Love this venue! Not too big, not too small. Bar upstairs and downstairs. Love the upstairs area with tables. Cannot wait to see more shows here!

One of my favorite places to catch a show or go dancing!
Lots of space, good bands. Sometimes not a lot of great places to stand if you get there late and you're stuck in the back or one of the awkward places on the balcony.
Great venue. I just have one kind of specific complaint of my experience tonight. They left the side door to the bar area open during the show, and the sound of the blow dryer in the bathroom and people at the bar was quite intrusive during the band's set, especially on quieter songs. Other than that, great experience!
Good venue But hot when it fills up. They didn't turn on the air. But the staff was cool the customers were chill the sound was good and we had fun. We came from Olympia and will come back for sure.
Staff was helpful, really suggest you print your tickets for easier access to shows. Bar was fast and friendly, lots of places to sit and go, and once stamped u can come and go as u please.
Saw Khruangbin and The mattson 2 here. Amazing show and an amazing venue. But maybe adding a few benches on the main floor would be the cherry on top.
Why ever have the upstairs closed? 0 places to set drinks or sit down when you do that....
I've seen a few shows here and it never disappoints
Staff are a bit weird but the stage and soind are amazing
Decent place to see a show if you can handle the Capitol Hill hipsters and tech bros that are the new normal out there. Sound isn't always the greatest. It tends toward being too loud for the small room and everything just sounds like a wash of noise. Amenities are few with just a little service bar at the back of the room. They do allow re entry so you can duck out and smoke, eat and drink at some of the other nearby establishments.
great venue overall but they make the artists put in a 20 minute moment of silence for the victims of 9/11 before each song
Went for a Red / Lacey Sturm concert and was very impressed with the lighting, service, and room!
Great show, we saw Black Pumas. They were amazing. Neumos was packed, their beer selection leaves a lot to be desired, nothing good on tap.
Witnessed Drab Majesty here. Cozy venue, pretty nice bathrooms. It had an upstairs section with seating. They also sectioned the floor area into two parts, you couldn't take drinks into the section closest to the stage. They have Guinness (in a can, for those that care), so I was a happy customer. I see Nitzer Ebb in September here, I'm curious if the floor setup will be different.
Saw Aesop Rock on the night before our cruise left. Nice intimate venue where you could really feel the energy of the performance.
We went here to see Adore Delano, and it was an all around disappointment. We paid extra for VIP, and it looked like EVERYONE purchased VIP. The "private bar" was the most popular. The "meet and greet" took over 2 hours, we still didn't get to meet her, the sound levels were FAR too high, even for a concert venue. I was completely unable to hear Adore's voice. I think that if you are going to have a show start at 11:15pm, it isn't fair to ask everyone to come at 9pm through an email - the original time was 8pm. I already waited 2 hours, could you imagine waiting 3 hours??
Pretty killer place. Good sound. 3 bars to choose from in venue.
Great place tho see live music, itimate, good sound, but out could use a little more ventilation and more availability to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages throughout - confined to upstairs and a long line isn't too fun....
I ve always enjoyed attending shows at neumos over the years.
Saw some of my favs here! And discovered others that have become my favs. Love this place.
Went and saw Com Truse there. They had upstairs seating and bar so if you don't want to stand near the stage you can watch from the balcony or on TV screens positioned everywhere. Bar tender was fast with the mixed drinks and we had a great time
Saw Opiuo and Daily Bread here. They threw down some funkalicious beats and had sick visuals to enjoy while dancing or chilling. It gets hot but is totally worth the minor discomfort to enjoy the music and people! Check out this venues calendar and you're sure to find something up your alley depending on the day!
Small place. Somewhat messy. Music was good though. Come plastered and maybe you'll have more fun than I did.
Great shows and drinks! Right by school. Who can ask for a better spot?
Nice place after the renovation. Great place to see a band.
Medium sized venue. I have never had a problem there.
This has one of the best atmospheres for fun in Seattle. Entertainers and songs were great.
If you think you can just start your night there and move on you are wrong. you will be having too much fun to go anywhere else!
Cool venue, a "Goldilocks" size that isn't too big but still gets a lil wild
Venu is somewhat basic in terms of the dancefloor and stage but has an upper level to look down at both which is pretty cool IF you can find a spot on the railing. Drinks are expensive and subpar in terms of mix, other Venus are connected and when they're open that's pretty cool, to have 3 areas within 1 building
Good place for live music. Like any joint on the hill, can get a little douchey depending on the act.
Went there to see Berner. Typical line, which was expected. Once we got inside the problem came. Thats where u stand there for 2+ hours waiting to see a person even come to the stage. Just really did not have a good time. Overpriced drinks with very little alcohol. I can say that i will not go again.
Dope place! I enjoyed it mostly because I was seeing my fav artist (Jidenna, check him out) but the layout is nice with great views of the stage. Great sound. Drinks a bit pricey but oh well. TINY bathrooms
I liked that the music venue was all ages, but that there was an attached, laid back bar to go to within the club for the old folks like me to have a quick drink between sets.
Bartenders a bit snarky but the stage and venue was really nice for small crowds
Great venue for shows that aren't overly large. Offers a floor and small balcony so you have a couple ways to enjoy the show. Bar available there and they usually play some pretty good artists. On the other hand they only take cash at the ticket booth so that's kind of a pain.
The venue was superb. The loft is nice for any one who is too old to get hit down on the floor ;d
Overall it was a clean venue, the security wasn't overly tight to where you feel like you're being watched all the time, and most of the people that were at the concert I went to seemed like they were just there to enjoy the music.
Never been to this venue, but was awesome , great sound.
Went to a concert here and the staff worked really well to get everyone in quickly and safely.
Nice venue, good acoustics. Drinks are not any higher than any other bar in town.
Neumos is a very small venue which leads to an intimate feeling during a show. I was able to stay afterwards to chat with one of my favorite artists! Everyone is really friendly, I absolutely look forward to going again.
This is one of the better venues in Seattle. Pretty small shows. Awesome sound. 2 floors - the top fills up pretty quick so if you're not on the railing it'll be hard to see. The floor is the place to be. I wish they didn't put up a barricade in the middle of the room for 21+ shows, I don't really understand why they do that. It gets really hard to navigate between the bar and the restrooms.
Beer lines were long but they kept it moving fairly quick. Played great music and had a blast dancing the night away to 90s music!
Great venue space. Wish all events were 21+ though because it's a bummer not to be able to have your drink downstairs, and the people in the bar tend to be chatty during shows
Great, small rock venue. Sound is good and lights tend to not overpower the music.
We went here for Tennis performance. Large area with an upstairs area that has table and bar. The sound system was good.
Neumos!!! Such a fabulous place to see a show - a great size to get a good vibe whether you want to be up front or up in the loft. Most recently, I saw A Tribe Called Red there. It was perfect.
Great place for intimate gigs. First time I went there was to see The Vaccines and it was awesome. Nice view from the balcony too. Pretty sure this must be a landmark of the music scene in Seattle.
I went here for the first time last Sunday to see Electric Six and had a BLAST! The band was fantastic, but the venue itself was surprisingly good.
Love how tiny it is and how close you can get to some awesome bands. The space is a little awkward (particularly the upstairs area) and it is kind of difficult for us short people to see, but as long as you get up close to the front, you're fine. Ticket prices were cheap, cheap, cheap. Bonus that people actually dance at this venue (although hello, it was Electric Six - people SHOULD dance!) and bonus that there was enough room to do so. The sound is great (though earplugs are a must!) and the staff is friendly.
I will be back here! :)
Perfect show tonight! The Movement, Josh Heinrich and Indubious..... EPIC!
Always have a great time seeing concerts at Neumos! The place has been recently renovated and looks fantastic. There's a bar downstairs and another upstairs where you can also get a great view of the stage. The sound and light system is easily one of the best in Seattle. They've always got an impressive calendar of acts from world famous headliners to very talented local acts.
It was okay, wish they would of had some kind of seating. It was a good venue though, polite staff. Good show. Would recommend
Coat check on first floor is cash only ($3 for last week's Alex Clare show). Bar on mezzanine has beer/cider/liquor (no wine) and accepts cards and allows running tabs. Mezzanine also has tables with booth and chair seating, bar tables with bar stools, and a great view of the full stage if you're in the right spot. Main floor is open. Unisex 2-stall restroom on mezzanine and another, I'm told, on first floor. EXCELLENT STAFF ALL AROUND! Seriously. Everyone from door to coat check to security to bar: friendly, helpful, chill, and totally went above and beyond! My new favorite spot for shows!
Lots of great cheap shows in the heart of Capital Hill.
The new layout is great! The upstairs bar is a great spot to watch a show and get out of the madness below.
Saw leftover crack. Good place to see live music. Employees are very nice.
Awesome venue. Great live experience, PA could maybe use an upgrade. Singer was complaining about some sort of weird hum.
second best venue in the city. the upper bar sort of sucks, making all ages shows can be a bit of a trial.
Went to a show last night, got a little too drunk, and was very politely escorted out. The staff was calm and gentle the whole time, didn t look disgusted with us or annoyed, even assured us that there was only a few minutes left anyway. Got us water bottles and made sure we had a safe way home before sending us off. Plus it s a cool venue
We were warned the acoustics are terrible. We went. The acoustics were terrible. Abysmal, even. Everything was so blown out the music was no longer discernable and had become a mush of ear piercing white noise. Going upstairs helped with the pain but not the noise.
However, the bars are quick and we found seats upstairs so there's that.
We ended up leaving because we could neither enjoy the show nor each others' company.
Neumos is such a fun place to dance and end your night. They have good music going all night, and there is plenty of space on the floor. Drinks are a bit pricey, but that's to be expected.
I just saw Boris with Thrones, my first show at Neumos since the new sound system was put in. Damn that low end they can now put out... My shirt was rippling off my chest. It literally unconstipated me. Bathrooms were clean. Legendary venue just got better!
