Everyone was so patient with my now husband when he was trying to decide on what to do, there was never any pressure and I ended up with a beautifully designed unique ring that will be a future heirloom. The studio is an amazing space and the whole team were extremely friendly, approachable and more than accommodating for my lack of knowledge on the subject.

We bought our engagement ring and wedding rings through Naveya and Sloane. Gabrielle blew us away with her amazing service. We live in Brisbane yet felt more connected with Naveya and Sloane than jewellers we approached in our home city. They couple prompt responses with original designs and beautiful craftsmanship. They bridge the physical distance when designing rings with every tool the internet provides. Video, pictures, sketches etc. When we arrived in Auckland to pick up our rings (our first sighting of stones and all) Gabrielle had come in on a public holiday (our mistake, sorry again Gabrielle) to present us with our rings. We were blown away. Beautiful. We would not hesitate to do the same again and have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone unsure of taking the plunge with a sight unseen purchase.
Anthony and I have had an AMAZING experience with Naveya and Sloane. We were blessed to have Rosie help us through the ring process. She was very laid back, friendly, knowledgeable and enlightened both Ants and I as we know nothing about diamonds haha. There was no pressure whatsoever and made us feel comfortable from the get go.

The best experience I possibly could have asked for. From day one, Tash and the team at Naveya did an incredible job with the scoping, designing, and creation of the perfect engagement ring for my proposal.
Every little detail was considered, and I was made to feel incredibly comfortable and at ease with the entire process. They even went above and beyond to find the perfect diamond for me when I wasn't convinced with the initial diamonds they suggested.

There is only one way to describe my experience of having an engagement ring designed and crafted at Naveya and Slone and that is perfect. Living in small town Blenheim, my choices of Jewellers is limited. When I made the decision to propose to my amazing partner, I hit the internet in the hope of finding the perfect ring. After keying in some key words to google images, it produced some amazing rings. while deciding on the different rings, and jewellers I stumbled onto Naveya & Sloane website. Wow! the website is awesome, and very helpful for a male that doesn't have much of a clue about rings. Once deciding that N&S was the company I wanted to deal with I sent an email, and received a quick response, and was soon chatting to Olivia. Olivia was really professional and helpful, and explained everything to know about diamonds. Olivia asked what my budget was, and never once tried to push me to go higher. With living in Blenheim I was unable to visit the shop, so therefore all communication was by phone and email. Olivia was excellent and always answered my question with an excited manner, it was as though genuinely excited for me!!
She was able to provide photos of the diamonds, to ensure i was happy with what i was purchasing.
I also has a tight time frame, from my first contact to the day i wished to propose, or four weeks. Olivia ensured that this deadline was met, with the ring finished, valued and couriered to me on time, with finance.
The service didn't stop there with N&S, more than happy to freight the ring back to Auckland to be re sized, after the proposal. This was a four day turn around, Outstanding!!

My (now) fiancee and I had an exceptionally positive experience designing her engagement ring with Olivia Moor from N&S.
We live in New York, but Olivia made that a non-factor: her design process was thorough and she constantly provided us updates and renderings (she is a terrific artist, btw), which eliminated any doubts I had about handling this process remotely. And when our plan to travel to Auckland to pick up the ring fell through because of COVID, Olivia took care of surreptitiously shipping the ring to me so I could execute a surprise proposal here in NY.
As for the ring: I'm not an arbiter of taste when it comes to jewelry, but the ring is bonkers. It turned out far better than I could have imagined. See attached pic.

My husband and I were looking for a simple yet classy wedding band for himself. We went to all the usual big names but nothing caught his eye.
