I needed a printer and had been comparing some at Best Buy when someone I work with just picked up the same one at NFM- $10. Cheaper!! I headed to NFM, Sergio stepped up and helped me find the printer I was looking for. He also confirmed the lower price and helped me find a USB cord. I was in and out in no time and left very happy.
