What a weird phone system this company has, I was routed 3 different times to make a payment on a debt that I owed and when I finally got to someone who could "help" me she couldn't take a payment and had to transfer me to a different person to pay. Then she came back on to the line to say that the department she was transferring me to was busy and she had to transfer me to a supervisor to make a payment. It seriously took me over an hour to make a payment.

I will say this, every person that I spoke with was pleasant and respectful it just seems like the process in place is not efficient at all.
