The current in-store policy is only guided browsing, so we can't browse around for too long or without a goal. However the clerk (Brandon) who guided me was very friendly and helpful. He has some experiences with pcbuilding and helped me, a first time pc builder with some questions I had.
Currently the monitors are not on display, so I couldn't make a comparison of products. However we can try out mechanical keyboards.

I have had to change my review of this place sadly yet again as it has been 5 months and i never received my game for purchasing my processor after repeated emails and calls to the store, Yet "memory express" gave me my games that day! I have spent A LOT of money in this store and all i'm told is sorry, i also waited months for my parts to come in as well. As well beware of " ABID " from head office as he is less then useless

I have had a horrible 2 weeks of being jerk around because of a terrible policy they have. I got a rather expensive behind the neck headphones. They had a wireless version in the store that you can try on which I liked quite a bit. However I bought the wired model (it runs on its own power supply) as it is supposed to last a few hours more before having to recharge. I was really excited charged it up during the night. in the morning I put them on and instantly they were waaayy to small for my neck as in if I move my head they get pulled off. SO I immediately called the store and told them the situation. They tell me once a headphone package is open it is not refundable or exchangeable due to their policy. Called back a few hours later once a manager was in and they told the the same thing. They gave me the number to the head office, called them and they told me no exceptions. I here I am stuck with a headset that I can not even use. figured ok well... I can use just to walk around I quess... turns out the head set is also defective as it won't hold a full charge. Call the store up again as it "CLEARLY" says 30 days to return for manufacturer defect. which it is not even 14 yet. They tell me its something I have to deal with myself with the manufacturer. There is more to the story but Ill spare you if you got this far. Morale of the story... I had high hopes for this place but I won't be spending any of my hard earned money here ever again.
The value of walking into a physical store and having human interaction is not lost. Lily was amazing in helping me tune my build to meet my budget, find local availability, and was knowledgeable about the tech and the store policies. They can hold a order with sales locked once you place it and the majority of the parts I wanted were on the shelf. The parts I needed shipped came within 2 days and they can call, TXT, or email you confirmation. I came in very close to closing and they were still able to help me complete the purchase and helped me with it to my vehicle. Sales really helped my budget work, I only knocked off 1 star because other retail outlets do have slightly better pricing but being able to get everything in one place and have in store warranty returns is priceless, also the website needs some work. I was worried about Canadian PC retail when NCIX started going downhill and then hit the bottom but this store has filled the gap 10x over. The place is packed to the gills with shelf candy. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting some security in their large purchases or help with finding options for tech. Thank you Canada Computers.
Showed up here on 03/17 with a rough idea of what I wanted to put together as a gaming PC.
Two of the staff, young guys, Brandon & Pierce (Or was it Harris?) took the time, lots of it, to walk me through the pros and cons of the build I had put together, put it within my budget, and explain some of the newer concepts that had come into parts nowadays.
Cannot speak more highly of the staff. A++. All other IT should take notes.
Went to build my PC there and we got it all done and over within a week! Great place, good prices and the staff is friendly and open. (However just a note: if you're building your PC, double check on PC part picker that all your parts are compatible, we did find out the motherboard we chose did not work with some other parts.)
It's great that they are open every day, and once you get to see or talk to them in person or talk to them on the phone, they provide good service. However, they really need to update their website if they have to be closed for a day, and they really need to answer their phones consistently.
Some days you can phone all day and even though they are open, they just don't answer. If they are short employees for this, they need to hire more.
Had to take in my computer for servicing and was helped by Thomas; super knowledgeable and friendly! Diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and I recommend their services if you're having computer problems.
Went in to look at some options for keyboards and was pretty pleased with the experience. The gentlemen was just around to assist with practicing social distancing. Maintained the distance but provided a truly personal experience. Answered all the questions, helped you educate about the various types of keyboards, types of buttons etc. Overall a much better experience than the times before. Before going to this store I visited the Best buy and the experience there was less than optimal. I like these guys. I'd go back here again.

I am very happy another Canadian computer company has stepped in after NCIX has left that supplies all your computer needs. I find the Sales staff all very friendly there and my go to techy person there would be Jason. Always makes me feel like I'm getting the correct product that fits my needs and no over selling tactics. Thank you Canada Computers.
Great replacement for the mismanaged NCIX. Store is laid out to take advantage of the space, went in looking for a new headset for my PC, found it quickly. Guy on cash was friendly, helpful, and knew what he was talking about.
Prices were decent and service was good. Store is way better laid out than the previous store in the same space. Grab-and-go wall of cables is a great idea for when all you need is a simple cable. Stock levels seemed so-so when I was there, but they hadn't fully opened yet.
I had a great experience building my new computer with these guys. All the staff there is extreamly knowledgeable and friendly and will answer any question you have with zero doubt in their answers. Dont hesitate to go into canada computers and deal with the team they have there. Highly recomend to anyone looking for either a lower end PC for home use or all the way to top of the line gaming computers.
Called their location about 10 times with absolutely no response. 0 customer service to be heard of, I've emailed 4 times to multiple email addresses and called the toll free. There is no way to contact this company regarding placed orders. Do not recommend, Newegg is much better with faster shipping and better customer service.

No problems usually when visiting, very good customer service and products. But I had some thing shipped and even though a small item, they could not give a **** that it was missing and I had to go buy it again.

Scam artist the first nuckle head quoted me a price for 190 to put together a basic computer called 3 times 3 different prices beware they will scam you if you don't know your stuff
I bought a prebuilt computer from them a year ago, it had dead ram and I had to take it back twice before they figured that out. It's continued to have problems ever since, compatibility issues and now it won't even boot properly. The last time they nearly charged me for the fix. They're nice enough but don't know any more than I can google and find for myself about fixing a computer. Would return it for a refund if I could but I left it too long, will never go back. ***BUYERS BEWARE.*** Build your own if you know how, or buy something prebuilt elsewhere.

came to Canada computers to build a computer. This staff member name Brad came up me and say "Hello sir, What can i do for you?". I asked for a specific item, he was able to pinpoint the item of where it was quickly and made it a swift transaction. I will definitely come back if i ever need make another purchase.
Bought a motherboard from here that ended up having some faults to it. They had no problem giving me my money back and helping me pick out a new one. They also do 100% price matching which is absolutely fantastic.
Went in thinking i should buy a water cooler but they talked me down to a heat pipe cpu cooler and a couple of extra fans. This did the job i was looking for and saved me at least $100. I'm incredibly happy and glad that I don't need to feel like i'm being upsold anything here
Had an X470 motherboard that needed a bios update to run a new ryzen core, and didn t have any am4 chips handy to do it myself. Thomas initially said it would likely be completed next day, but somehow worked some magic to get it done the same day, so that I could run my new system tonight.
Website is dysfunctional. Upon trying to checkout , I can't select any shipping options. The 'In-Store Pickup' map is broken - can't select any stores to pick up from. Login process is also awfully broken.
It sucks that we have to put up with poor experiences. There is not enough competition in this field.

Tried to buy a computer and build a computer and gave up as web page is useless. Just searching for a item is totally pointless such a waste. Expressed my frustration to staff and they are well aware of the issue but powerless. I also explained they lost a computer sale because of it and any future purchases. Listen to your customers!!!
Bought a unlocked ZTE 5.5in. phone from there and the power button broke after 31 days of purchase. Took it back and they wouldn't do nothing for me, try to say I drop it and it was one after the purchase agreement. Had to RMA the phone myself to ZTE.
I came here to buy a very specific phone--Asus Zenfone Zoom 3--and they had two left in stock.
My partner and I browsed around for a while after the staff greeted us, then went back to the front desk to actually get what I was looking for.
No hassle, quick purchase; I bought my lovely new phone and was off. I love just a few blocks away and was excitedly setting up my phone.
While setting it up I noticed that the camera was a tad shoddier than I thought it would be; though I still didn't mind because I bought it for the battery life and not the camera quality. I noticed after a while a bit of blue-green at the bottom of the screen that was consistently and there. I tried a few times to reset the phone to make sure it wasn't permanent but it was.
I immediately packed it up and brought it back to the store. Right away when the previous staff member that had sold me the phone noted us. As I just bought the phone half an hour prior. We showed the defects and understandably I was just unlucky and popped open a brand new phone that happened to have factory defects. We exchanged the phone for the other last Zenfone in stock and the staff watched over as I set it all up.
It was perfect! Better camera quality, amazing phone, fast service. Everyone was so kind and patient, I bought the warranty just in case but it's been about a month and the phone is absolutely fantastic.
I've never been happier with a electronics purchase; no one pushed me to look at other items or higher end items. I wasn't coerced or hassled about buying warranty, not the first visit or the next to exchange phones. The staff informed me and I made my own decisions, I'm very glad that they were so courteous.
I would come here again if I wanted a new desktop or accessories for my electronics.
The first time I have seen the sales person heared what was my reaction to my instant feedback about price, of a product that was looked at due to an impulse buy, and then he demonstrated the even better aspect of sales of listening by finding proactively another product with almost 50% less cost with equivalent features. No upselling as far as the horizons so to speak. Pardon me for able to recall his name at this time even after I asked after checkout and appreciated his listening abilities for upstanding sales ethics.
Just drove to this branch from Langley as website indicated they were open today. It was closed when I arrived. Website should be updated so that customers don't drive for no reason. Saw another couple of guys who came to shop, but saw the same message.
