There is only one way to describe my experience of having an engagement ring designed and crafted at Naveya and Slone and that is perfect. From the moment I first spoke to Olivia, she made me feel at ease about the whole process. Nothing was too difficult, she was quick to respond to any questions I had and was happy to meet outside trading hours. Olivia had no problems educating a person with absolutely no knowledge of jewellery to able to make the right choice.

My expectations were exceeded from the moment I walked into the amazing showroom on Queen Street and offered a beer right up unto the genuine excitement by all the staff the moment that the ring arrived back and was presented to me.
