They call nonstop it is so foolish. They are not even calling for me! I don't know who the hell the person is.

Keep calling and just hang up. They leave no message and when I called back, my called was answered, but no one was answering. Like if someone was just listening to me. Super creepy.

I have settled my account, and was promised a account release letter, yet here I am still waiting for one

What a weird phone system this company has, I was routed 3 different times to make a payment on a debt that I owed and when I finally got to someone who could "help" me she couldn't take a payment and had to transfer me to a different person to pay. Then she came back on to the line to say that the department she was transferring me to was busy and she had to transfer me to a supervisor to make a payment. It seriously took me over an hour to make a payment.

I will say this, every person that I spoke with was pleasant and respectful it just seems like the process in place is not efficient at all.

Very unprofessional. Called my personal cell phone asking for my father (not sure why) and when I tried to clarify why they were calling, they refused to tell me saying "it is a private matter". You are calling my phone asking to speak finances with my father and you cannot tell me why? I continually told the woman calling that if she did not tell me why she was calling, she would not speak to anyone. Very rude people. After looking them up I see that they have a history of lacking professionalism- and potentially scamming people. Please try again with a decent approach.

This company is the scum of the earth!! You are better off settling with the original company than dealing with them!

They are not professional or honest people. They can and will set you up and make it seem like you have defaulted in your payments. I have been paying them for 3 years and have a great track record of paying. For the last few months, they stopped pulling automatically claiming they have been rejected.

I have money sitting in my bank every month but they never take out. They claim to have tried but it doesn't' go through. Which i don't understand because I had no issues throughout the 3 years of paying them with the same card/account. Now all of a sudden every month I have to call and make sure they get paid. Very disappointing. I don't want is to screw up my payment history with them because of this.

This phone number calls me every.single.day!!!! When I answer they immediately hang up. When I called back I m on hold forever. I hate wasting my time. I was able to get through once to a representative and it turned out to be for someone who was not me. I advised them of that and they agreed to remove my name off their call record. That was three months ago. The calls come in every day....STILL!!!

These people are rude and make promises that they break. I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. So be prepared for a report to BBB.

They debited my bank account without my permission or knowledge.

I researched an unexplained charge to my bank account and found that this company had debited my account without my knowledge or permission. Will be following up with state & federal agencies to be sure complaint is on record and will take steps to retrieve my money!

I am tired of them calling my parents, which is illegal according to the FCRA. They are not allowed to discuss anything regarding any personal information that they think they may have with anybody other than me, yet my dad just told me that they called him saying they were about to garnish my wages. Keep it up. I'll seek legal counsel.

Sent a letter saying I owe almost 15,000 dollars to a college I went to. I know I only owe them 1800 dollars. Big difference. So now that they have it wrong I can get it dismissed. I don't owe this debt.

Do they ever feel like answering there phones? Is this a scam? Do I actually even owe anything?

What type of person enjoys getting cursed out or hung up on! I mean really, how do you even work a job like that. These ppl call my phone from 8:00am every morning nonstop! It s ridiculous! They either hold the phone and don t say anything or insist that I m the person they re looking for! Then when you call the number back you can t get through. Stop harassing me!

How can a company come after you for account that you have never open up and when you try to explain and send them all your information to them showing it is not you they do not want to listen to you I am in the processed of seeking a attorney maybe they will listen then.

This is the most unprofessional company ever even when you do a settlement they still call it's a form of harassment I will seek an attorney

CONTINUOUSLY RoBo-call; No details given in call. Since this comes on a private extremely seldom used line, no doubt is is a scam of some sort.

Calls our office constantly looking for people who don't work at our company. STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME!!!

They keep calling me and hanging up without saying anything.

They will never take your name off of their system. They Break the Law and never answer the call.
We never owned a JC Penny Card, but they will try to get info from you.

Robo-calling my mother's home twice a day every day, I answer and no one is there, after a few seconds they hang up. I then called number from caller ID and they were looking for someone who hasn't lived here in years.

They call my business line every single day like clockwork! No one ever responds when the call is answered. I am sick and tired of receiving calls from them.

I really owe them because I threw their contact letters away, thinking it was some scam. Really they had been sold my small loan I thought was on hold! They don't send me communications now and it's not possible to get written information from them. I got a nice phone agent, but I'm constantly afraid they aren't registering my payments since I get no bills, etc. I'm sure that's by design, but why? It's unsettling.

They break the law and contact me about a total stranger's debt five times!!!! I've written them certified letters requesting them to leave me alone; spoken to supervisors who assure me that they have removed my number but yet again, today, they called me to attempt to collect of someone other than me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm finally reporting these guys to the FTC. It's against the law to harass someone about someone else's debt.

They claim to be collecting student loan debt. Dept. of Education (Navient) said they are not affiliated with them in any way! Funny thing - I have no student loan debt!!! My bank was notified, and so was Navient. It's a scam!

They are try to scam money from me. They are trying to collect money from me for a company 'Education Finance Partners' which went out of business since February 25, 2009 after filing bankruptcy. They tried to add a negative effect to my credit score by reporting this fraudulent account. They will be definitely be hearing from my lawyer if they don't remove this bull from my credit report. NES are scammers!

This professional company left a wonderful message on my voicemail of a gentleman tripping over words and swearing and laughing for 39 seconds before a hangup. Not sure who they are or why they called, but they can forget my number. thanks.

I was defeated. With over 3 loans totaling $130K in student loan debt I was never going to pay this off if someone couldn't help me. Russ Rizzo was that someone.

What started as Redline Recovery and later was purchased by National Enterprise Systems I was hesitant to work with an agency who may take my money and dissapear, but after coming to an agreement with Russ on my first loan he gained my trust. I worked with Russ Rizzo for 6 years on payment plans that I could afford and under his direction made significant progress.

It felt like I was getting nowhere month after month and throwing my hard earned money away on a degree I'm not using, but something inside me knew I was responsible for the debt and I truly wanted to close this chapter of my life the right way.

Today is a big day for me! I recieved my Balance: $0.00 letter and I feel relief, accomplishment, and thankful that NES was able to work within the tight confines of my minimal income and put together a plan that paid off. I never missed a payment and if for some reason I was struggling and needed help Russ was willing to adjust the plan in my best interest.

Who gives a collection agency a 5 STAR review?
I did. I had to listen to the " This is an attempt to collect a debt any information.." line so many times that I could become a debt collector and not have to read from a script. If you agree and accept it's your duty to make it happen, then stop ignoring, stop running. Explain your situation and do what you can. It may take 6 years like me or maybe less, but you have to get the ball rolling. I hope everyone who felt like me when I started can feel like me today! Thanks Russ!

They do NOT STOP calling you or texting you despite telling them I am not interested and to stop calling me.

Contacted their customer service via email and they still pester me every single day.

I dont know who this chic is claiming this is a good company. She works for them..yeah try to get a raise by telling a lie. I called an asked them to stop calling my phone for my bro in law. He never gave you all my number. Its not my business. But please stop .I did tell them to remove my number and the lady I spoke to was rude. Next time yall call your getting cussed out. I can be rude too. Killing you with kindness doesnt help.

I had a debt I owed Discover card. It was sold to National Enterprise. I needed this removed from my credit score in order to purchase a house. It was aggravating being transferred twice with Discover then being transferred to this company. I spoke with Victoria who was pleasant and helpful. She transferred me again to a supervisor in order to take my payment (it is strange but I had to get this taken care of). They will be emailing me my receipt and once they notify Discover I will receive a letter in the mail showing it paid in full. None of this experience was bad and everyone was very nice.

This company has continually called my phone looking for someone and when I tell them that I am not said person the representative continues to argue with me about how I am that person! The lady who called was extremely rude and I am getting very fed up with getting phone calls for something that has nothing to do with me. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS !!!

I am receiving bills that do not show up on my credit report and do not seem legitimate. They say the debt is from student loans but mine are not in repayment now.

Very professional staff. No one yells at me or anything. They professionally give me my options and help me get a settlement. Make the process much better. They are just doing there job. Not going to be upset with them. If your bill get into that collection status own up to it.

They re ok. I m almost done paying them off. If you are nice to them, they will work with you. It s been a long several years but knowing that I don t have to pay anymore soon is satisfying. Can t wait until my student loan is done. Btw they do indeed work with Navient.

Do not pay these people. They buy penny stocks of unpaid debt from original creditors that are already paid off/ closed. If you want to pay a debt, go to the original person you owe it to. It's more than likely you don't owe anything.

Horrible experience. I've never felt so intimidated so much. Harassment is daily and never halted until they get you were they want you. Be prepared with an Attorney advised throughout the process. They never seem to document accordingly. They talk down through repetitive explanations. They don't answer your questions that jeopardize their control in the conversation.

I liked working as a transfer agent because it was simple and I rarely ever talked to anybody, but it was sooo boring and I was away from my desk most of the time. Then they discontinued it and sent me to be a collector and I ran into some pretty awkward situations that I had to quit.

Its a pretty decent job, i read many reviews here that are not true. Most people claim they don't have debt just because it was from years ago. it is impossible for us to call over 5 times a day def in restricted states. They will of course call you until you tell them to remove your number i mean DUH their debt collectors. People will swear up and down that they paid the account off or settled the debt with another agency but we get replies from the company in detail if they paid or not so yes most of you are lying. If you owe they will call you until you pay like any other debt collection agency. or you clould simply tell them not to call you anymore, that simple people. One of the most honest debt collection company I ever came across.

They were OK until the past couple of months. Now, whenever I call them, I can't get a representative; I only get voicemail. They were supposed to deduct my monthly payment from my bank account last week, but they didn't do it, and I had no way of knowing until I checked my balance a week later. I had no way of knowing that there was a problem because they didn't notify me immediately. I tried to contact them after I got home from work, but all I got was voicemail. They need more convenient hours. How are working people supposed to contact them?

Scam. Keep calling where I am working and wasting my time and energy at least twice a day. This company need to do real job not scamming people.

Paid off my account and still hasn't been taken off my credit report

I am so upset with their intrusion I sent them this letter:

Dear National Enterprise Systems (NES),

Seeing that you have so much time in your hands you don't know what to do with it, I know some people in regions of the world where farming is done manually. I can suggest (at a reasonable fee, of course) farmers that will be happy to use your service on their farms.

The next time you contact me over this scam, I will proceed with litigation options. How did you even get my email???!!!!

They are harrassing me, and trying to contact me to pay back a student loan debt that I paid off in 2012. I contacted the number they gave me and the lady is sending me a letter with the paid in full information. Once I receive that I am going to call them back. Aja was all threatening to garnish my taxes but I don't owe the debt and knew I did not owe the debt.
