Living in small town Blenheim, my choices of Jewellers is limited. When I made the decision to propose to my amazing partner, I hit the internet in the hope of finding the perfect ring.
After keying in some key words to google images, it produced some amazing rings. while deciding on the different rings, and jewellers I stumbled onto Naveya & Sloane website. Wow! the website is awesome, and very helpful for a male that doesn't have much of a clue about rings. Once deciding that N&S was the company I wanted to deal with I sent an email, and received a quick response, and was soon chatting to Olivia. Olivia was really professional and helpful, and explained everything to know about diamonds. Olivia asked what my budget was, and never once tried to push me to go higher. With living in Blenheim I was unable to visit the shop, so therefore all communication was by phone and email. Olivia was excellent and always answered my question with an excited manner, it was as though genuinely excited for me!!

She was able to provide photos of the diamonds, to ensure i was happy with what i was purchasing.

I also has a tight time frame, from my first contact to the day i wished to propose, or four weeks. Olivia ensured that this deadline was met, with the ring finished, valued and couriered to me on time, with finance.

The service didn't stop there with N&S, more than happy to freight the ring back to Auckland to be re sized, after the proposal. This was a four day turn around, Outstanding!!

Naveya & Sloane were outstanding to deal with and I would happily deal with them in the future!.

Ohh and Stacey loved the ring, and people are constantly commenting on how amazing it is!
