My husband and I were looking for a simple yet classy wedding band for himself. We went to all the usual big names but nothing caught his eye. We then chanced upon Naveya & Sloane via Google and that was the best find we had. From the moment we made that call to the time we picked up our ring - the customer experience was bar none!

Every step in the process was handled with expert advice yet with genuine warmth. We were also impressed with the timely updates and also post collection, the congratulatory messages and to ensure we were happy with our final product. These are the little things that go a long way towards a fantastic customer experience.

Needless to say, I will recommend Naveya & Sloane to my circle of friends and networks but personally would want to go back to purchase something of my own too! :)
