Sat on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to talk ...

Sat on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to talk to an employee about why I wasn t paid according to the online payment date. The lady I spoke to basically told me that the payment posting date is irrelevant and I won t be paid for another 48 hours. So I asked her why there weren t any pending payments on my account (being that is says I should be paid today!!! And that I ve only been paid for a total of 1 week and have been out of work on disability for over a month....) and she was very rude in repeating herself and telling me that I wasn t getting paid yet. When I asked her to not be rude, she hung up on me!!! Worst customer service that I have ever experienced!
