Honestly don't use them. I decided to use them after seeing their price list online, but after sending my document and getting a confirmation on the turn around time I was given a different price quote.. 20 pounds in difference. In my response I asked why the price had increased, they failed to respond to that question, so in our next correspondence I asked the same question, ignored again. I asked multiple times.. and was ignored. I didn't have enough time to find someone else, so I went in with the document to have my booklets printed out. Someone in a previous review mentioned a humourless lady at the front desk..yep I know the one. The service is extremely cold. Finally the manager was there with my document up on his computer and about to print it and we are talking about the price and I see he's pulled up the same price chart online so I ask him if he's going with the same price chart why is he charging me 20 pounds extra, and he tells me that i'm printing a 12 page booklet...no I'm wasn't mate.. I pointed out to him that he has it open in front of him and it's 8 pages. He looks like a complete idiot and tries to save himself by saying that in my email I said it was 12 pages. Which email? The ones you ignored? The one where I attached the 8 page document in it and you refused to explain the overcharge? I'm young and usually very shy and probably wouldn't even tell a waiter let alone a complain about a hair in my food, but this was ridiculous so I called him out on it. At this point he starts acting like a childish little boy and starts acting like a total dick. I needed to have an invoice for my order to be reimbursed at the bank because I was printing Order of Service booklets for a funeral, and the girl there didn't even know what an invoice was. The guy was hesitant to even help me out with such a simple thing and upon leaving and going to the bank I realised their 'invoice' didn't say I had paid, so goody I had to go back and see my favourite people. He didn't want to sign the invoice to confirm I paid. I don't understand you could act so unprofessionally especially after you made a blunder.
