I was defeated. With over 3 loans totaling $130K in student loan debt I was never going to pay this off if someone couldn't help me. Russ Rizzo was that someone.

What started as Redline Recovery and later was purchased by National Enterprise Systems I was hesitant to work with an agency who may take my money and dissapear, but after coming to an agreement with Russ on my first loan he gained my trust. I worked with Russ Rizzo for 6 years on payment plans that I could afford and under his direction made significant progress.

It felt like I was getting nowhere month after month and throwing my hard earned money away on a degree I'm not using, but something inside me knew I was responsible for the debt and I truly wanted to close this chapter of my life the right way.

Today is a big day for me! I recieved my Balance: $0.00 letter and I feel relief, accomplishment, and thankful that NES was able to work within the tight confines of my minimal income and put together a plan that paid off. I never missed a payment and if for some reason I was struggling and needed help Russ was willing to adjust the plan in my best interest.

Who gives a collection agency a 5 STAR review?
I did. I had to listen to the " This is an attempt to collect a debt any information.." line so many times that I could become a debt collector and not have to read from a script. If you agree and accept it's your duty to make it happen, then stop ignoring, stop running. Explain your situation and do what you can. It may take 6 years like me or maybe less, but you have to get the ball rolling. I hope everyone who felt like me when I started can feel like me today! Thanks Russ!
