They are not professional or honest people. They can and will set you up and make it seem like you have defaulted in your payments. I have been paying them for 3 years and have a great track record of paying. For the last few months, they stopped pulling automatically claiming they have been rejected.

I have money sitting in my bank every month but they never take out. They claim to have tried but it doesn't' go through. Which i don't understand because I had no issues throughout the 3 years of paying them with the same card/account. Now all of a sudden every month I have to call and make sure they get paid. Very disappointing. I don't want is to screw up my payment history with them because of this.
