The salesperson helped me ensure I was getting the right water filter for my refrigerator, gave me a discount, was able to have me pay for it on the floor and I was back out the door in no time at all, which on a lunch hour was just what I needed. I like your site .Could be a little more mobile friendly with icon sizes but other than that I got around alright. Also, when you click the delivery option a pop up of what that means would be nice. Similar to when you click the credit option.

We just purchased our first couch from NFM. We haven t received the couch yet but being able to sit on it and try it out at the store helped us make our decision. So much bette than buying online, which we ve done in the past and it did not work out. Terry was an amazing and not pushy salesman. Whenever I order anything from NFM I never receive it when promised. I ordered flooring Feb 2019 and didn t end up receiving flooring till September 2019 and had to pick something else out. Recently I ordered a desk. My delivery is set for Wednesday. I received a call today saying that I will not receive it Wednesday, I may get it next week. I guess we will see but I won t hold my breath.
Alex found us looking at TVs and was a great help to us while we made our selection. He took the time to explain the smart tv feature. Then he helped us find a printer to complete our order.
My husband and I went to the Mart today for a new range as the one we have was not working. Patrick B was our salesman and was very good - answering our multitude of questions. The range we wanted had actually just been delivered to the store and hadn t even been taken off the truck. Patrick went back just to double check to make sure it had actually been delivered to the store. He confirmed it was and said NFM would be able to deliver it tomorrow! We were pleasantly surprised and grateful. Not 2 hours later we received a call telling us the range had NOT been delivered to the store and delivery to us would be delayed by one day. SO dissapointed. So who is not telling us the truth?

Nebraska Furniture Mart is simply amazing. If you need it for your home they have it. From appliances to furniture, from kitchen gadets to televisions, NFM has it all. Most items are in stock and can be picked up the same day. The employees are knowledgeable in their sales area and are always very pleasant and helpful.

Fast friendly service. Easy purchase process and loading process. Testing the dishwasher now, and no issues have come up. All of the necessary equipment was provided as part of the dishwasher purchase and a hook up kit
It was very nice to not be pressured. Our sales guy stayed close enough to be able to answer questions about the refrigerators but didn't hover which was perfect.
I purchased a recliner for my husband. The sales person was extremely helpful and presented information about the chair that was very understandable. I appreciated his help during this busy time at the Mart.
Service was good. Due to shortage of appliances they can t deliver until 2 months from now and couldn t waive the delivery fee which is irritating but otherwise it was decent help. In and out with no hassle other than the couple hundred dollar delivery fee.

Usually when i go customer service is great. this last time seemed like no one was wanting to work. I waved down a couple associates, instead of helping me they walked in the opposite direction to go grab some one else to assist me.

NFM is a great megamart for furniture, appliances, electronics, and flooring. The value and variety of their merchandise is superior to their competitors in the metro area. Over the years I've bought items from each category. I have found the quality of NFM products to be excellent. Their delivery service is timely and their drivers are professional and courteous. On rare occasions I have had to use their service department for warranty work and there too the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend NFM.

Our salesman Steve was fantastic and helped us to find what we were looking for. The cashiers were horrible. We wanted to split our purchase between our 2 mart accounts. They told us No you can't do that rather than telling us to go to customer service who would be able to help us and were basically going to let us walk out the door unhappy and without making our purchases. We found our salesman Steve let him know the cashiers told us we couldn't split between our 2 accounts and he walked us back up front to customer service where Bethany and Heidi were VERY happy to help us. Bethany, Heidi and Steve deserve a 5 star review but the cashiers need training as their unwillingness to help a customer is unacceptable.
Site worked well. Lost 2 stars do to not meeting delivery schedule. Item said it would be delivered on Monday but item didn t even ship till Monday. Broke my daughters heart. Tuesday.... still no item delivered.
I've had a Nebraska card for about 5 years and I do enjoy walking through and seeing the new things that they have. But their quality is starting to go downhill, we bought a couch from them and within three months it looks like it should have been on the back of the Beverly Hillbillies truck very disappointed.

Curt was the sales person who helped me with deciding on a washer/dryer. He gave me input on the different machines, the good and bad. He could see I needed to look a bit on my own. I am always glad when I have an "Experienced" sales person. Curt was not pushy at all. It was a great experience I just hope my new washer/dryer will last me longer than 6 years!
We were pleasantly surprised by the number of contemporary choices. Although I would have kept looking at other places, my wife was pleased with what we found, and so was I. The plentiful sales people didn't ask if we needed help, which was fine, until we settled back on a piece we liked and then a sales lady promptly helped us. She was pleasant, responsive to our concerns, facilitated our request to split a set, and was generally efficient. Checkout had only one insignificant glitch, and the warehouse staff were pleasant and helpful on both of my two pickup trips. My wife wanted a one-stop shopping experience, and we found it there.

I don't know how to accurately describe this place. Furniture superstore is about as close as I can come. You can seriously get lost here. Enormous selection. Low prices. Only downside is a somewhat complicated warehouse pick-up system where you often have to wait in line. But overall, a fantastic place.
Always amazing to me how organized NFM is. Talk about logistics in the warehouses!

The original NFM dishwasher installers did not turn the water to the dishwasher back on. Necessitated a second NFM visit and missed work as a result. Dishwasher running OK now that it has water.
We had came to pick out a mattress for our daughter and they employee that helped us was great he explained the difference between the two mattresses we were looking at and was very helpful and quick at ring us up. Thank You

We walked in, money in hand, to buy a recliner. The first salesman we saw waited for my husband, who is black, to pass then turned to me and said hello. We sat in many recliners, narrowed it down to two. Not one time did any salesman come ask us if we needed help, although most of those around us were asked. As we kept going back and forth between the two, my husband made eye contact with a salesman hoping for him to come over and answer a couple questions. Instead he turned to a woman standing at the counter, who clearly already made a purchase, to ask if she needed anything. Blatant racism at it's finest. We then had to explain to our two children why we are walking out of the store empty handed. Very sad life lesson for them!
Travis, in appliances was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He did not pressure us to buy. We did get a new refrigerator though. And Jo in the finance dept was very helpful and quick.

Was looking for a new washer and dryer. David asked if I'd been help. He was very courteous and even checked to see if I could get them in stock the same day. He made sure they would be able to fit in the doorway where they were going and found ones that would work. Excellent customer service!

Horrible return policy!
I bought a mattress and after 2 days I decided that I'd much rather upgrade to a premium memory foam bed. I tried to return the mattress (still in original plastic, with receipt) and upgrade to a more expensive bed. They told me I would be charged a 30% restocking fee. Yes I did buy their $125 mattress protector to qualify for the "comfort guarantee"
I am a share holder and wanted to upgrade to a more expensive bed while the shareholder sale will still active. They told me 30% to return after 2 days or if I wait 30+ days I can return for a flat $149 fee.
I knew about the 30-120 day comfort guarantee where you pay $149 to exchange for a different bed but how could they possibly charge more for returning it sooner?!
Between the poor customer service and commission based sales model I wont buy there again. Prices weren't nothing special anyways.
UPDATE:they called me and said I could bring it back for full credit and upgrade to a better bed. I'm not certain if they called me with the offer because I left a bad review or if it was just by chance. Because they did I raised the review to 3 star. I'm happy they worked it out with me but still think the return policy sucks and should be made clear at time of purchase. Apparently I signed agreeing to the terms but I was awkwardly handed a Ipad out on the sales floor and asked for a signature. I think it should be explained better or be given a easier to read paper copy that clearly states no returns.

Excellent selection!! Excellent service ! Shopped Black Friday and prices in store were lower than anywhere online - and that included shipping across the country. Store rep helped me with Selecting fabrics and matching colors as we matched things up under different lighting. I found exactly the pieces we set out for and no one pushed anything extra on me. They were so accommodating and helpful with the whole process . Much appreciated ! Now to wait for the furniture to arrive .
