After ordering cannulas and revolax cobsultation forms I got a phone call to say we noticed you haven t any revolax filler so we cannot send you the consultation forms.. ok so i have my own filler then they say well I can purchase one box to get them all fine I purchase one box rushing around as they said I only had ten minutes.. after all that I get another call off a very unprofessional rude women to state oh sorry no you carnt order anything from us not even the cannulars unless you buy at least 10 boxes of filler from us.... which there is no law for me to order my own filler then use cannulas from there site.
The women was very rude, unprofessional and had a bad attitude.

Nothing is too much trouble and communication is second to none!

I have used Fox now for over 3 years! They have really looked after me as a customer and friend! Vikki and Mike are lovely and nothing is too much! Lauren is lovely too, they are a great team! They have really helped my business (The Lip King Aesthetics) grow! The delivery is very reliable too!

I ll never forget when an order got mixed up by the delivery courier, Mike and Vikki sent another order out that day in a taxi over 90 miles as I had a full clinic!

I m new to aesthetics having recently qualified & fox have been nothing short of amazing. I messed up my order & they took the time to help me sort it. Each one of the staff I spoke to on the phone was patient & kind & so helpful. Other companies need to take a note on your customer service skills.

Are these people even human? 2 years of ordering and not one order wrong, never once late, never once out of stock....business goals!
