Good from today's purchase ; 11-14-2017.
Fair to poor with October purchases. The salesperson who processed our mattress and lady's desk purchase as well as a sofa purchase for our son -- was highly distracted by a visitor who knew her. We were ignored as she began visiting with the visitors and not focusing on us as long-time customers of NFM. This did not sit well with us and how rude of her to make us wait while she socialized. I am sure if you let her know, perhaps she will exhibit better customer care, in the future. We matter. Thanks
