and she was very rude in repeating herself and telling me that I wasn t getting paid yet. When I asked her to not be rude, she hung up on me!!! Worst customer service that I have ever experienced!

Governor Murphy fix the failing Temporary Disability Dept. Hard working people can't get their benefits due to less workers & high call volumes no one answers. Duplicates form like C10 & M10 are received to the disability dept via certified mail,fax & online but,mysteriously they get lost & delayed for weeks.

Had my surgery first week of January, No answer from them now 5 weeks , you can t talk to them it s always a prompt telling you to call back later I went back to work wanted to report it .. no one answered .. nothing it s always something... oh yea ...answer the phone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in PA was collecting unemployment from NJ which ended on 2/20. I been trying to request an extension due to the Pandemic as instructed by Pa but cannot update online application, reapply and contacted every possible phone # on the web unsuccessfully. I wrote and submitted docs pertaining new employment that has not started & still waiting for a response.

I called in today because I was having trouble claiming my weekly benefits. The women that answered was so rude I was in tears. I m not a criminal the company I worked for closed and I was left without a job. The letter I received in the mail told me to certify for benefits three weeks after I filed. When I did it only allowed me to certify for two weeks. The woman on the rudely said it s all your entiled to I tried to explain to her I spoke to someone there the day after I filed the claim and was told to do nothing wait for instruction in the mail which told me to claim three weeks later. She rudely says this isn t your first time filing unemployment you know what to do. I don t her I didn t which is why I called for help this situation is different from before based on what the other agent told me. She says well if you want that week we ll have to start over again delete your payments and you ll have to wait another three weeks (six weeks in total) I told no I can t wait six weeks without payment I don t have a job and will be homeless if I don t pay my rent. I just thanked her and she hung up. This woman bullied me because she knows they messed up and I needed the money no one should be treated like this because they lost there job and these people have power over your money.

0 Stars, some of the worst customer service. No one is there to answer the phones in this time of crisis and that's shameful. Call your politicians, senators and congressmen to complain. nothing's going to change until there are enough complaints or we go people in office that care enough to do something about these government agencies.

Filed 3/22/2020, I have a WBR, but when I certify weekly my claim is not payable at this time??? I know they say don t worry I ll get every dime I got coming to me, but that s not much comfort when my son and I seriously need the money now to buy food!!!

I was literally in tears because my disability has been delayed 8 weeks because they missed a form, and the lady hung up on me, and you never can get through the automated system just hangs up on you as well.

NJ unemployment is a joke! If you call the message...

NJ unemployment is a joke! If you call the message tells you to go online. If you go online the message tells you to call! And it doesn t even tell you that until you ve wasted 2-3 minutes navigating the system.

If I were in charge of that department I wouldn t need to wear a mask because I would have a bag over my head!
