I ordered my business cards in the morning at 9am,...

I ordered my business cards in the morning at 9am, got to the shop at 2:30pm expecting the cards to be ready which is wasnt, although I had paid for 3 hour printing. Waited in the shop for a further 40 mins. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional.
