I really owe them because I threw their contact letters away, thinking it was some scam. Really they had been sold my small loan I thought was on hold! They don't send me communications now and it's not possible to get written information from them. I got a nice phone agent, but I'm constantly afraid they aren't registering my payments since I get no bills, etc. I'm sure that's by design, but why? It's unsettling.
