Nevex Printing Centre Review

Absolute life-saver! Amazing same day service and very nice and helpful staff. Had an A0 poster printed and ready to pick up within 4 hours. And it came sealed in a fitted plastic bag, so the rain didn't damage it.
Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

We printed some business cards, flyers with Nevex for a Darts Exhibition. The quality of the print is amazing, and also we had everything ready in 3 hours, which is really nice.
The girl called Kora from the reception, is really helpful, and funny. She is a really nice choice to represent the company. Lots of people can learn from her how to do a proper professional customer service.

I printed and bound my portfolio in Nevex. I liked that they checked my document before printing and recommended few changes. The card which I chose was really good and I was happy with the printing too.

I went to the printing centre on Friday as I needed A0 posters urgently done. The placed was quite busy but I got my posters ready in two hours. The quality was actually great, they were printed on thick matt paper, perfect for my presentation. Thank you!

Awful service. They all look depressed and like they hate their job. Couldn t do a basic lamination for a very important card. They told me it might wreck the card, which is for medical device identification.

We needed a wall mural as a company branding for an upcoming presentation in our office. It was a last moment job and they delivered. Thank you.

I am a professional print buyer. Nevex quoted over the phone for roller banners and I placed an order by email which apparently they didn't read. They asked me whether I wanted indoor banners and as they were to be used indoors I said yes. More

On entering the shop with another customer - they were served but I was ignored. The gentleman that served me didn't appear happy in his role. I went in to have 45 pages of a book copied (a manual scan process I appreciate) but I also wanted 10 copies of that final document). I also didn't need the prints for a couple of days. But before i could get to that the shop assistant somewhat irritably and certainly not politely informed me 'They didn't do this kind of work... takes too long'. Some what incredulous I repeated that all i wanted was what the advertise what they do - photocopying and then printing - but he remained firm. Somewhat to the surprise of his co-worker and other customers. I left and had the hassle of finding somewhere else who did the job without issue and i picked it up later that day. I'll not be going back

Great location, very efficient and professional serviss, especially thanks to lovely Lasma for advising me on the design, materials and prices.

Went in there a day before my deadline to print my audit and I was very hesitant due to the bad ratings and the weird paper sample book they had. When I got my book back, everything was AMAZING (apart from the fact that they don't print on spines which is okay - beggars cant be choosers). The quality was good, colours were accurate (and a lot of pages where double spreads of heavily colour graded images), and honestly if it weren't for them, I wouldn't be graduating.

Terrible Terrible phone etiquette, was told to get off the phone and they refused my service based on a whim of the caller. I very much recommend you take your services elsewhere!!!

Quite quick and helpfull staff. Gave advice on paper choice, reprinted some docs that had purple instead of grey colour, and assisted sorting out my mistake with formatting.

We needed a tough banner printed on canvas (1.5m x 0.9m), not their standard product line . The staff at Nevex were very helpful, quickly responded to emails & turned it around in a day. Price was good. Highly recommended.

They don't offer the services advertised on their website. Phoned to check if they can scan A1 and was reassured that they will do it same day. Travelled 45min to be told their A1 scanner has been broken for weeks.

Needed a last minute A1 poster printing job at 10pm. And they got it done within the hour. Reception was helpful and print came out

Use this printing business, they are amazing. They are so helpful, they have great opening hours so they can do last minute jobs and from one off prints to bigger orders.

So the staff don't know how to enlarge a photocopy. I do, but they wouldn't let me touch it, and male staff told me not to 'waste any more of my time' with a copy service that is standard to a copy shop. If it were possible to give negative 5 stars I would. Someone just in front of me also left because staff couldn't help her.

The quality of paper and ink that they have is good, they work long hours which is also good if you need same day printing. Although still lacks professionalism, staff do not know how to use Adobe Suit and once they made me solve the issue myself bc the guy said he had no idea how to use InDesign and gave me his phone to call his wife and ask... they don't pay enough attention to file preparation and sometimes you have small issues with the printed product that you may only notice after you picked them up... The prices are average but definitely not cheap!

avoid them ! totally unprofessional ! they have no idea how to take usa visa pictures and what the requirements are. They use an old camera with low resolution, very poor quality pictures!

The website says A1 scanning but they do not offer it because the machine is down .

A perfectly pleasant experience placing my order. I received a quick response and various quotes offered depending on paper type. However it went down hill from there. I ordered a small print run for some booklets I wanted (11 copies). Quality looked good and I was happy with the final result, but inexplicably there were only 8 copies. I queried this with the receptionist who agreed that was what I had ordered and that it would be a further 45 minutes to print the extra copies.

Whilst frustrating, she said she would refund for the difference. Just as I was about to leave I said I'd be back in an hour to pick up the remaining copies, but was told that she'd refunded me and couldn't now print the extra copies. I made it clear that I ordered 11 copies because I needed 11 copies and would return to pick them up in an hour.

After returning, the copies were ready but colours didn't match and I'm pretty sure the paper isn't the same weight, but by this stage I'd already lost the will.

Save yourself a headache and find a professional if you want a job done right. This will be the last time I use Nevex.

THE WORST printing service. I had clearly specified the requirement of my document for binding to an employee who did not bother asking for any other details other than those provided. After waiting one hour (not 30m as specified) the binding was wrong in colour and size, and the back panel was also not the colour I selected. When I said the item was wrong I was rudely told that what I selected was not available, and that I should not have assumed that their templates (which i selected) were in stock. They just chose their own way of binding and did not offer a re-print. Could not take my money back because the job took so long i had no time to go elsewhere. The employee seemed not to care and was rude to other customer unlucky enough to visit. Do NOT go

Nevex Printing has simply been amazing for our company's printing needs. They have been efficient and very communicative whenever we have asked for anything. Their followup on courier services are above and beyond... we will continue to use them when needed :)

Maya was AMAZING. She made the (very stressful) process of taking my passport photo seem effortless. She was very sweet and friendly and even took a few different pictures for me to choose from. The whole thing was completed in 10 minutes, would definitely recommend her and Nevex!

I emailed them few documents to be printed and bound. They were quick to respond to my emails, offered different paper options and different types of binding. The documents were printed and bound the same day. Fast service and excellent value for money.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Nevex which is an excellent print shop. It may not always be the cheapest but they are open late hours until 11pm every day, are right next to Kings Cross tube station and their staff know exactly what they are doing, are well trained and helpful. All the staff there are good - especially Bobby who has the best sense of humour there. They produce very good quality print jobs and quickly which, together with their location and opening hours, makes the handiest print location in north and central London.

Used Nevex for doing some A1 mounted prints because of their advertised quick turnaround. The quality was very good, delivery was fast and I found the staff pleasant and helpful. Thanks again. Lee

I thought there was something a bit different about Nevex when I first popped in needing a mixed bag of items printed / copied - at a time no-one else was even open. The attention to detail really impressed me. I went back and had the same experience - and the time after that, so it's now an established favourite. Brilliant people.

My posters came out very nice, the colours were great! Very happy with the result.

Badge on their doors says place opens at 9:00. I was here at 9:30 and they are closed.

Nevex made my life super easy and the team is highly professional. I got my brochures and name tags printed for my conference. Team provided me with various options - choosing the quality of the paper and also explained pricing options in a candid manner. The turn around was very quick and without Nevex I couldn't have managed an International conference.

Let me start by saying these guys are by far, BY FAR the most professional and humble people in their work. I had around 800 prints today and had to sort them. They were very very friendly and helpful and if you're reading this review, you've already found the best. Their prices are great and they're amazingly fast and well equipped. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up, I was able to meet the deadline that i had given up on.

I almost didn't go to Nevex after reading the reviews, but I am glad that I took a chance anyway as I had a great experience. Admittedly the store was quiet when I was arrived - but the service was attentive. I was there to get some course workbooks and materials printed for one of my training courses and it was important to me that the final was perfect. They printed and bound a mock up of the A5 workbook before I left just to make sure everything was as I wanted, and I had the chance to make corrections and alterations (I wanted to chance the size of the wires and the colour of the backing) before leaving. The young lady at the front desk saw to it that what I collected the next day was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much!

Nevex Printing Center is a great place to go, they always print fast and have very competitive prices. When you're also a regular customer they notice it and you get rewarded for it. They're always really nice even if they're busy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I had a Saturday print job. Response time was very quick and the print quality good. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Not in the least satisfied with the Service. The photocopies I wanted where not taken properly and had to be repeated. The employee showed no will to do a good job as if her objective was to make me spend more by repeating photocopies and making me pay for her mistakes. Not to mention the time I lost.

Appalling customer service, consistently slow service, unfriendly staff who don't acknowledge customers or wait times.

Called them in the afternoon to find out when I should send them my poster file by to have next day printing and was told at some point in the evening. It took me 20 minutes to get hold of them as the line was constantly engaged and they said to call back when I had sent them the file - I did this, managed to get through to them, then they put me on hold and the line dropped. I have now been trying to get hold of them for 45 minutes, calling several times a minute and the line is still busy. Now I get to pay a huge price somewhere else for express printing. Bad service and should have more than one line if they are reassuring customers they can get something printed on time

Got a scientific conference poster printed here last minute. It was quick, easy, cheap and beautifully printed. Highly recommended and will use again.

I read the bad reviews too, but I desperately needed some posters on a Sunday night!! So I went with them. I have to say they are brilliant! So quick and the quality is very good. The service is good - nothing flowerly, just efficient. But, after all that's what you need.

Very over priced for very average quality. Can only print very simple jobs at low quality. Probably OK for a window cleaner flyer, otherwise avoid.

Can't recommend this shop at all. I went there to get passport photos (after calling them to see whether they can provide these). First had to wait 10 minutes before anyone would talk to me. Staff didn't bother about any of the customers it seems. Then I waited for 1 hour before they told me that their machine is broken and they can't produce photos. No apology was offered for that. Also, the shop is quite messy and does not come across as professional. Better find a different printing place!

Came here to print some documents in two occasions, first time was great, staff very helpful and the printing came out great. I went back a couple of weeks ago and it was completely different. The staff was very unfriendly and i felt uncomfortable the whole time, and after all that my document had been cut wrongly and not straight

The person serving me was very rude. Blamed me for all the faults of their mistakes because their lack of communication. The person does not speak fluent English so be careful if you are thinking of coming here as you may not get what you want.

Website promises 5 minute wait for professional passport photographs. I went in on a Friday morning at 10:15 and left at 11:15 with no photographs in hand. First I waited 15 minutes to be served, then another 15 minutes for the employee to take me downstairs to take the photo. 30 minutes after that they confessed that their printer for photos wasn't working. Horrible customer service when they could have told me from the start that 1) wait time was longer on the day and more importantly 2) their equipment wasn't working.

I'm very impressed I needed 12 x A1 posters and a lot of different A4 printing for a meeting as the printer I used to print the material I needed made a huge mistake and couldn't do it in a timely manner.
