This visit was a quick one to pick up a JBL Bluetooth speaker. It only took about a minute of looking around and Amanda asked if I needed any assistance. She confirmed the speaker was the one I wanted which was from the Sunday ads. She did the checkout process right there at the speakers, and I was out the door, which was GREAT because I was on my lunch hour and couldn't stay long. If you offered 10 stars, I would have given Amanda 10 stars, because you have a 10 star employee in Amanda! Thanks!

I have always had an amazing experience with The Mart I've bought all my furniture here. I love the credit card payments are low it makes it easier to manage the payments. I will definitely keep buying all my furniture here.

I enjoy shopping at Nebraska Furniture Mart; mainly because of the sales staff. They always greet you very friendly, never pressuring you trying to over sale you items. Brad Preston went a step further this visit to work with me so I stay within my budget and received the best quality furniture in the style I love. Thank You Brad for being so helpful this visit...I will be return to Nebraska Furniture Mart again....

Went shopping for mattresses today. Excellent assistance from Luke in that department. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He answered ALL of our questions. Definitely a 5 star shopping trip. I gave the overall trip 4 stars only because I wanted to look at C tables as well and they could only find 1 in the entire store. I would have purchased one today if they had any choice. Everyone we encountered (with the exception of the cashier at the Subway within NFM, who was grouchy at best) was delightful, curteous and very helpful. Thank you, Mart!

Their cashier and finance team is knowledgeable and very efficient. The financing options are simple, affordable and easy to navigate. I will continue to use NFM as my primary furniture and appliance retailer!

I went to NFM to find a king size memort foam matter topper to help with my pain. Dirk in the bedding section helped me find what I needed and took the time to help me make sure it was safe to use with a heated mattress pad. He helped me get the best sale price possible.

The service was excellent! For being the Sunday before Christmas everyone was quick to help and the gentlemen who loaded our purchases were very friendly!

Good from today's purchase ; 11-14-2017.
Fair to poor with October purchases. The salesperson who processed our mattress and lady's desk purchase as well as a sofa purchase for our son -- was highly distracted by a visitor who knew her. We were ignored as she began visiting with the visitors and not focusing on us as long-time customers of NFM. This did not sit well with us and how rude of her to make us wait while she socialized. I am sure if you let her know, perhaps she will exhibit better customer care, in the future. We matter. Thanks

NFM made buying my new couch super easy. Checkout could have been a little faster but how can I complain when I just sit there on the couch while they do all the work.

False advertising. Cancelled my order because of a mistake with pricing. Be careful with ordering.

Went on a Monday night at 5pm. Took 30 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help. Once I got help the person was courteous and knowledgeable.

We purchased a Shark vacuum cleaner. The sales agent was friendly and competent. She demonstrated the cleaner and explained each feature.

The driver was very polite and unloaded things with caution. Very impressed with how quickly I was able to receive it.

La-Z-boy selection was great, we found exactly what we were looking for, for a great price. The staff helped us minimize our search to help make walking around a bit easier. The selection is massive and makes it worthwhile just to come check it out.

Roger, greeted me as soon as I walked into his area and was eager to help me out. I was looking for a particular type of single stand to make sure that it would fit on my fireplace mantel. My old LG tv had one but most of the new models have a different type of stand. Roger took great care in finding me a unit that would work. It took a total of about 20 mins and I was out the door and on my way to Warehouse one. Roger was great about explaining all the features and I am delighted with the purchase. The fella that helped me at the warehouse was quick, efficient and professional. He made sure I was able to get it inside my truck due to the possibility of rain. Great experience as always! Customer service is second to NONE at NFM. From the Sales person (Jesse) to checkout (Blair) to pickup ...all are very helpful!

The store is falling apt. So many the the items they have out is not in stock. And the employees are Soo unhappy. Many say they are trying to leave. This is the worst it has ever been.

Wish they had an app where you could scan items for purchase

The mart is what it is - kind of the evil empire of shopping in Omaha - they continuously run out all other furniture competitors so you have no choice to go there, and have also pretty much run out any other shopping options in Omaha. It would be nice to have other options in the Omaha area to shop at, but it is probably the reason we only buy Ethan Allen furniture since it is the only non NFM option of quality in Omaha.

A dreaded need to purchase a new adjustable bed was a made very easy and clear with the associate, Beth, we worked with. She asked what we wanted and what our needs were. She simplified the search by working within our budget and focusing on what we needed and not pushing us toward unnecessary features we didn't want. She shared with us her own personal experiences and experiences of other customers. We could not be happier with how it went!

Went to NFM today with very specific needs. Needed mattress set and frame for elderly Mom moving to assisted living within the week of Christmas. Great great sales help. Perfect bedding. In and out in under 30 minutes. Thank you!

Bought a decent washer but our cashier never gave me my change back $37 and now have to wait to get MY Money back. Somethings wrong with that!

Would have been nice to know the remote was extra for the drone. I don t know much about it and all I was sold on was the drone itself. Now have to make another trip to get remote for it!

Mackenzie was very helpful with trying to understand the differences between the iPads with cellular options. She helped us to find out that our carrier doesn t have cellular options for iPads, and to find the next best option. She spent time to help us do some research and feel confident about the model we purchased.

I needed a printer and had been comparing some at Best Buy when someone I work with just picked up the same one at NFM- $10. Cheaper!! I headed to NFM, Sergio stepped up and helped me find the printer I was looking for. He also confirmed the lower price and helped me find a USB cord. I was in and out in no time and left very happy. Good and everything BUT OMG THE BATHROOMS ARE SOOO NICE

Absolute worst service when it comes to fixing something under warranty!!! We waited two weeks to get them to come out to look at our washer, then the day before they re suppose to come out they call and move it out two more weeks!!! Are you kidding me?!?!

The selections/choices are endless and something for every budget and taste. But they re customer service is unparalleled from the buying to the owning experience. We love EVERY piece we ve purchased there (a year ago) and when our dining room table showed questionable wear I contacted them and EVERY step of the return/repurchase experience has been awesome! It s refreshing to be treated with respect and impeccable customer service!

We-site is great. Ordered a new washer and dryer on line. They are being delivered and installed tomorrow. Was super easy and we didn't have to go to the store during the Christmas rush.

I knew what I wanted. I called earlier. You had it. I went to the Omaha store and the phones weren t where I thought. An employee asked if he could help and sent me on my way. I got to and was looking thing over when a young lady asked if she could help. I told her and we went right to the Otter Box protecters. In 3 minutes I was on my way.

The only it could have been better is if it was FREE!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Terrible experience. First off shipping is EXTREMELY expensive. Its impossible for a single woman with a small car to get furniture through this place without an INSANE markup.
I did end up finding a couch that offered free shipping and like an idiot I ordered it. Except I live at an apartment complex and apparently they only do curbside. They refused to help getting it to my apartment.
Now I'm stuck in the rain with a damaged couch trying to get this 200lb thing into my apartment by myself.

I was helped by a gentleman named John and he did well with helping me choose my mattress but never asked me if I had the bed frame and box springs to put them on!!!! I totally forgot all about it so we got in the line at the warehouse to pick up the box springs and mattress and realized we had no frame!!!! We then had to make an extra stop at Mrs. B's to get the rails/frame. And then go back thru the line at the warehouse! I just think he should have asked us!!!
