During Coovid19 my wedding was cancelled, to celebrate we decided a new ring with the original wedding date engraved would be fitting. Gabrielle was so helpful and made the experience so lovely. We nailed getting the sizing correct just over email and would highly recommend working with this amazing team!

I cannot recommend Nevaya and Sloan highly enough.
The story goes, I did one of these ridiculous male things where I found the perfect place to propose to my (now) fiance only two weeks before checking in there. The team at Nevaya And Sloan (especially Courtney) went above and beyond to help me design and build a ring (that obviously did its job) with time to spare, meaning I had the ring in hand for the big day.
To top it off, my fiances friends and family regularly comment about how well I did.

Have to say that Courtney was the star of the show and made the process very smooth and simple. The end piece was amazing and I couldn't ask for more. It was a great feeling opening the box and seeing the ring for the first time, there was no way my partner could ever have said no. The hardest part was getting away from her in Auckland airport to get to the collection point and then keeping it hidden until I dropped the knee but this all added to the excitement. Would highly recommend Naveya & Sloane, make sure you ask for Courtney.

I recently had a ring made from Naveya and Sloane. On arrival I met with Anna and we discussed what I may be wanting. Anna was very helpful and lovely to deal with and explained about the different styles and stones and even though I was initially looking at another ring I chose a different one and I am very happy with my choice. I do not live in Auckland but the whole process went very smoothly. Anna kept me informed and up to date with emails and it arrived when they indicated it would. I look forward to using Naveya and Sloane in the future .

After being recommended by a friend I came to Naveya & Sloane looking to getting an engagement ring made for my partner (now Fiancee ) and they did not disappoint. I decided to be super picky when it came to my engagement ring, and I was set on finding a champagne colored stone (it turns out they barely exist). I reached out to Naveya & Sloane on a whim, since it looked like they had colored stones online, but it still seemed ridiculous to order something so expensive from NZ to Chicago sight unseen. They sent me all of the pictures, videos, and specs I could ask for, were extremely patient with me as I continued my search elsewhere, so I could feel more comfortable with the risk (shout out to Courtney for her excellent customer service!). I decided to go with them because the stone they found was the closest thing I found to my vision after 3+ months of searching. I'll be honest, my fiance and I were a little nervous about it.

The ring arrived last week and it is seriously the prettiest piece of jewelry I could ever have imagined. I will be happy to stare at this thing for the rest of my life. They found the right color stone to match my vision, the cut is gorgeous, and the craftsmanship of the setting is a beautiful mix between delicate, elegant, and sturdy.

To say Courtney is amazing is an understatement. She was Phenomenal! My partner is a farmer felt very out of place in Aucklands CBD. He was very nervous but Courtney was very down to earth, relatable and genuine, and made him feel at ease when choosing the perfect ring for me. After the proposal my partner was very keen for me to meet Courtney as he had such a great experience with her. When we went to see her we also tried on and chose the wedding bands. This was very helpful and meant when it came time to ordering them for the wedding we didn't have to go back to Auckland. We had a fantastic experience with N&S and would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about proposing or looking for a great wedding band!

This review is long over due, I manly dealt with Gabrielle at Naveya & Sloane but when she was not available all other team members where more than happy to answer even the smallest of question, as I'm know expert when it comes to these sought of things.
Also we where on a very tight time schedule as I was leaving the country, but there team put in the effort to ensure the ring was completed on my departure date, this also being a positive as you can collect the ring at duty free departures which should be taken advantage of as knocks a bit off the price.
My partner was amazed by the ring and even now after six months still can't believe how stunning it is. Thanks

I worked with Gabrielle to select a stone and metal towards an Original Setting piece to propose with. At the time I was overseas but Gabrielle made the process easy by sending me videos/images of the different stones and explaining the finer details. After selecting the components and a successful proposal, the design process for the ring was effortless and easy. I got looked after right from the start by the effervescent Olivia. this was just as well as i had just wandered in off the street on a whim. now, three months later i am happily engaged.

the ring was custom made by Olivia and her team from some very vague instructions. the end result was something my partner has described as better than anything she could have picked herself. Of course behind closed doors i have taken full credit for this, but i am living a total lie.

My ability to award 6 stars is restrained only by googles rigid inflexibility.

Amy Turner, our Jewellery Design Consultant, was fantastic to deal. One of the things that makes Amy so brilliant is her investment in your process in one of our meetings, Amy presented us with a mock-up of our ring she'd set into blu-tak; placing the stone and surrounding it with a halo of tiny faux-diamonds, then the blu-tak onto a band. This was an example of Amy going above and beyond to help us envisage our creation as much as possible and we loved it. The whole experience was faultless, exactly what you want this special time in your life to be like. Thank you Amy and N&S for giving us such wonderful memories and the ring of my dreams.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Selecting an engagement ring can be quite a stressful and unfamiliar situation to be in. I highly recommend Naveya & Sloane. When I started shopping around for an engagement ring for my then girlfriend (now fiance!), I made an appointment to come and see these guys after a lot of disappointing trips to jewelry shops around Auckland. The process had been stressful for me up to this point as most places I had been to didn't quite have what I was looking for and kept trying to push me outside of my budget. I was also a complete newbie to all of this.

I met up with Gabrielle and straight away was set at ease. She was friendly, professional and really helpful. I explained what I was after and we never went outside of my budget. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision over anything. I was made to feel fully informed and was in control through the whole process.
