Gina was extremely helpful in making our holiday to New Zealand extra special! After specifying my budget and preferences, she was able to present my partner with a range of options, without her having to know the cost. They made the ring in just 2 weeks while we were travelling around NZ and picked it up at the airport on the way home!

We had a wonderful experience working with Naveya and Sloane. First of all, the show room was out of this world. The furnishing and decor evoked a sense of minimalist luxury. At each appointment we were offered light (or alcoholic) refreshments from their hidden bar. Secondly the customer service was amazing. We were very nervous at the start but they staff made us feel at ease and we were treated as if we were their only clients. I felt like they really could work with any budget and create something special regardless of budget limitation. Thirdly the detail in their designs is impeccable. The setting for me was the most important aspect and Naveya and Sloane has the most gorgeous selection of settings. Although you can get a custom designed setting, and they encourage you to do so, their existing designs are extremely impressive and I personally decided to go with their Pavo Setting. The only reason I wouldn't recommend them would be if you are on tight schedule and need the engagement ring to be made fast. They can be extremely busy during proposal season (Christmas and Valentines) and can take over 6 weeks during these times. In terms of pricing, I think they are reasonable. They are on the pricier side if you consider only the material used. For a simple solitaire design, you can probably get the same quality diamond and setting elsewhere for slight cheaper. However if there is a design of theirs that you love, you'll have to pay extra for the CAD work at other jewellers and the price would work out more than N&S. I recommend at least making an appointment to visit their show room to see all their designs on display. They really are works of art.

Had a wonderful experience getting my wedding band made with Naveya and Sloane. My engagement ring is from elsewhere, but they were more than happy to craft a wedding band to compliment it. Received amazing service from Nicola, we felt so welcomed on our visit to the showroom (which was a bit daunting for both of us) we weren t rushed or pressured into anything. The staff were all so lovely and seemed genuinely excited for us on our engagement. Offering a glass (or two!) of bubbles and coffee while we tried on rings was a treat. Whilst in Auckland a spur of the moment decision had us visiting the beautiful showroom of Naveya and Sloane. We both were long time admirers of jewellery produced by Naveya and Sloane so were looking forward to trying on something we had seen from their stunning range. We were met by the delightful Charmaine. Nothing was too much trouble and after trying on some stunning rings and seeing some custom design drawings we decided we would look at doing our own custom design. Charmaine listened to what we both liked and sourced the most beautiful sapphire a few days later. Our custom design was underway! Soon after we received a drawing of our custom design which incorporated ideas from both of us. Charmaine had listened and incorporated our ideas perfectly. I had a great designer (Gabrielle) who was very supportive and informative on all the things to think about when choosing a particular diamond or material for the setting. I also required a relatively quick turn around in order to meet holiday arrangements. Everything worked perfectly. The ring arrived in ample time and was beautiful. I had a fantastic time working with Olivia to design the ring of my fiancee's dreams. The process was so much fun and of the options I was given, I could visualise the one I wanted on her finger. The production team were awesome, providing updates along the way up until the ring was completed. Picking it up duty-free was seamless and opening the box brought a huge smile to my face.

Olivia from Naveya & Sloane was excellent throughout the process. I was a complete novice and she guided me through every step of the way, without putting on any pressure. Went in for a few consultations and Olivia tailored it to everything I wanted and made it an enjoyable experience. My now fiance loves the ring too, I'll try to take some credit for that
