Excellent! Josh was polite and knowledgeable. Wonderful service picked our chair out purchased it and we had it loaded in less then 20 minutes outstanding!!!!!

Jacob was very Helpful and informative. I thought going to NFM on a Saturday would be crazy. I really like how he was able to help me check me out give you my receipt and get me out the door I don t think I was in the store for 20 minutes

Awesome customer service in the sound system department!! We recommend Deryk H if you are looking for someone that knows all systems Bose, Kilpsch, etc. Always excellent service from sales to the warehouse team!!

Sales person shared information with us on recliners w/o pressuring us to buy. The purchase process was straight forward. The delivery people were efficient and answered all of our questions. There was one small problem with one recliner, and the repair person was prompt and quickly fixed it. My experience left me feeling valued as a customer.

It took us a sec to get help because they were busy but Scott T. was able to help us and answer all of our questions. We will ask for him next time we buy an appliance.

It was great selection and experience while buying the couch n love seat. Only thing that would have been better would be if they were able to reduce $12 on furniture we bought. Our total was $2012 which put on next bracket for buying the gold plus insurance on this furniture. Reducing the $12 would have allowed us to buy the 279$ insurance instead of $319. Manager Amy tired but she couldn t do it. But I think they should have an option to be a bit flexible. Overall we are happy the service though.

Nic was our TV sales person tonight when we went in looking for a TV. Not only was he extremly helpful but he was also very patient with us when we wanted to look at acouple different ones. He did not rush us or ask us to buy something out of our price range. All around was a great shopping experience!

No complaints. Tamara was helpful with our purchase and did a good job explaining the benefits of the clean/repair offering. She was friendly and patient as we made our selection.

The wife and I liked how buying items (like furniture) has been streamlined to the point that we sat on the demo model furniture we planned to buy and completed the entire purchase at that location. NFM uses technology in what appears to be a very good way to improve the customer buying experience. They went has far as to bring he printed receipts to us on the demo furniture we were sitting on. I paid $89 for delivery. Four of the six pieces that were delivered were either scratched or broken. They brought me replacement pieces five days later, but would not refund my delivery charge of $89. When I talked with customer service about getting a refund on the delivery charge, since 4 of the 6 pieces were either scratched or broken, I was told "we don't refund delivery charges since we are delivering you non-damaged pieces" as if they were doing me a favor by delivering me non-scratched, and non-broken pieces. For the amount of money I have spent, and probably would have spent in the future, common sense and customer service should have, at the very minimum, refunded the $89 delivery charge. The delivery guys who came both times, were awesome, friendly, and professional.

Had a great experience as usually with no, we spoke with one gentleman about buying a fridge for a new house we are building and he couldn t find the fridge so he left it that and we went on our way to buy a washer and dryer from someone else. Well while purchasing the washer and dryer from Scott Tate he asked to see if he could find the fridge we were looking for so we could purchase it there also and get the financing. He happen to find the fridge we wanted when the other guy couldn t and even was able to get us a better price on the fridge then we were expecting to get from them. Thanks Scott Tate for going above and beyond when your other employees were out for an easy sale and you actually took the time to get me and my wife what we needed at a better price than expected.

Picked up a Samsung microwave. Marcy was very helpful and prices were as good as we could get online.

Bob Was very friendly and energetic we brought a small child with us who had started throwing up at the let us have the time we needed to compound before talking sales again helped us look around multiple chairs to find the perfect one and made sure we knew all the packages that we could purchase to save it for the future. Had some issues on this trip that I haven't had before. Had to go through the warehouse pickup twice, the first time our product was mis-skewed and we were given the wrong product. We went back through the line and explained the situation and they were quick to fix it. Just took a long time to get everything figured out this trip.

My son needed assistance with his cell phone. I went to NFM looking for the Phone Surgeon's. They have moved to a new location I was told. The nice young man helping me, was VERY knowledgeable, & tried all he could to find me a good deal on a phone upgrade with our carrier. I am very happy & impressed with this young man's knowledge & experience. If you need any assistance with a cellular phone department matter, look for Gabe! He is awesome. Walked out with a new, BETTER phone than before, & CHEAPER each month on our bill!

We were able to find everything we were looking for and received help from the associates without a high pressure sales pitch! The prices were great, so we walked out with several pieces for our house.

The items I wanted to purchase were listed as out of stock in my local store, Kansas City but listed an available date. I called NFM to verify the availability and the customer service representative located the items in another store, Omaha, and completed my online order. She was able to ship my order to my home address as well as order an item in stock ready for pickup. She made purchasing easy and stress free!

Toby, the NFM sales person, was very pleasant and helpful. He covered all areas that I was inquiring about. I had visited with him months ago and he was still as pleasant and helpful as ever.

I strongly suggest those who are purchasing or are thinking about purchasing from NFM, do your research. I hope you learn from others experiences. We purchased carpet for our new home because they offer free installation & haul away which seemed like a great deal UNTIL we got our bill. They falsely advertised as we were charged for soiled carpet haul away. As a new home owner we were unaware of what remained beneath the carpet & no where in the contract did it mention charging for soiled carpet. After being in contact with NFM we are stuck with this charge. I wish I would have read previous reviews before doing business with them.

NFM has horrible service. We ordered an Ottoman 6 weeks ago, paid everything. And then NFM calls to inform me that the order was not complete and that our sales rep did not place the order correctly. I asked why I was not informed 6 weeks prior and NFM had no response. Will NOT shop at NFM again.

1st visit didn't go so well, thought I found exactly what I wanted but couldn't seem to get it delivered. Michael, Manager in general appliances, saved the day! Took a week but I got the dryer I needed

Everything we decided to pick was sold out, but the tags were saying they had it in stock! Otherwise great as always.

NFM is the right place to shop for furnitures. They are very low priced and having a wide range of selections. The sales personnel are courteous, polite and very helpful. They are not pushy. In fact one of the sales man once told me why not wait for a month to get the promotional deal that was upcoming.

Loved the drive through pick up. Employees were wonderful! Customers picking up were causing congestion by not following directions on pulling forward to the farthest available spot and parking. Also standing in the empty lane while their vehicle was being loaded so you couldn't proceed to front of the lane. Otherwise for a first time experience my product was brought to my car in a timely manner. Thank you!!

Altho you did not have a simple armoir that I came in for, I was inspired by your selection of colorful furniture. I bought pillows which rang up cheaper than han marked. What a nice surprise. I will be back soon to purchase several chairs and ottomans.

I was in search of a kitchen table and 4 chairs. They didn't have anything that I was interested in so I had to build my chairs and table. With the help of Carole Rose a very competent sales person, I was able to build the four chairs and table that I wanted. She was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in accomplishing this task. I had also asked her if she could tell me when I had purchased my last table and chairs just for curiosity's sake. She was able to pull up my record and I was amazed to see that she was the person who helped me purchase my last table and chairs set in 2002. Then I moved onward to the carpet department where I purchased two large area rugs with help from Thomas Skutnik, also a very competent and patient salesman.

Amanda was incredible to work with. She directed me to the exact thing I needed after intently listening to my needs. I ve been looking for the right product for some time with little success from prior experts . She spoke from experience and gave me the advice I needed.

Excellent a slalexs service from Sherry Knott in the appliance dept. The floor manager gave us a good discount on a discontinued floor model refrigerator, and since we lived too far from Omaha to qualify for their free installation deal on the dishwasher they took $98 off of that item. You just have to ASK (politely, of course) and they will deal if they can.

Went for a new refrigerator. The young sales lady that helped us was very good at her job. We made the purchase and she scheduled free delivery for us.

I usually buy our big purchases from NFM because they have what I want and friendly employees that aren t trying to sell me anything. More like helping me out.

The Mart has been my choice store for years. This transaction was very smooth.

I will say I can't recommend the flooring dept because they screwed up my flooring order royally but otherwise all the departments do a great job.

Spent a lot of money on furniture. Waited over 6 weeks for it to be delivered, but order kept being delayed. Eventually we cancelled the order. Very disappointing.

Our experience was great at NFM. It is always fun for us to go because they have so much stuff. I actually went to apply for a NFM card and to get a couch and new mattress for our bed. They were outstanding on the credit limit and the NFM employee that helped with our purchase was very informative and helpful. I would recommend NFM to anyone. We ve been buying our furniture and appliances here for approximately 10 years now and have always been satisfied.

I like the quality of products, I buy almost everything from furniture to electronics here. No one like pushy sales, but I wish the staff wouldn't just stand around all the time and just check to make sure shopping is going okay. Still a great place to shop though.

We went looking for 2 chairs for our living room. Everyone was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Our salesperson, Cory, answered our questions and allowed us to look around on our own time. We found the perfect chairs, check out was easy, and Cory even got us a nice discount. Can't wait to have them delivered , in our living room, and watching a good movie!

Friendly, knowledgeable, available staff. Quick easy transaction. I remember coming to NFM as a kid. Back then you waited FOREVER to pick up your items. My dad would go up and show them the papers and then they would disappear for seemed like hours. Now you are hardly waiting. They are so fast and the people loading have it down to a science. The longest part is trying to pick out what you want.
