They were very explicit on the phone, so I understood the service, the cost and the process. The called before coming to pick-up, they came on time and were very courteous and efficient. They were very willing to do a lot of the heaving moving and cleaning up. Overall I thought their service was very professional and would recommend them to anyone need to have "stuff" removed and disposed of in a responsible manner.

The 2 young fellows came in and made sure to verbally check out all my needs for removal. There were several rooms as this is a partial estate removal and partly downsizing for my move. They were bright and cheerful, despite the deplorable weather. They worked hard and filled an entire truck with stuff. I'll need at least one more visit to get rid of the rest of my junk and I will be booking shortly. Price was good for the amount of junk and work that they did.

The movers arrived on time and were professional and cordial. I was given a quote a notch above what I expected to pay; however, they made it clear that it is perfectly alright if I didn't accept that quote.

Overall I am happy with their service and would recommend to friends and family.

We have used this service in the past which is why I called them again. The fellas showed up when they said they would, in fact they called to see if they could come earlier as they had some openings and in fact it worked out better for all of us. They were quick, courteous, and funny. One of the fellas was here the last time and remembered the house. They took away everything we could not fit into our van. We really appreciated having a tidier back yard. It was a very warm day and after paying our bill and giving them cold juice boxes they were on their way and we were left feeling relieved with more outdoor space to enjoy. Thank-you!

I used 1-800-Got-Junk? This past september when I recently moved, the booking was easy and done online which I liked. They had many days and times to choose from, they called to confirm when they would be at my house down to the minute (no waiting around for hours). The people who picked up my junk were nice, polite and on-time. They quickly got rid of all my crap and gave me an idea how much it would cost before they started and made sure I was okay with that, it costs what they said it would too. I had a lot of stuff including big items and I found the price to be very reasonable and I didn't have to do anything. I was very happy with the service provided I would use them again and recomend them to anyone.

They're great! They came two hours after I phoned them, had my 25 garbage bags of junk gone in 10 minutes, and then sent me a $5 Starbucks card. Awesome. I'd for sure use them again.

Did a great job with very awkward circumstances: had to shrink a (very long) couch to fit an elevator! Not so easy. (Have no idea how it got into the apartment in the first place. Fast, efficient, and cost effective, and saved my back. Great job.

I had some construction materials to be removed, along with some old electronics, an old tire, and various old items that had been left at the house when we bought it. I was moving overseas, and renting the house out, so all this stuff had to go. I called up 1-800-got-junk a few weeks in advance of my moving date, and they immediately scheduled an appointment on the date I wanted. I called back later to get an estimate of the cost -- they outlined the costs, and all seemed reasonable, and they mentioned that the removers and the customer generally are motivated to come to an agreement once the scope of the job is known. The guys arrived on time, and after surveying my junk, came up with an estimate that made sense to me. They removed everything very quickly, even swept the area clean. Was able to pay by credit card conveniently on the spot, and they were off. We talked to the guys a bit -- some have been with the company for years. They must like the job! Very happy with the service, would use them again.

Your drivers are extremely polite and careful. The prices are reasonable & you recycle to charities any useable items. A perfect solution to an age old problem of how to get rid of "stuff"

None of the people in my home drive, or had access to someone who drives a car large enough to throw away an old metal bed frame. I contacted the company on a whim after seeing some advertising online. They arrived on time, were super personable and were respectful of my home. I would recommend this company to my friends for having stuff removed.

This is our third time working with the Got Junk group.Have always done an excellent job, quick service, clean up after and great communication. Today was no different. Good communication regarding the timing of their arrival. Troy and Jamie, were personable, got loaded quickly and again, no mess left behind. I have them on speed dial now as would not even consider any other service.

The men who helped us were friendly, funny and extremely professional. I really appreciated the extra assistance they provided by cutting up and removing our outdoor carpet, which I would have been unable to do myself, and then sweeping the entire patio to clean the leftover mess. We have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK many times, both for residential and business junk removal. Plus we cheered when they won on Canada Sings! last year. This was for our house and was booked from the web. Best thing we can say is that the service is as good as we remembered it: timely, courteous, quick and professional. In particular the pre-estimate they give on-site before they start hauling it to the truck is appreciated. We will definitely use them again.

I have used the junk removal from this group before. they are always polite and do a great job. once again they did not fail to do a great job and with the old mammoth of a TV I had I was a bit concerned. Not only did they manage but with speed and efficiency. Highly recommend using them and my place is sparkling and clutter free. Booonus.

I have used 1-800-Junk for three years and about 7 times. They are consistently prompt, friendly and professional. The crews are first rate, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them. First of all I was impressed with the professionalism of the people I spoke to on the phone including the 1 800 operator and subsequently Richard locally who I understand is in charge of the operation in my area. The agreed to price for removal of a hot tub was more than fair, the removal guys Terry, Geordie, Mike & Jordi called before showing up at the agreed to time and were actually early. They were very professional in there assessment of what had to be done and extremely personable to talk to. I was on a busy schedule and left them on their own to complete the job. Upon my return the hot tub was gone, there was no damage to anything as a result of the removal and the cleanup was exceptional. I will not hesitate to call them again!

I highly recommend these folks for any of your junk removal needs. They do free estimates if you have a larger quantity of junk that needs to be removed and they can get a team same day (even within a few hours) to your house or business to take a look. Their customer service reps are so pleasant to work with and they take the time to patiently answer any questions that you may have. The prices quoted to us for removal was very reasonable for what we had to get rid of.

I have used Got Junk on 2 previous occasions and the work was carried out efficiently and cleanly and best of all at a great price. So, I went for a third time!! And I was not disappointed. I basically had to do nothing but arrange a time on line and then answer the call when the truck arrived. i did not even have to be there!! Super!

Horrendous and will never use again. They called late twice messing up our plans for the rest of the day. When they finally did arrive, they showed up at the destination with no warning causing us to drop everything to accommodate them. They then tried to charge us $400 for basically a mattress/box spring set and a couch. Offered no apology or discount for any of the trouble caused. Will never recommend. This is awful customer service and if I provided this I would be ashamed.

The guys showed up at my door much sooner than expected but they phoned me to let me know they would. It took them no time to load all the junk I wanted to get rid off and they behaved in a courteous and professional manner. I will definitely use them again when I need them.

We firstly, by error, called your compettor with a somewhat similar name. Their men arrived and were unable to figure out how to remove our upright freezer from its' location on our lower floor and suggested they would return with two more men. We called your company and two coureteous young arrived two hours later. They removed the freezer door to readily permit to make the turn at the bottom of the stairs and had it out of our home within twenty minutes.
What it shows is the difference between amateurs and professionals.

I live in New Westminster. I disposed of one dismantled 6-foot loveseat and a tiny power supply. It is not that heavy and I could carry those parts. They charged $166+tax(total of $174). I thought what I heard was $66 and when it comes to paying, it was actually one-sixty six. $166! Are you kidding me? Other services usually charge $80-$100 for a couch. The customer service sent an email to me and it says "The minimum in your region is $166, with a half truck at $506 and a full truck at $796. We are unable provide you with an accurate quote for your specific load online." What kind of incompetent company cannot quote online??? I really wanted to cancel the appointment after they did not send an estimation and will come to my place. The result is this. Do not use their service.

When I call 1-800 Got Junk I know I can expect quick, friendly and efficient service. Your employees are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Great job!

I have used 1 800 Got Junk two times in last month...once when I was moving out of a large house and then again to get rid of the boxes etc after moving into a much smaller house. They did a great job of sorting all the recycling as I did not want it all to go to the landfill. They were very helpful and flexible and courteous. The charges for the large move were very reasonable - a great value, though interestingly I felt the charge for the much smaller junk removal of mostly just boxes was not a great value. Proabably because they brought two big trucks both times big or small.
