Companies these days lack the simple concept of "going above and beyond" for their customers.
Fieldpiece isn't one of those company.
I walked in to get my manifold checked out as it always displayed OL (open line) on the subcooling, the culprit was due to bad probes. In addition they also fixed my battery door on my meter. And I walked out with more goodies than I intended to leave with and I had no qualms paying for them but they insisted. I was just happy to have them quickly test and fix the issues. Thanks For for making the best HVAC/R equipment and providing awesome customer service.

Sent in a 9 yr old hs35 for repair along with a 6 yr old sc66 for repair ...I only had to pay $50 for each unit to be looked at ... they ended up sending me 2 new meters ... This is the type of service that keeps you coming back!! Great company to deal with . Good luck getting that kind of service or repair est. with fluke....
Been using fieldpiece products for years. Picked up a set of SMAN460's a couple years back that have been nothing short of impeccable. Just purchased your SC640 meter and have high hopes. Appears to be a great instrument. Keep up the good work!

Fieldpiece is an amazing company with great well thought out products that work great and last, only thing I'd like to see is the meter leads become standard like flukes to use wire piercing insulation piercing probes attachments and small meters with swivel amp head to return like the sc 57 liked better than sc 460
