I printed a poster and it looked great in the same day. The girl at the reception was really helpful.

Last minute order of service printing and Nevex didn t disappoint. Excellent quality, reasonable prices and fast service! I would highly recommend.

The guy was very rude and unprofessional when I was asking him questions regarding how I wanted my order to be. I am glad did not end up placing a binding order. Found a better place with better service, quality and work attitude.

Phoned in advance to check on whether or not they could wire bind my document. Yes, they could easily do it. Double checked all the details. No problem, bring it in. When I arrived the girl could barely be bothered to lift her head from the PC to talk to me. Immediately said it wasn't possible, even though I had another planner which had been done before by Staples (sadly, no longer on the high street). So it clearly was possible.

Didn't care that I had come from out of town specially. Turns out that they were just too lazy to do it. If you don't want my business, don't string me along with empty promises and waste my time travelling into London. Just tell me up front you don't want to do it. Unbelievably useless..

Phoned with a simple enquiry, and was spoken to as though I was an idiot. Not inclined to use their service after that.

Got some really great passport picture, way better if it had been taken in a photobooth. And the staff is locely.

This place saved my life, last minute printing taken care in 2h at high quality!

I've had mixed experiences with this place. They have a quick turnaround and are open late and often. They did once screw up a book binding I asked them to do very badly.

The staff is very accommodating and patient. The young smart girl at the reception was great and very helpful. She printed 50 A3 sheets for me on the spot. They have a variety of paper options and good printing quality. Pleased by the service and would definitely recommend it.

Very efficient, it took them around 5min to take my picture for some documents and print it. Also very professional as they asked me for what I needed them (some documents for my consulate) and they researched the requirements as I wasn't sure. Will go again in the future for official things.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The manager at the reception is extremely rude, makes you rush in choosing your paper, binding, and print design. Additionally, when we were OBVIOUSLY students, he hadn't told us about the student discount until we asked. We ordered two reports, and only one was printed when we came to pick it up. When they printed the second one a day late, it was of a different colour. Again, extremely rude man, poor customer service, medium quality. Try another shop.

Nevex are the best printing service in the whole of London, and the staff are some of the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever met!! I urgently needed a A4 portfolio printed and ring binded for 10:30, so needed it to be printed for 10. I paid for the printing at around 9:15 and arrived at 9:50 to pick it up for 10:15 and unfortunately they told me they hadn't noticed I had paid for my order so it wasn't in production. The staff kindly decided to print it there and then in 5 minutes, meaning my order was delayed but despite this, it was printed earlier than it was suppose to have been! I will definitely be using their services again. I could not recommend a company more they saved the day for my project.

Very happy with the customer service I received from Nevex. They answered my enquiries promptly, it was easy to place the order and few hours later I got my prints. I will use them again.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was hesistant to go here. However, they had late opening hours and I needed my documents to be printed and binded asap. I ordered two binded booklets and paid a price they had said for both, I asked several times to confirm the price for 2 copies and he said yes. The first guy said it'll be done in two hours. I asked for the receipt and the guy dismissed my request and said that they don't do them. After I had come back, the first guy wasn't there and another man gave me one copy of my order only. When I had told them I ordered two they told me I had only paid for one copy and told me to pay more for the second. The man suggested "there must have been some confusion", yet I had double checked asking whether that cost was for both copies the first time. After paying roughly the same price as the original suggested price, another man said it'll take 15 minutes to print another copy. After not even 10 minutes (it was around 5 minutes flicking through the first copy), he came out with the copy printed and binded already?! I didn't even hear the printer at all during that time! Another thing was that the staff kept smirking at each other. Even the female worker said "that was quick" when the guy came out with the second copy. Everything about this place was off. I now know not to come here and learnt the hard way. It was a scam. Do not go here! Nevex again!

Terrible Terrible service! You stay with one customer at a time. Waiting ages to be seen then eventually I speak to someone and they pick up every phone call going instead of dealing with my query. Very slow and way too laid back Service!

I found the website which looked decent, was looking for passport size photographs, so decided to give it a shot as I was in the area. As soon as I walked in I had this urge to turn around and walk out, which i suppressed (never judge a book by its cover and all that).
There was a rather humourless woman sitting at a desk, looked at me after a few seconds, and I asked her about having my passport photo taken, "which country?". Told her it was for general use. Then she actually handed me a point and shoot digital camera and asked me to go downstairs to the basement and have my picture taken (okay... I am presuming there is a studio with lights, otherwise who takes pictures in a basement?). I am glad she didn't ask me to take the picture myself!

I go down some rickety stairs into what looks like an over crowded, untidy workshop kind of space. I stopped thinking what have i gotten myself into, is there a studio somewhere tucked behind a door i cant see? Nope, that was it. There is a small white sheet hung on the wall, you sit against it and get your picture taken with the camera flash on. Then he handed the camera back to me to be taken back upstairs.

The arrangement is very unconventional, its not a studio, you can do what they do at home if you have a printer. So unless you are desperate, need photos quickly and dont really care much about the quality, please dont go there for photos. They don't know how its done.
There were people coming in asking for various things like printouts etc, I have not used any of their other services so cannot comment on that. But customer service doesn't seem to be particularly important to them. Its a bit of take it or leave it kind of attitude which makes me wonder, do i really want to go in there again? even if its for something else? probably not.

Nevex printed 5 A0 posters for me. I was happy with the overall process, good communication, the posters were delivered the same day and the quality was great.

On the website its says 3 hours to print a poster. They said they could do it in 7 as they were busy. I rearranged my day as to pick up this poster quite late. I then get a message from them that it was finished (after only 4 hours) which was inconvenient- worth probably a 3 star review.

The reason they get 1 star is that when I come to collect it they had printed the wrong size. I ask for A1 and they printed A0. Their packet said A1 but I got it out and showed them it was too big. They then offered to print it again without much of an apology - this "only" took half an hour. They then did the same to my friend. Unfortunately I couldn't warn him in time but I'll put this review here to warn others.

Quality of the print was fine

I needed urgent business card printing in London. The reception lady in Nevex was really helpful and my business cards were ready in less than 2 hours.

As a hard to please customer, I tend to nitpick little faults when it comes to professional printing for my company; having said that, Nevex printing centre is one such rare service provider that gave me no reason to complain. Impeccable 2x printing and state of the art, very effecient and speedy binding left me a loyalist to them. I was pleasantly surprised at the dedicated and selfless way in which they cater to every query of their customer, answering and trying to address every little question that one may have. They really look to create a bond with the customer which goes above and beyond just the professional monetary transaction.
For the quality of service provided, the cost is economical and frankly, a small ask.
The delivery options are to die for; the same day delivery service has saved me many a times, and the fast and reliable printing has been a delight!
As a person who used to use the services of Nevex ONLY for my professional purposes, I quickly shifted to using it for personal matters, as it was easy, economical, reliable, and just plain convenient. I would make Nevex a real asset to my everyday life;. Kudos to the service!

I came in to take a passport size photo for my visa application. I understood the strict requirement of UKBA even in its passport photo so I came in and show the detailed list of what is required on the webpage. Without even looking at it, the staff that was serving at the moment shrugged it off by saying she have done this for years and all should be fine. This is not what happened, the photo I took with Nevex was rejected and I had to take a new one at a different place. So I went back to Nevex to explain the situation. Instead of dealing with the matter, I was asked questions that is irrelevant to my problem like "who was the girl that was serving you?", "are you sure she's with short or light hair?", "there is no one with short hair working here"... tons of question instead of dealing with the matter. Overall, really bad customer service and disrespectful attitude in dealing with customer's problems.

Staff was very nice and helpful because they were willing to give a suggestion. The printing quality was very amazing! I printed my scientific poster, and the tear proof matte matched my needs. I am very satisfied with the service and printing/paper quality.

Almost failed my degree because their staff forgot my order. The product was poor too

DO NOT COME HERE! As you can see from the photos, not only are the colours so much darker than on the screen, the grid is completely off center. I knew this was going to be a problem, and wanted to provide a 3mm spine which would have folded over the book effectively securing the grid in place, however they insisted that wouldn't be necessary and absolutely ruined the document by folding over the back page of the document over the spine and completely ruining the grid

Worst Printing service. I would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID.

The guy behind the desk with a long pony tail is unprofessional and lazy, he made up prices as he went along -different price over the phone, another price when I entered, and another price when my image was printed.

The first image didn't print properly and he agreed to print another one but made it seem like he was doing a favour as the first image was not to standard. He'd already printed out a black and white copy for me to see the image size so made out like this was the same process. Nope! -he charged me for both!

Having read other negative reviews on here if there are closer places nearby go there these guys are slow, unreliable and will rip you off!

I have been using Nevex Printing Centre for more than 2 years and they always deliver even if I show up in the last moment. As they already know me, they really stretch themselves to their limits to print my sometimes weird designs. Thank you all

Shocking! I stood there for 30-40 minutes in an empty shop whilst the assistant pottered around her desk telling me to hold on for a second. I literally wanted 1 print on an A3 sheet. 2 other girls (on their way to the airport) literally just wanted to print out their plane tickets and were standing around for 30 minutes as well. In the end I just left.
By far the most unorganised, ridiculous experience I've had in a long time. How this place makes any money, I have no idea. REALLY don't bother going here.

Nevex are not the best looking printing center but don t be deceived by appearance. I always get

high quality prints, they have a lot of paper to offer and are able to print my documents quickly,

often on the spot.

Nevex Printing Centre was very fast to answer my enquiries and offered me choice of paper for my prints.The printing and binding I needed couldn t be done on the spot while I was waiting but still, everything was done the same day for a reasonable price.
I totally recommend them to anyone !

We needed A2 posters and quads for our theatrical release under tight deadlines.They not only could work with the deadlines easily but they delivered SUPERB quality posters that we couldn't be happier with. I wanted to print off an A2 poster, instead of using an online printing agency I used Nevex as they were cheaper. I emailed that Wednesday evening with my order and picked it up the next day, very helpful staff that work late. Thank yo, poster looks great!

I've got a very experience in Nevex printing shop!!! Everything is perfect, nice quality nice service, and the price is nice as well!!! I will definitely go to Nevex printing shop next time!!!

I ordered my business cards in the morning at 9am, got to the shop at 2:30pm expecting the cards to be ready which is wasnt, although I had paid for 3 hour printing. Waited in the shop for a further 40 mins. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional.

Decent place to get your prints at reasonable prices

Email then phone gives room for a lot of error. Printing is snappy. They promised me an A1 print would take 2 hours. In my case I emailed and phoned at 9pm printed at 11pm and collected next day at opening, (9 am).
They did print my poster at A2, but there was a mixup since my poster was A2 size. However I did mention on the phone I would require it in A1.
They reprinted it for me in 20 minutes when I pointed out the mistake

Nevex printed few of my photos of London on canvas. The prints look amazing and will make perfect presents.

I got a 68 page A4 colour printed and wire bound document for my job interview, printed at Nevex.

The colours seem slightly off and it wasn't until I got home and compared prints from my previous version that was printed on an office xerox I realised how saturated, dark, burned and out of focus they were.

I am very disappointed with the print quality after I have realised it was not a fault with my exported PDF portfolio file, once compared with my own good quality prints in the past.

The 68 pages are unusable and not fit for purpose. I will now have to rush and find another studio that will print them before my interview.

After all the quality had to be tip-top as it was a design orientated job

Great service and very friendly customer service. End product was spot on!

A last minute job is always a difficult task, but when it comes from a demanding television and film producer who is trying to do everything from a tablet as his computer broke and a printer who had literally moved that day, you'd expect disaster.

But not the case with myself and Nevex. An error on the output of the template meant the perfectly printed invites for my events in Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square #PaulAthertonsBirthdayParty had a problem.

But this was effectively and swiftly put right the following day and in a timely and considerate manner.

Customer service is very sadly lacking in London at the moment but it is very much alive and well in Nevex in their newly opened store on Grays Inn Road London.

Had to print some posters for my presentation and they did it in 2 hours. Amazing quality and had a good experience. Definitely recommend

In a time of need you can really count on Nevex! I am a student and had a deadline to meet, and my work was ready and printed way in advance of when I needed them for. Not only are their opening hours the best, they are ideally located near the station, and their staff are very professional from advising which paper to use, to taking care of the quality work they have printed. I am so happy I have found a print shop that I can rely on, with affordable prices too! I wish I had known about them since my first year of Uni; I have had so many bad printing experiences prior to them. Thank you Nevex :)

Brilliant printing company. They are always helpful, quick and flexible. Jonathan, who helped me print something in a rush on Thursday evening did a really excellent job. Highly recommended.

Had to submit my thesis at UCL and they have certain set of regulations for it. Googled some printers and found Nevex which is not far from my University. They completed my order much before my submission day and the staff was really patient and helpful especially Jesse. He was very accommodating and patiently listened to my request. The results were even better than I had expected for so cost effective prices. Impeccable printing service. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Honestly don't use them. I decided to use them after seeing their price list online, but after sending my document and getting a confirmation on the turn around time I was given a different price quote.. 20 pounds in difference. In my response I asked why the price had increased, they failed to respond to that question, so in our next correspondence I asked the same question, ignored again. I asked multiple times.. and was ignored. I didn't have enough time to find someone else, so I went in with the document to have my booklets printed out. Someone in a previous review mentioned a humourless lady at the front desk..yep I know the one. The service is extremely cold. Finally the manager was there with my document up on his computer and about to print it and we are talking about the price and I see he's pulled up the same price chart online so I ask him if he's going with the same price chart why is he charging me 20 pounds extra, and he tells me that i'm printing a 12 page booklet...no I'm wasn't mate.. I pointed out to him that he has it open in front of him and it's 8 pages. He looks like a complete idiot and tries to save himself by saying that in my email I said it was 12 pages. Which email? The ones you ignored? The one where I attached the 8 page document in it and you refused to explain the overcharge? I'm young and usually very shy and probably wouldn't even tell a waiter let alone a complain about a hair in my food, but this was ridiculous so I called him out on it. At this point he starts acting like a childish little boy and starts acting like a total dick. I needed to have an invoice for my order to be reimbursed at the bank because I was printing Order of Service booklets for a funeral, and the girl there didn't even know what an invoice was. The guy was hesitant to even help me out with such a simple thing and upon leaving and going to the bank I realised their 'invoice' didn't say I had paid, so goody I had to go back and see my favourite people. He didn't want to sign the invoice to confirm I paid. I don't understand you could act so unprofessionally especially after you made a blunder.

Needed a last minute project (three, to be honest) printed and delivered and Lisette, at Nevex Printing Centre, was amazing. What made this even more amazing was that I was reaching out at 5:30 PM...Eastern Time, which just happened to be 10:30 PM BST. They had all three pieces printed and delivered by the afternoon the next day. If I find myself in a similar situation, I won't hesitate to use them again! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible. Clueless staff who don't know what the word vector means. They can't print business cards. DO NOT PRINT HERE. I ended up getting refunded 3 times as they were unable to print out a simple business card design. I ended up going to another print shop who finished the job in 1 hour compared to 3 days of failure at Nevex. I will be prosecuting the company as well as he damaged items that belonged to me. Go to OnOff print up the road or Mango print instead if you want a quality service.

I had 250 business cards printed and I was really impressed by same day service and quality product.

Training manuals printed by Nevex very reasonable price, good quality and done on time. Recommended.

bad customer service, I called for 500 a3 and they was super unhelpful.

The place is nothing special but they did the job. I needed A3 printing. They showed me their paper samples so I could see the paper and choose the one I like which was nice. The printing took few minutes. I will use them again and would recommend them" 5 stars! Thanks a lot.

The owner of this shop suffers with terrible people skills, this man is surprisingly loud, abrasive, rude and on all accounts, unprofessional.

It is insane that he would beleive it acceptable to shout at me because he was stressed.

Fast turnaround, helpful staff, convenient central pickup location, reasonable prices and my poster came out looking great, plus 10% discount for students. What more could you ask for?

Good quality and fast service. Secure online payment quite handy. Just not 5 stars as they need to be a bit more organised on collection. First time I had to wait a reasonable amount of time and another customer had to wait even longer as she was waiting for the receipt. On my second visit receipt I was told that it would take a few minutes to get my receipt (just unsure why it was't ready on collection), I've asked to have it e-mailed to me which was promptly done, so not too bad.

Very helpful and fast turnaround. Nevex helped deliver a quality product to me the same night that I needed for an important meeting the next day, they were able to advise an alternative paper option when the first was not available for the immediate turnaround. The staff were all friendly and helpful and I will definitely use Nevex again!
