Our sales associate Ryan was very helpful in helping us make our decision. He asked all of the right questions and answered all of the questions we had. We are looking forward to receiving the product we ordered.

We purchased a tv and sound bar from them earlier ...

We purchased a tv and sound bar from them earlier this year. The tv and sound bar are fine but the issues we had getting them and poor customer service while trying to get answers was beyond unacceptable. We ordered these items at the beginning of June and the tv had to be back ordered. The sales person told us that they should have it by the begin of July and that we would not be charged until they received the tv. This was not the case. The next day we noticed that we had already been charged but decided not to make a big deal about it. Then the tv was delayed by a week and again we decided not to make a big deal about it. But then it was delayed by another month. We called customer service and only got attitude from them. The said they could cancel my order and made no attempt to appease me. We should have canceled it then. After that they notified me that they were switching who they were getting there extended warranty through. This shortened the warranty period for the tv, for which we did receive a small refund. But what they neglected to tell us was that it increased the cost of the warranty on the sound bar. They told us that they would not deliver it until it was paid in full. We told them that it was unacceptable and that it was on them to pay for it since we had already paid them and still had nothing to show for it. After two separate conversations they finally corrected this. After that the order was delayed two more times and we finally got our order the last day of September. Now I want to make a few things clear. Firstly, the order delays were the manufacture's fault not NFM's but their handling of the situation was unacceptable. Secondly, most of the staff at the store tried to be helpful and where always polite and courteous when we dealt with them on this issue and only certain individuals were not. Finally, management made very little, if any, effort to try make things right. This was our first time dealing with NFM and will likely be our last. (Note: I would have given them zero stars if it were possible.)

Great place to purchase just about anything for your house. They really have it all! What is nice is that the experienced sells staff here will answer all your questions and ever questions you didn't think to ask. Nfm carries all levels of quality products for your budget so you always have what can be overwhelming selection. You won't leave this place feeling like you didn't have a good variety of product to look at.

On Black Friday I purchased a 65 inch TCL 4K ROKU SMART TV. I was in the market of looking for a TV stand. I came to NFM last week to look for a stand but of "ALL" the salesmen standing around talking amongst themselves.....NO ONE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP.....THEY "ALL" LOOKED AT ME BUT NOT ONE OF THEM ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP-THAT WAS SO DISHEARTENING. I was SO DISAPPOINTED. As I walked around for 10 MINUTES viewing ALL of the Television Stands, taking pictures of a few stands that I was most interested in- Eric Brown walked up to me. I told him I was about to me leave for NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME...AND OR ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. ERIC APOLOGIZED-in which he did NOTHING WRONG. He was actually helping a customer. HE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME....HE SAW THAT I WAS HURT. He took the time to walk around to the various stands. He gave me his card. I went home thinking how I was treated...and that I didn't want to return. The stand I was interested in wasn't in stock..it had to be ordered from Kansas. I told Eric I'd get back to him-with HOPES OF NOT RETURNING EVER! I went searching for television stands at different stores, including by the internet I told my colleagues of the experience. They too we're disappointed but reminded me of Eric empathy and to give it one more try. So I did. I called Eric B., last night and told him I was still in the market for a 70 inch TV stand. I told him that I would see him tomorrow-Sunday. Eric was still apologetic and told me that he'd do everything you help me. He DID... I purchased my 70 inch TV stand to today.... December 9, 2018.

Eric Brown made the difference....and saved a customer....who came to spend MONEY.

As I am sitting in my car in my car for the last almost 20 min in the loading dock of the mart on a slow day patiently wait for someone to hopefully bring the TV purchased. All I can think of is NFM is no longer what it use to be . I have never encountered any issues the prior years I have shopped here when you were truly treated like family. There a certain nonchalance in the employees behavior. The delivery staff that was supposed to delivery my merchandise was impatient. It is truly sad as I have always held them to a very high standard of customer service and customer respect.

The quality of the furniture is great! I bought matching recliners and a sofa & loveseat online taking the risk that I might be getting something I might not be so happy with. Rest assured! I m very, very happy with my purchase! The furniture is sturdy, comfortable, and affordable, and the NFM website was easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great until they said they could only deliver to the drive way. This is a 83 year old man who cannot afford to pay the $90,00 some dollars to have you move his chair in the house. You should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this kind of stuff to happen. I will make sure he or no one else in our HUGE family will shop at Nebraska Furniture again.
Big Lots had a better deal on a bigger chair but he wanted the one from you guys. This is the last time we will purchase anything from you.

John was amazing he walked with me through everything I was buying and I was buying quite a bit. He was very patient plus I m not very quick at making decisions I can always get it down to 2 to 3 choices but can never finalize and commit. He was patient with me made everything a breeze and some of the best service I ve ever had. Plus you can t beat the selection and price at NFM, never a downside.

Great, individualized service. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to find the right sofa and love seat. I like the new system where the salesperson can ring up the sale and arrange delivery, too - no standing in line at the cashiers.

Great customer service with the new TV we just bought. The sell going on is really good. The customer service at Mrs B was not good at all. When we arrived we found the couch we wanted but couldn't find anyone to assist. So after being there about 45 minutes we decided to go across parking lot and grab a TV Went back to Mrs B and the couch we wanted prior was gone. How they got service I dont know because then we started looking at other couches and still not one associate offered assistance. We made eye contact and even gestured for them to come over. They would walk towards us and then stop and help others that had just got there. We left with out purchasing a couch. We will go back in a few days and look again. I refuse to let some with bad customer service receive commission on anything I purchase They weren't even that busy I will probably just stick with the main building

We did end up talking to several associates though, as the previous one became busy after answering the questions we had gathered looking at the comparable items in our groups. No complaints

I have built the style of our home and our furnishings as well as my credit while I have built a relationship with NFM in Omaha, NE. My grandfather worked here for many years, but it wasn't until I started my own home for my growing family that I formed a relationship with NFM, and I have not regretted it. I have had some issues with ordering in the past and found that, there customer service is impeccable (but deal with the CS department, not the sales team, big difference in job orientation and success at negotiation on how to make things right). I have used their "Mart Card" much to my success, having the deferred interest has allowed me to pay for just the item I need, on the schedule I can afford. They are a great example of how running a business ethically, not only do-able, but also successful.

Went to buy a bed for my granddaughter. I approached salesman, within minutes there were about 4 customers and 4 salesmen all looking at kids beds. I asked another customer a question and "my" salesman walked away never to return! Ended up buying from another salesman. Never had such poor "help". Products are good and I'm a long time customer. I went to buy speakers and a turntable. I had done some research beforehand but I felt the salesman Luis was very knowledgeable in this dept. He was very polite,helpful and efficient . Those things are always appreciated when you show up in the last 30 minutes. There was no real wait at the warehouse As I was 1 of 2 last cars there but again from the lady on the loudspeaker to the 2 young men helping load my items everybody was very pleasant, courteous and efficient.a

If you're a woman, don't bother trying to get the attention of a sales person. Most of the salesmen will literally look at you and walk away if you aren't a man. I have to bring my husband with me to get anyone's attention. This has happened the last.. maybe ten times I've been in? It's happened to nearly all my female friends as well. My husband has started calling them out on the sexist behavior at this point because of how blatant it is. Train your people.

The products are OK, but the same as any place online. The only thing they're good for is that they'll load your stuff up for you, but that's standard practice so nothing special there.

Our customer assistant Skylar was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the massage chairs. He was amazingly patient as well with our 4 and 2 year old. I was a little upset that the chair they had on their floor, they had none of in the back, or even any ordered. We looked at a second chair that they were out of as well. We ordered one because we ve been wanting one for awhile, but it s super disappointing that we have to wait for March 21st to receive the chair that we spent a pretty penny for. They should definitely have on hand what they are selling. I d have to say a manager probably dropped the ball somewhere. Other than that the experience was great.

Mrs. B's was a good place to check for furnishing our college son's apartment. We didn't find the bedroom pieces he needed at a price that we liked, but we did get his mattress, box spring, and frame.
