I was impressed by the service I received from Naveya & Sloane from start to finish. Not only was the finished product (a wedding band) immaculate, the service from Tash and others was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. They're a hidden secret, tucked back off the main street, but I suggest you'd find it hard to get a better product and get better service anywhere else. I am very glad I chose them.

When you make a large purchase like this, you really want the experience to match the relative outlay and specialness of the occasion. N&S creates an experience that's reflects all this and makes it enjoyable and reassuring. Quality was important to me and I felt like they took complete care of that. So all I had to focus on were choices around the ring itself. The staff were careful to understand what I was trying to create & present options without pushing or pressuring me down a certain path. Overall would easily recommend regardless of what research you've done into diamonds, bands and settings.

I absolutely recommend Naveya and Sloane to anyone who wishes to buy jewellery. Service is top-notch there; Courtney was very responsive and kept us in the loop effectively through the entire process. Also, don't be intimidated by the posh setup of the place as prices are as competitive as mainstream shops (e.g. Walker&Hall, Michael Hill). Make sure to call them to make a booking as they only allow a certain number of people into the place at a time.

We visited Naveya and Sloane for an engagement ring on a recommendation of a friend. We are living overseas and managed to set up an appointment with Gabrielle for when we were back visiting NZ (The offices are really lovely!). For any guy remotely like myself, finding out how to get a ring was the scary part. I had heard of Naveya & Sloane firstly of course by my now Fiancee, but i also had a friend who had used them - with glowing reviews.
I was leaving the country in a couple of weeks for a month and would need the ring in about 6 weeks as i had already planned when i wanted to propose.
I got in touch with Naveya & Sloane via email and within a few days i was in the showroom greeted by the lovely Olivia. She was amazing. I really had no idea what i was doing when she started showing me diamonds and designs but after a couple of visits i finally had an idea that Olivia would bring to life. On my final visit before i left the country Olivia presented me with a beautiful sketch of what we had been discussing and i was blown away. She had far out done my expectations and i could not have been happier with what she had shown me. While i was away they kept me in touch through email and gave me progress updates whenever they were needed. Olivia also told me that the team would do their best to have the ring ready for me when i returned as i gave them a really tight time schedule. I had been thinking about proposing to my lovely girlfriend since mid-2015. I knew it was the right time and we both were ready to take the next step in our adventurous journey together.
Being like most blokes out there, my knowledge regarding diamonds, styles etc. was zero and it took a lot of courage to actually step into a shop and enquire further. Tash at N & S was truly awesome! She took the time to get to know me, assessed needs and helped me understand the crux of it while choosing a diamond. She explained to me stuff like the 4 C's which was pretty cool actually and gave me a true understanding of how much variety is actually out there. So don't be fooled if you see a diamond somewhere for $999 down from $1999, it's probably not worth it.
At N & S they take the time and effort and help you choose the best product that fits your budget and they do that pretty well. Just make time to see them and then leave it to the experts. They met expectations and ensured that the ring was delivered within timeframe as it was quite important to us because of friends being in NZ from overseas, availability of parents etc. Their 'secret spark' concept is pretty cool too, just have to ask them to find out what it is. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. When I collected the ring they also surprised me with a bottle of champagne and said "open it when she says yes". Guess what, that is exactly what we did.
We are now engaged and looking at wedding band options from N & S and are pretty certain that we will contact them in the next few weeks. As a dude, if you're planning on proposing to your lady - look no further and just contact these guys. I am confident you'll be fully satisfied.
I cannot recommend Naveya & Sloane enough! The jewellery speaks for itself, (the most beautiful collection I have ever seen) However the customer service you receive is 2nd to none. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here (without my knowledge) and Olivia helped him from start to finish and he found the whole process unbelievably easy (which is great considering he does not have the first clue about Diamonds!). Since then Tash has been helping me with my wedding ring, and nothing is ever to much. My experience with Naveya & Sloane was excellent. I didn't really have a clue about rings when I started looking and was guided through everything I needed to know and given a wide range of ring options for quality and price. I'd be hard pressed to come up with anything negative about the experience - everything was taken care of and the result was exactly what I wanted (and my fiance loved it too). The team at Naveya & Sloane absolutely nailed it! The engagement ring that was put together exceeded expectations and made for one ecstatic fiance. From the first time I spoke on the phone and came into the store, to picking up the ring, I was made to feel comfortable at all times even though I was quite nervy about the whole process to start with. Olivia listened, made a tailored effort, and provided advice/expertise when required and this helped put together the perfect ring. Yeah it is a little bit more pricey than some other places, but that is easily paid back in terms of the experience and quality of the finished product. I can't compliment these guys enough and defo highly recommend them to anyone.

Naveya & Sloane are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From start to finish their customer service was spot on. I dealt with Olivia at Naveya & Sloane and would 100 % recommend Her and the team there. I decided to go visit them as I was after the perfect engagement ring that was hand crafted with my input and not just something straight of the shelf . Being a scruffy plumber going into a jewelry store the nerves were high but from the moment you walk in the door your are made to feel welcome, and all the nerves disappear straight away. The whole Process was seamless and no matter how crazy your ideas were they would attempt them or at least find out if they were possible . The outcome was the perfect engagement ring that well in truly exceeded my expectations and my partner Sam is absolutely in love with it.
