We have been working with Kat Novack since December, and I can not say enough nice things about her. She s smart, savvy, funny, and has our best interests at heart. Even though we ve had a tough situation as buyers, she navigated it with us with class and humor. She is the best and I highly recommend working with her.

Brokers must hold their actions of their agents accountable, even those who like to stir up controversy online. This particular agent thinks that masks are not appropriate, especially in an office setting. I will personally not be recommending clients to such an unsafe brokerage. Brokers should discuss with agents that they represent the brokerage when they are online and need to respect others vs. pushing their agenda when it comes to matters of public safety.

Our realtors were Joe and Val Reyes, we cannot thank them enough for what they did for us, and the guidance and help they provided with the purchase of our very first home. Not only that, the house we ended up buying was picked by them, both of them were amazing and they also arranged contact with out mortgage agent (David Craig) that made out life's so much easier. I would recommend them one hundred percent, they're not only very professional but they also have incredible integrity.

I am a little late posting this review but I wanted to give a shout out to Melissa Alvarado with KW. I m a business owner and as a business owner I only have so much time to get things done. Melissa impressed me! My niece had used her with her first home purchase and referred me to her. I wasn t exactly sure what I wanted and found some great deals before I picked Melissa. I found an amazing deal one day that was about an hour and a half away on 4 acres at a huge discount. I called Melissa and sent her a copy of the listing. With deals like these you have to act fast. This woman was willing to ride with me - I offered to drive. She said as long as I was okay with her working on her laptop from the passengers seat on the way there and back - she would be able to make it happen! It turned out the deal was already taken and the other agent never took it off MLS but the fact Melissa was willing to do what it took, well it really impressed me and that s exactly why I picked her as my agent. Not only that but she got me connected with an excellent lender that got me a pre-approval letter on a weekend (after spending about an hour with me over the phone and pulling my credit etc). After I figured out exactly what I wanted I finally closed on a house in October 2019. Melissa provider excellent customer service every step of the way. Thank you Keller Williams for providing excellent agents like Melissa.

Brenda Hebert setup an appointment through CSS to show my home. I can say with certainty that she is the most unprofessional real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She let her clients run rampant through my home without supervision and failed to lock or even fully latch the door when they left. It took hours to find my pets. In addition, her clients decided that it was okay to test out my electronics. When my real estate agent contacted her for an explanation, she stated that she does this all the time, and there was a dog in a kennel so she didn't feel like going inside. No apology. Numerous attempts to contact her broker have gone unanswered. The woman violates Texas state realtor requirements left and right. I would rather not sell my home than ever allow this poor excuse for a human to consider showing it. Do not let her near your home. For all I know, she deliberately told them to leave the door unlocked and come back and take whatever they wanted as soon as she was gone so that she could deny it happened. This woman is a menace.

Erin Coyne is a " Awesome " Real Estate Agent. She has been very helpful in helping me find my perfect waterfront property. Erin Coyne is the Best of the Best when it comes to Real Estate Agents that actually care about their clients best interest!!!!

Fantastic group of people to help find a new home, sell a home, or find a place to rent. Many experienced realtors that can find the perfect home. The brokerage is staffed by knowledgeable Realtors who really enjoy helping. Call and ask for Ricky or Elissa.

Do not use these people. They re are crooks and do not have your best interest in mind. I would rather jump off a bridge than deal with anyone from this place.

I would never use them after their Facebook post. It s hard enough to get good teachers to stay but demeaning the teaching profession to promote their own is not acceptable. I don t care if my dream house was listed through them I wouldn t buy it. I have uploaded the screenshot of the post they put on Facebook recruiting teachers.

My family and I are so grateful for Vivian Gonzalez's help over the last three months in locating the perfect spot for us. It was very stressful at times to find a home that met all of our needs and Vivian was always a call or text away to accommodate when I had an issue or question.
