When choosing an engagement ring i realized very fast that i didn't want anything of the shelv for such a special occasion, however I also didn't really know what I wanted as I had no idea about jewlery itself.
Tash explained me everything you need to know about Engagement rings, including different ring settings, sizes of diamonts, colours of the band and diamonts, clarity and shape. She took her time and explained everything in detail, asked me what I liked and what I didn't like and slowly over three sessions we finalized the design of the ring. Tash also presented offers in different budgets without pushing for the most expensive one. I felt her advise was more driven by my ideas then by the price.
The set up of the place at Naveya and Sloane is so special, so spacious, such a cool set up. Each time I cam in I got treated with refreshing beverages, which I really appreciate. It really makes a difference if you get a cold Peroni whilst going through it, or a glass of Champagne when you pick it up.
The Service, the communication and the opportunity to be involved in designing the ring made me really excited about the proposal and engagement. A big Thanks to Tash. You are amazing. But also thanks to the whole production team and Lucy. You are great!

Absolutely over the moon with our experience with Naveya & Sloane. From the beginning, Amber has been incredible. She was able to talk me through some options for our wedding bands over the phone and send through initial quotes. She was fantastic at knowing when to offer her expert opinion and when to give us space to decide and chat for ourselves.
Walking into the space is simply beautiful - such a welcoming and enjoyable space to be in.
Amber accommodated us every step of the way with countless appointments, emails and phone calls back and forth. Amber was able to get Sophie to help guide us in a ring design once we had settled on doing a bespoke piece for me. Sophie was wonderful at providing different options to work with my engagement ring, showing that they really cared about looking after all my pieces and making them forever pieces.
My bespoke piece is so much more than I ever could have dreamed and I am looking forward to wearing it everyday. Thank you!

I live in Australia and I found and fell in love with Naveya & Sloane over Instagram... It goes without saying that the rings are beautiful but I the staff are as well! Olivia stepped me through the process, she was patient and so knowledgeable! My finance and I took a trip to New Zealand to collect the ring and I wasn't disappointed!
