Bad spot for the bar, difficult for traffic, poor acoustics, but I love concert venues and they play good music.

Great venue! Not too big, so the performance was intimate and everyone felt a part of the show! Missio was amazing! Bring them back!
Good venue, 2nd level is perfect if you like concerts without feeling "packed in." Stage is elevated so there really isn't a bad spot in the house. Interlude music was eclectic and rather comedic picks. Bar prices are what you'd expect with venue-supplied drinks. Security is no-nonsense and well-honed. Stage techs were efficient and quick, and sound engineer knows the space well, the quality was excellent.
Pretty decent for a VERY small venue. The staff is attentive and courteous. I have a few shows coming up here and look forward to them more now that i know how intomate this club is.
This is a good venue for shows that are 21+ only or if you're underage for an all ages show. If you want a beer while watching a show, it's pretty uncomfortable as you need to go upstairs and watch a show from a single side of the venue where a limited number of people can see the stage.
This is an amazing small venue! The acoustics are great, the stage is visible from virtually everywhere, and you get that intimate feel we all love small shows for. They have really cool stage effect options, and the security personnel I interacted with were polite and concise. The floor area in front of the stage is pretty small and it doesn't have the super-organized concert feel of the show box HOWEVER it makes up for that completely by having an extensive bar area with seating and attentive staff. It is really neat that they do all ages shows here, and the location is virtually surrounded by easy to access parking. If you have a band you'd love to get up close and personal with, and they are doing a show here, go! You'll have a great time.
I enjoy going here because of the atmosphere and the music. This is really an ideal spot for listening to music while enjoying good music.
One of my favorite music venues off all time but went th see Deer Tick last night and was totally put off by the staff. Rude girl taking tickets, rude bar tenders. I've never felt so unwelcome at an event I paid to get in to.
This is just for Security manager and most of his crew, tough job working for those kind of people. Bartenders are fabulous as usual!!
Hard to get around and the sound quality isn't great but it is a fun spot that's not too pretentious.
Update: changing to 5 stars because they fixed the problem by having the back half of the first floor be 21+, so now there is a great place to dance and see the show if you want to have a drink. Yay!
They recently started putting bar tables and chairs along the rail of the adult section, so now you cant see the show and dance upstairs. As a short person and someone who likes to drink and dance at shows, this is a dealbreaker.
A great local venue, with a bar upstairs providing an overview of the stage which is cool.
Super cool venue for a show. Get up at close and personal at the front row or go upstairs for a totally different perspective and experience. Bartenders are generous overall a great night
Neumos was a fun dancing night out. There is one open room with a stage with two bars to get your drinks. There is a cover charge which increased in price after 10pm, I'm not sure if this is every night or just happened to be the night I went. Fun vibe, definitely the place to be if you are looking for dancing.
Don't really care for the all ages. But, people that are under 21 are obviously for it.
The acoustics are good, the base goes through you, and there seems to be AC over the crowd too ??? Or it's a very airy venue. Heize sounded and looked like an angel
Staff were great and the food was pretty good (some amazing, some okay) bit the tables are oddly small
Seeing Julia Michael like this was extra special for us. It was an intimate concert. We actually got to enjoy a lot of her music as we began falling in love with each other
Went February 20th with my spouse to see the Cave Singers. Had heard their was a Mezzanine level but really not impressed with the location relative to the stage--only a couple of seats w/any view. Overall, this venue was pretty nasty with respect to cleanliness, bathrooms and carpet appearance and smell. The staff were all polite & professional but this venue isn't nearly as nice as the Knitting factory in Spokane where the Mezzanine wraps around the floor/stage area.
Classic Capitol Hill venue. My only complaint is that the area of the balcony (the section that typically allows alcohol) that actually allows for a view of the stage is very small.
A whole place in one place! Who put my friends on that stage, what a fun thing to do! Dogs are not allowed, but road dogs are always there. We're all gonna be here a while so we better make the most of it.
Nice venue, good capacity, sometimes they have all ages shows, for all ages shows they make the balcony the all ages section. So views are kind of limited, as you're looking over people if you aren't on the banister. It's cool they do all ages shows though, they probably don't have to. There's a separate bar attached to the venue, which makes getting a change of scenery easy, and gives a small bar feel to a large place. The attached bar does not require admittance to the show.
Music is pretty good! Was almost asked to leave because we were caught doing something naughty. But to be fair, all we were doing was making out on a bench, I think the bartender overreacted. She yelled "NO Absolutely NOT", she probably thought we were doing something else.
I went to hushcon here, very chilled conference. Venue is a bit limited in size, but works out for small private events.
Great venue. Small bar and sometimes really sticky floors and bathrooms
Three different bars area for your entertaonment pleasure.
Fantastic sound and intimate venue. Not for the faint of heart. Standing only, very small balcony.
Great venue, but shows start late. Be prepared for a 10:15 main act if the ticket says 8pm
I'll never go back again. Security staff were super rude. Pink hair blob o' koont at the bottom of the stairs shinning her flashlight in my eyes. And Chris Prat's low I.Q little brother leading his way through the crowd with his elbow. Way rude. And they over sold the show, it was shoulder to shoulder. Standing room only place.
Two-story venue with a bar at the top and intimate atmosphere. Seating can be reserved ahead of time so be prepared if you want a good spot on the second floor.
Small venue with intimate floor space and good overhead standing room. Great venue for high energy shows.
Had a great time tonight performing in a badass place with amazingly talented people!! -Oz 3/7/20
Great show, friendly venue. Shockingly clean bathroom.
You get to see really good acts here. From old school bands to just starting underground experimental music groups.
Remodel of Neumos and Moe is super nice. Posted 10/17/17.
It's a dingy dirty little venue for seeing awesome shows. When you're done you're right in the heart of Capitol hill to keep the night going.
Awesome place for a rave on my birthday! Smaller intimate venue but still enough room for a couple hundred people!
I like this venue because it's easy to get to and if you don't mind hills, easy to walk to from most parts of downtown Seattle. I like the intimate stage setting, as well, as it allows decent photography space. This venue reminds me, however, that I'm old and extremely uncool.
Saw Kina Gravis with a friend and the venue was the perfect size.
Best music venue in Seattle
Gets good bands but still intimate
Really cool concert venue. The happy hour food and drinks was a good value, and good if youre looking for a quick bite before a show.
This is a nice venue for all kinds of shows. Great view to the stage from anywhere in the main room. An upper area for the under 21 crowd that can still enjoy the show.
Good music, not bad pricing for drinks. Boy Band Night was amazing!
Great venue, not overcrowded, and it has a decent size. The sound system is good and you can get a good view of the stage.
Went for the Denzel Curry concert. The venue is SMALL and it s really an intimate experience. 2 entry/exit points so traffic flow isn t an issue and great staff.
I saw Jaden Smith there in April! This venue is edgy with a side of cool!
Nice establishment with friendly and helpful staff. Bars are conveniently located in multiple places. Good venue for small shows.
I saw Senses Fail with Reggie and the Full Effect here while I was passing through. The setup is pretty interesting since the stage shares a thin wall with the street, but I loved it. The staff is easygoing, the bathrooms are surprisingly clean, and the sound quality of the space is awesome. I'd definitely go see a show there if I was in town.
Great venue, just needs to have more moving air, stale stink is gross. Dancers added, heat increases, sweaty bodies. ..and not in a good way
I've been to a number of shows here, and it has to be one of my favorite venues in Seattle. Located in the heart of Capitol Hill, the selection of restaurant's and places to drink is nearly endless. Being close to the Seattle light rail is just another plus! The upper deck is a great place to chill, and get a different vantage point of the main stage! The only reason I gave this venue a 4 star and not a 5 is because sometimes it seems they pack it too tight. Like so tight that it gets hard to move around, the lines at bars are extra long. Otherwise, a great place!
Good venue but the upper area has some limited views. Show up early to get the best position.
I went to see a band that I love.... During the show I was, what I can only imagine, mistaken for troublesome misfit and kicked out.
I went to see Graveyard, a hard rock group, and toward the end of the set, I was grabbed by my neck and hair and thrown to the curb (literally). I'm still not sure why they jumped to such actions. I have multiple witnesses who also cannot shed any light on the matter. Mistake or not, I paid good money to see this band, and I was thrown out like a bum for a reason none of the bouncers would properly disclose.
They also tried to confiscate my FL driver's licence, claiming it was a fake. I had to have police show up to repossess my licence. Needless to say, I am a FL resident and I retrieved my ID.
This place is run by amateurs with inferiority complexes.
Great live venue. Love the setup inside. Some amazing artists come through, just make sure to keep an eye out.
So many different floors and different ways to enjoy live music. Staff is friendly and the drink options are what you need for a music venue.
Love this venue! Concerts are always fun, one of the few places that actually uses AC it seems, and when they open the top floor it's a great place to duck out of the music, grab some drinks, and get to talk with someone for a bit. Also the chicken place next door is dope.
Great music venue. Never been there outside of one time experience. Really enjoyed seeing MISSIO, Blackillac and Swells!
I never leave reviews, I just have to say that this place is amazing! One of the best dance parties I've been to. I highly recommend coming to Neumos' Mamma Mia event! My friends and I walked in 30 min after it started and everyone was already up and dancing, and there were no creeps which is a major plus. At least, I did not have any encounters!
Great intimate space that books some great acts. Couple tips: Don't wait in line for the corner entrance but go in the door next to the bar. Get a seat on the balcony upstairs where it juts out from the corner and you basically have 180 degrees of unlocked view
Good place to enjoy drinks and live bands, has like 3 levels to the place.
Austin Mahone concert! My daughter had a great time on her VIP birthday! you cakes
I like Neumo's. It's very spacious and fun. They pick good artists and have good drinks. I also love when they do trivia at Neumo's (instead of Moe Bar).
I went to a show here on Wednesday and the concert start time was changed from 7pm to 8pm. We waited out in the cold for an extra hour. 4 days later, I went to another show here and it happened again. A long line of people including myself stood out in the cold for an hour. This venue needs to be more clear on what time their concerts start. It is really inconvenient to people especially l those with disabilities. I tried calling them as well and their phone number is disconnected. I won't attend any more concerts here.
I love the size of Neumos.. it harbors a good dance party! The sound is great.
