The first time I have seen the sales person heared...

The first time I have seen the sales person heared what was my reaction to my instant feedback about price, of a product that was looked at due to an impulse buy, and then he demonstrated the even better aspect of sales of listening by finding proactively another product with almost 50% less cost with equivalent features. No upselling as far as the horizons so to speak. Pardon me for able to recall his name at this time even after I asked after checkout and appreciated his listening abilities for upstanding sales ethics.
