The owner of this shop suffers with terrible people skills, this man is surprisingly loud, abrasive, rude and on all accounts, unprofessional.

It is insane that he would beleive it acceptable to shout at me because he was stressed.

Your stressed because of your own choice to take on too much work and poor managment skills.
