Trios Aveda Salon and Spa Review

Been getting my hair cut here for years - VERY friendly staff and great hair dressers!

The weather was terrible yesterday morning, but I needed to get my hair done(at a different salon). Took me almost an hour to get to town. I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment. The receptionist told me I needed to reschedule. I left upset. My friend told me to call Aveda. I went in and they got me scheduled for later that day. Going back today to try another service they offer. Very impressed with every person that works there. And it was less expensive than where I had been going.

Worst Aveda store ever. No help with products... just ignorance.

I loved the first hair color i got there but that didn't last long. The second time I wanted to get a hair cut and color, they just didn't seem to give importance. The cut was bad and the hair color didn't turn up as I liked and they are very expensive and the reception staff is just super rude. Will never return.

Trios is my second family. All of the technicians are so talented and caring!

I had a wonderful haircut and experience with Jasmine. She was so helpful and also creative. I am booking with her in the future on a regular basis.

My experience at Trios was great! I had a facial and pedicure while visiting Fort Collins this week. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, the energy was good and the services were relaxing! I would definitely go back when I'm in town.

I love this salon. The energy is always very calming and positive and the employees are always willing to help. My hair stylist, Brittanie, listens to what I want and always does an amazing job!

Excellent salon. Very professional service and classy atmosphere. Before going to Trios, I had come to the conclusion that the style I was requesting just wasn't a good match for my hair type. The very first visit, Brittanie totally nailed it. And every client of hers that I've seen looks stellar. My only complaint is that we've moved across the country and she doesn't travel.

I first loved going to this salon and have always had great cuts and brow service, but the customer service has not been up to par on my last few visits. I most likely won't be back.

I had my first visit here last night and I haven't stopped smiling since!! I found my forever salon. Naomi was my stylist and she did a great job with my haircut! She was so friendly and knowledgable. I can't wait to come back in March for some color. Great place!

I've been going to Trios for years. I have worked with mainly 1 stylist but have worked with others in the past. The experience from walking in to walking out is always too notch. It's a great environment and the stylists and employees make it even better.

I've been to Trios for three years and have always had a great experience and great cut! Brittanie Bae is tremendous! She's given me the best cuts I've ever had and makes sure the experience is top notch!

I visited this salon a year ago. Would not suggest using the lower levels. Though my cut would be straight forward as I explained to the stylist. She seemed to know what I wanted. But resulted in her tell me I didn't asked for the right thing. Was disappointed will not return.

I visited April 16th 2019. I wrote review late since I haven't gotten a haircut since then. So yes I have visited your salon.

Great experience at Trios. I have seen a few different people but Brittanie Bae is my favorite! She really listens to what you want and does a great job. I will definitely go back to Trios and ask for Brittanie.

I have been to so many salons and seen so many different stylists, and I have never had good luck but I absolutely love this salon and all of their products. They smell wonderful and the daily repair cream has been great with my hair too! I never thought I would find a stylist that I could trust to work with my hair. I have naturally VERY curly hair and finding someone who can color let alone cut it, is nearly impossible. I have seen Sammy here about 5 times now, and she has been nothing short of amazing. I refuse to go to anyone else. So thank you Trios and a special thank you to Sammy! Thank you for dealing with my very complicated color choices as well as always cutting my hair just the way I like it! I will never go anywhere else.

Trios Aveda is such a welcoming salon. I'm offered tea or water upon arrival. My stylist, Diana, always does a fantastic job. My daughters have seen several other stylists and we haven't had a bad haircut yet. I also appreciate the range of prices for stylist levels which makes Trios accessible to most budgets. Keep up the good work!

I always have a great experience at Trios. Amber always provides great service and does a beautiful job. I continually get compliments on my nails from perfect strangers. Amber is friendly, pleasant, skillful, but overall just exceptionally nice. I always enjoy talking with her. I am also very pleased with the front desk's customer service. They have always treated me very well...friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the level of customer service Trios offers. I have been to many other salons in Ft. Collins but Trios is not pretentious or snobby. I enjoy the environment.

Trios is great!!!! The ladies at the front are always super friendly, the atmosphere is great, and Danae is awesome!!!! Danae has been cutting my hair, and my wife and daughters' hair for that matter, for years now. I'm also going to comment and say that the most common negative feedback for Trios I see is their price. Come on, folks!!! Give me a break. If you stop by one of the neighborhood "stop and chop" shops that's exactly what you're going to get. A crappy haircut that took 10 minutes to do. Spend a little more for a quality cut at Trios, and stop bitching about the price.

Excellent service and products. Expensive, but worth it.

I wanted to give this salon a try since its close to my home. I called around 13:30 on a Saturday to make an appointment but no answer. Tried calling again about 5 minutes later and still no answer. I can't speak to their salon services, but if you can't even get someone on the phone how great could it be. Called Europa salon 15min after trying Trios and they picked up after the second ring, so they will get my business and money.

I love the variety of services offered here! Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional and inviting. Diana got my color right on the first visit and she knew just the perfect style for me.

Great service! Faith is the BEST! Never went to the same place twice before Trios. Highly recommend.

For the first time in my life I look forward to getting my hair done! Sammy has changed my outlook on salons and stylists overall. She always does an amazing job and helps me accomplish my hair goals! Last weekend she cut 5" off of my hair and gave me some bright summer color. Thank you, Sammy!

I cant say enough about this awesome salon! Karen and Joe treat their stylists like family, and from there it trickles down to the customers. Warm, friendly, and professional staff. Their training is superb. The cuts and color I have had done are exactly what i ask for! That has not been my experience in other salons. Hannah is my stylist and I highly recommend her! I have never seen so much talent under one roof! Love this place so much...

I love my Stylist, Sammy:) she gets it right every time. Listens, advice, cares, and I always get what we talk about. The extensions are SO awesome.. she s so good at them and they look like my real hair..I m in love with them.

I have been going to Trios for a long time and really like my nail person. I had an appt. today for a 30' pedicure and my daughter asked to come along. She wanted to see what it was like. I had errands to run right after so brought her along. We checked in and waited and then someone came out to inform us that there was a "no child" policy. At the time my daughter was sitting next to me with headphones on watching a cartoon on my phone. The person explained that there was no place for her to sit in back and in the same breath offered that she could stay if she were receiving a service. They obviously had an empty chair in back if she were a paying 4 year old customer. We left and my daughter, confused, started to cry. It was hard to explain that they had a rule excluding kids. There are so many great places in town to get spa services. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service at Trios.

I've been going to Sammy for a while now for cuts and color. She does an amazing job and listens to what I want before even starting. I feel comfortable letting her know if I like my hair thinned out more or if it needs to be shorter. She does a great job! Thanks Sammy!

I love getting my hair done with Brittany Bae! She is amazing with color and I love how she shapes my hair to give a fuller look. With her bright smile and funny attitude she makes my visits worth while!

I love going to Trios! It's like a "Mom's Day Out" for me. First, the look of the salon is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and offers me water while I wait. I get my hair done with Faith and she always does a great job. She tells me what would look best and I feel so beautiful by the time I leave. While your color is processing you get a great hand massage and the scalp massage you get when they wash your hair is absolutely wonderful. Definitely the best salon I've been to in Fort Collins!

Posted as public as long as you don't Have a child or a Service Dog, the Nail Tech is great but the rest of the staff and Ownership is lacking. I had to contact the ADA due to their obviously mistake of making no accommodations for my Service Dog. When my husband went in to discuss the Issue, the Owner Lied and said I stormed out. After I handed her an ADA card she did some serious back pedaling along with lies. I have met several people who left Trios to go to EUROPA a much nicer establishment Trios gets 5 thumbs down! From me and others.

Hannah is amazing at cutting and coloring my hair. Lauren gives the best facials ever! The entire crew is friendly and professional! I highly recommend this place!

This should be your go to place for all things hair. Your budget can determine the experience of your stylist but honestly I've been thrilled with every cut I've gotten. I will even give a nod to my personal stylist Diana who is truly amazing. Pamper yourself. Eat mac and cheese for a week if you have to save up, but avoid those $15 cuts and get it done right.
Great selection of personal care items, fragrances and gifts, as well.

The first few experiences I had were great but I went for a pedicure and got the worst staff infection in BOTH feet. It was painful and I had to get antibiotics from a Dr. The owner was rude and shady about it, denying it could've come from them, though the doctor I saw said it was in fact because Lauren clipped the cuticle too close and the basin or tools were not properly cleaned. I asked for a refund to help pay for the incurred Dr visit and prescription and I was very disappointed in how the owner Joe handled the situation, telling me I had to sign a legal document saying it was not their fault and I had to pay to have that notarized before they would refund me. I was afterward treated badly and with disrespect by the stylists there when I went with my mom to get her hair done. They were awful to me in this situation where I was a victim of getting an infection from their poor practices. I strongly urge everyone to not take the health risk of going there. This franchise is untrustworthy and doesn't deserve the Aveda name. Go to Ten Salon or another trustworthy high quality salon, do not waste your money or risk your health and dignity here.

I highly recommend Trios Aveda for all services and products. I have been going there for over two years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. From my amazing stylist ( Naomi) to the rest of the staff staff, this salon is wonderful. You will be treated with respect and kindness from the moment you walk in the door.

up until just recently, I loved going to this salon. The products are great and my stylist was so helpful. But, and there seems to be a but, the front desk people are horrible. they have over charged me 2 times. Played around with my apts. and changed the apt. time without asking me if this was okay. These people don't get customer service. Don't they understand that if you want to keep all of your customers, you treat them well. I had the manager tell me, thanks for your imput. No, what can I do to make it right? nothing. Don't go to this place. there are other aveda salons in fort collins who are willing to meet the needs of their customoers.

Diana did an awesome job on my hair! I m a little late writing this review but she was great helping me figure out the best way to achieve the shorter length I wanted and the style. I went from Long to medium. I love how light my hair feels now. She was also able to give my hair volume. She showed me some products to help achieved this look and I love them. Thank you so much Diana for a great cut, style, and experience!!! I definitely be back.

As a male it might seem a little weird to be going to a salon but I only get my hair cut here because it's just THAT good. The whole experience is pretty great. they give you this scalp massage with oils and it is a very relaxing service they provide. And my hair always looks fresh. Aside from the service, all the girls I met here are knowledgeable, passionate and professional and you can tell that they truly love what they are doing, unlike some other hair salons I've been to. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of Trios and they are probably two of the best people I have ever met in my life. This business is their baby and they own this life with pride and love and it definitely shows. Simply the best, Check em out!

Trios is the best! I have been going here for many years and the service is excellent from the front desk to many stylists I have seen. They have great training from Karen and Joe. If you need to book with a different stylist in order to get in sooner, they are very accommodating. In other words, all the employees care about the customer and there is not competition between the stylists. During your appointment, the stylist never rushes through your cut or color, and takes the time to listen. I love the relaxing scalp massage. It is never rushed or done as an after thought. Love Trios as a salon as it is friendly and relaxing. You must try their free tea. Naomi has been my hairdresser for awhile and I just love her. She does great color and cuts as well as good advice on products. I switched to Aveda products and color years ago because of sensitivity issues with color. It's the only place I would consider for color as their products are all natural. My hair has not been this healthy ever in my life!

I love this place. I get my nails done by Lauren, she is really contentious about cleanliness and sanitation, and she takes the time to make sure your nails look perfect. She is equally as good if you want a basic manicure or something more artistic! The whole salon is a nice, relaxing place to be, and everyone has a great attitude and customer service.

Lauren is awesome with facials, massage, and product knowledge. Very calming as well. Janice is wonderful for pedicures. Still lots to try there but great experiences there for over a year now.

I have been going to Trios for over 8 years, and it's a great experience. My two daughters also go here for haircuts. Our stylists are Lindsey Brown and Ali, and we've been really happy. At this place, you are always treated kindly and their professionalism is top notch. I've had services like pedicures, color, cut, etc. and it's been on time and excellent.

Amber Arena gave me the exact hairstyle I've been wanting. She was precise and also very kind. You can tell she's passionate about her career!

Faith is an awesome hairstylist. She is really a master at color especially for an older client like me who needs to transition to gray hair. She also cuts my hair to make the most youthful look work for a grandmother. She makes a positive impact for me!!!!!

My 1st experience with Trios Aveda salon, thanks to a gift card. I was very pleased. They did an excellent job following health protocols, and Janice did a fantastic job on my fingers and toes! I hope to be back.

They really make you feel like a part of their family, the service is outstanding(Brittanie Bae is fabulous and has helped my hair tremendously!), and the hair color lasts longer than anything I've ever used before. I highly recommend Trios Aveda to anyone looking for an amazing salon experience!

Had a facial with Lauren and it was amazing. The most relaxing 60 minutes I have ever had, My skin feels great! I can't wait to try one of the many other services that they offer... I'm thinking a pedicure :-)

My several experiences throughout the past 2 years have been very positive at Trios. The staff is very friendly and Faith is a fantastic stylist. Her energy is also contagious. I have a FULL head of hair and its also tricky to color. Also love how she styles my bangs.
She certainly works her magic overtime. Highly recommend this salon to everyone in the Ft. Collins area.

Overpriced!!! Not worth it. Got the same attention, hair treatment for half of the price!

Stefani Timmermeyer is my hair stylist, and she's the best! I have very curly hair, and she knows exactly how to cut and style it so that it stays under control. The products she has recommended from Aveda really enhance my curls (and smell fabulous!). Stefani also does outstanding color on my hair. She keeps my reds looking vibrant and sassy! I have difficult hair, but Stefani has mastered my cut and color. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been a Trios fan for years. While Stefani is primary stylist (she is phenomenal, BTW), I have seen several other stylists and they're all impressive.
