Solid venue with a lot of history. A lot of good artists come through this venue and the crowd is always great. Not too crowded most nights.

Solid venue for low price, only gripe is there was no coat check when I was here.
I will not go here again unless I hear that they fired the sound man and hired someone that knows what they're doing. At least a third of the crowd left before the end of the show, and, I literally made yuck faces most of the time, the sound was that horrible.
2 floors and nice open space where u can get a decent view all over.
This is a great place to catch a show. Just saw the School of Rock show a few weeks back.
Great venue, but the smell of roasting hotdogs was distracting.
Bought a ticket to a show essentially just to hear one song in particular. Was excited for weeks. Asked if there was reentry on the way in and they said yes. Left for a hot dog at the stand outside. Was not allowed back in. Listened to the song I was waiting for on the sidewalk.
Although it's a small stage in a not-too-good neighborhood, everything else about it is good. The sound quality is nice, the ticket prices here are usually cheap, and the staff, food and drink are all the best.
My top 5 venue in Seattle for concerts. You can even feel the A/C cut on when it gets way too hot from being litty! ;)
Love this venue! Great staff, plenty of space, and they seem to host amazing performers. I will be back for sure!
What can I say, it's neumos. Somewhat mixed but overall positive experiences.
It's a good concert venue! The sound system was really good and it's a smallest setting to feel like you're having an intimate experience with the band.
Unfortunately, I had a hard time understanding what time the band was going to play and then ended up getting there very early. Their ticket didn't say what time the doors opened or what time the bands played. They just said "8:00". I normally get to shows just about 15 minutes before bands start, but I didn't know if that meant 7:45 or 8:45.
My favorite small/mid sized venue in Seattle. The sound is always on point and I never had issues with the staff here.
This is a really nice venue, the fact that you can actually sit without buying a 2000% marked up bottle of middle shelf liquor is great. And if you cant see the stage they have TVs all over that have a good view of the stage.
Great venue with awesome sound and tasty drinks. It does get extremely hot inside
Smaller venue but had an awesome time in the upper platform.
Incredible, very intimate venue. Saw the mountain goats here. Mind blowing
Awesome small venue for live shows. Seen at least a dozen shows here.
Show starts at a bit before midnight on a Friday - seriously?
Cute little venue, emphasis on little.
Very crowded, I'm annoyed that the mezzanine was "reservation-only" after coming early to a show.
I'm too old for this stuff.
Went to see Temples. Apparently 5 other acts were on before so even though doors opened at 7 it wasn't until 11:15 before they took the stage. Pretty small venue, decent bar, clean restrooms. The only issues are lack of parking nearby and terrible sound. It's just too loud and sounded bad. I saw many people with earplugs. Just not worth going back due to the way they handle sound. Left before the show ended.
Awesome little venue with a bar overlooking the stage, chill or rage on the lower floor. Either way its a cool place.
Great venue for smaller shows. Near good late night food places and bars as well.
This was a surprisingly nice location inside and out. It had a gorgeous upper level that offered a variety of drinks. It was a very comfortable location for the concert we attended.
The bar area is poor. It could use some expansion and more bar tenders. Otherwise, the venue is good. I saw Collie Budz here. Good experience.
Mamma mia night-pride edition was 12/10. Dj disco vinnie is where its @
It's a decent venue. Staff are all friendly but it's hotter than h*ll in there.
The band seemed great (but I couldn't be sure--read on). The beer was, ah...okay but overpriced. The sound? I mean, what the so-called "sound man" did with his mixing board and amplifiers and such? Just bloody awful. The bass was SO loud it hurt my rib cage, made me nauseous. It was SO loud you couldn't hear much past the bass, some screaming lead vocals, and lead guitar. We were looking right at the sax and keyboard players and it was as if they weren't playing at all--or maybe the distorted HASH that was the sound was exactly what all those fine instruments sound like when you turn up the volume SO far everything blends into an industrial roar not unlike a freight train roaring just inches past your head, it's horn blasting. It didn't so much resemble music as aural torture. A regrettable waste of $46 and an otherwise perfectly good evening. One last thing: They don't deserve the single star I gave them. Sadly, if I did not give them this one star, I could not have posted this diatribe.
I went here to see Wicca Phase Springs Eternal, SmrtDeath, and Nothing, Nowhere. It s an intimate and cozy venue. There s a bar, upstairs with a tv screen of the stage and plenty of room for a crowd. I ll definitely be back!
I lost my virginity in the bathroom at the COC show and they didn't even give me a tshirt.
Great place for live music. Good Soundsystem and nice bouncers.
Nice layout. The upstairs balcony are is a nice respite from the mob on the dance floor.
Quite a dive, but the Twin Forks concert was awesome!
Gender neutral bathroom (human bathroom), decent bar, all ages shows
One of the better small-mid size venues in Capital Hill.
Went to see Yungblud and he was beautiful. It was fun, rock and great staff.
Great place for diverse bands, sometimes the audio is overwhelmingly loud.
Went for 90s night. It was a blast hearing those old hits through loud speakers. It's a pretty small space and had two bars that were very small. Took a long time to get a drink.
We got to be a part of the KEXP Holiday event with The True Loves!! They were fantastic!...the best show I've seen in years!
Neat venue, good size, sound was perfect just not a huge fan of 21 and over section which is mostly out of the view of the stage except for a few choice seats which are filled 2 hours before the final band is on.
Good airflow during the show. The crowd wasn't all hot and sweaty
Nice venue for larger capacity shows, good sound. A good home for Northwest Terror Fest!
Saw highly suspect there. Didn't like the balance, it was a bit too loud and vocals were too low.
Drunk people roaming the street at might like zombies. The hot dog cart outside is o.k. bit lacks character
In one night, this became my favorite venue for small acts in Seattle. The security is phenomenal and makes you feel very safe. The sound is great as long as you stand further back in the room, and I felt like there were plenty of ways for me to get out if I needed to. There are great food options all around and the staff was incredibly helpful. I hope to see more shows here.
Really fun venue for drinks + dancing on the weekends. Can get a bit crowded and you have to wait outside to get in .
Saw a fantastic show last weekend. Sound, lights, amount of people, the staff...everything was perfect. I have a few shows coming up here and look forward to them now even more. My only complaint goes drink wise, lacking craft beers on the menu.
Decent place to see a show. Seating with a view of the stage is limited, but sound was pretty good.
Really good venue! Nice acoustics, and not too crowded. Bathrooms were in a good spot, and the atmosphere was really nice for the show we went to. We weren't able to go into the bar however, but overall it was a really solid venue.
A small venue, 650 person capacity, is smaller than most clubs. I went to the Julia Michaels show that started at 7, though the doors didn't open until 7:30 or so. The opener performed for about 30 minutes and she started at 9. It's a pretty old building and not lavish by any means, but it has enough comfort to make you forget some of it's inadequacies. The first floor is standing room only and if you're not one of the first people in, mezzanine viewing is pretty much pointless. I wish there were more TV's for those that couldn't view the show well, but it did have great sound throughout the place. The rest rooms upstairs were unisex and clean at first, but later on during the night, it got pretty messy. That's what happens during a show.
Price - 5
Comfort - 3
Sound - 5
Food/Drinks - 1
A 'glass' of neat spice rum cost $20. I'd recommend you drink and use the bathroom before you go.
I'm not quite sure how 650 people found parking along the Seattle streets and I imagine parking on a weekday or Saturday is painful, but I would definitely go to another show.
Decent area and a bit hard to find. It's next to all of the good things Capitol Hill has to offer so you're not far from drinks, clubs, Seattle dogs, or just plain craziness.
Cute space. Small BUT still very spacious. The upstairs was well laid out. There for the Dream I concert. I was great.
Great sounds, needs non alcoholic beer and more seating for us old feeble rockers.
Would give 5 stars but the fire alarm went off mid show and we had to evacuate lol. I also don't like how the bar is upstairs and they don't let drinks on to the main floor.
Sound is great, lights are really good, and the bartenders are cool.
Sound system was great! Only issue was it had way more space for the bar than general audience and the merchandise booths lines extended into the small general audience area. Would consider going again.
This place is terrible. The bartenders are super rude, and unprofessional. They have super expensive drinks, and the least a person could expect is decent bar service, but the bartenders hate their jobs and shout at their customers. I left the place because I was so disgusted by their behavior. Go there only if you wanna be mishandled by all their staff. I feel bad for this place because these unprofessional bartenders will just move to some other place in town, and take their mannerism there without ever improving (one of them was a woman.)
A great mid sized music venue, the sound has gotten better through out the years. I appreciate the management of this place way over either Showbox location , I will always prefer to see a band here.
Best venue in Seattle!! Interesting layout, couple different rooms, & super chill staff.
Best sound in town among the smaller venues. Very good sight lines too.
The best venue in seattle. Great sound, staff, and vibe.
Great little venue, local bands, the staff has always been kind to me. I recommend this place for any show.
High quality venue with a lot of great acts. Quick and efficient staff. Expect a bag check at the door if you're bringing a backpack and/or purse. Coat check was available at my show, and the attendant was welcoming to me and other concert goers. There is a balcony overlooking the main stage, but I believe it's connected to the bar, so is reserved for ages +21. Drinks were also available on the show floor and bathrooms were not too far away. Also, Days 'n' Daze rocksssssssss!!!!!
Great venue. Sound quite good. Sold out show and not oversold.
Club itself is ok. Upstairs bathroom redo sucks - they're so small that guys are urinating with the doors open. Barboza is cool. Runaway is decent - Bok a Bok food is a great addition, better than Paseo for sure.
Legendary music venue. Get in the pit or chill upstairs... your choice
Small but grear club solid aound system. Get there early to assure good real estate.
